Hello - I see 2 lifecycle calls when I do a first launch of the app. Does that mean, two first launches would be counted when we launch the app firstly?Thanks,Venuka

I am having an understanding question due to crashes.For example I have the following behaviourLaunch 1 (Visit 1) --> App version 1  -->page a --> crashLaunch 2 (visit 1) --> app version 2How is Adobe counting the crashes for this case?A) crash 1 for launch 2 and app version 2, visit 1b) crash 1 --> app version 1, launch 1 and visit 1Plus is it somehow possible combining crashes with the page where it occured? how?

Hi,Have implemented the SDK in iOS and Android Apps and passed the variables for Props and eVar. I can see the pages data with page views but when i see the same in Prop page view is 0 and visits i have numbers. I can see the same in eVar also but not sure why i am not seeing the same for Props.Can someone help on this. Thanks.RegardsTirumal

Does anyone know how to get the pages on which the crashes occured? Plus what kind of crash has happened? Adobe trackes crashes automatically but is there a chance to adjust this somehow?

We have seen lately in our ios app that we get some weird looking pages like company/102 and we have analyzed those to see what was going on and where are those pages coming from. What we have found out is everytime when we get an initial launchevent it creates an own page. Is this expected behaviour? how can we turn it off.What is so weird on this: ios creates theri launches automatically and android need to get an sdk adjustment. In adroid we are not having this issue but we track launches but only in ios.And I thought a launch with a page could only correlate when it occures in a same hit, but not creating own pages.Does anyone know what to do or is there a simple explaination.I would be really thankful for your support!

I am trying to authenticate Active Directory users on a turnkey install of AEM Forms 6.4 on JEE.  Previously, I was able to authenticate successfully on an OSGi-only instance by following these instructions.  On JEE, I made a new Enterprise Domain and added a directory and authentication provider using the same (or almost the same) config as I did previously.  After syncing users with my new domain in the adminui, I try to log in at both the JEE and OSGi layers and get the error "Username and password do not match".  I enabled debug-level logging and found in the JBoss server.log file (\jboss\standalone\log\server.log) that 'a local user <user-id> does not exist in DefaultDom'.  When I manually create a user in the default domain I can log in.  Auth fails for users synced with only OSGi components.My best guess is that a new domain must be 'made active' or must be pointed to in the URL (or something like that) before you can use it to authenticate.  What am I missing?Thanks for a

Recently i am setting up a cold standby instance for client. I followed the procedures according to AEM documentation (How to Run AEM with TarMK Cold Standby ) that i copied the primary instance as cold standby instance (using standby mode to start up). Hi,When I create a property page, input the content and click the Create button. The aem save very slow, the user don't understand it saving. So they click again on the Create button. After that the aem save two time and the content is duplicate (it create two page content). We have an issue preventing users from logging out from the publish instance Closer User Group area of our system (/content/my-cug-area). We have a separate vhost for the CUG pages with the dispatcher. The dispatcher CUG vhost has a pass-thru RewriteRule for root /  to the CUG homepage, which works as expectedWe have tested the system on our staging instances, and the logout link (/system/sling/logout.html) works fine there. On the staging system, requests to /system/sling/logout.html return 200 and lands the user on the SSO sign in page as desired. On the production system, requests to /system/sling/logout.html return a 302 redirecting to root. That kicks off the authentication loop, landing them back on into the CUG page. Hello,We would like to use Product Recs on our Product Description Pages which have the product SKUs in the URL. They look something like this:/product.24-MB05.html/product.26-M987.html/product.MG-B234.htmlWe have over a 1,000 different SKUs (URLs) but the structure is all the same.  I’ve created a profile script which uses regex to determine whether the current page is a product page however the VEC requires a specific URL in order to use the editor.  Using the FORM based approach allows me to use the profile script (or anything else passed to the global mbox) but seems to require an old-school Target Classic in-page mbox (Adobe Launch doesn’t currently support passing parameters to in-page mboxes).Is there a way to use Recs with a dynamic URL (1000+ variations) and he global mbox?
