Hi All,Today, I saw a lead created in Marketo with empty email address and the tricky part was it was from a form fill out? What could be the possible reason for this? Also, I have kept the email address field " as required" in the form?Any suggestions?

Hi,I dont have any prior experience on Adobe or AEM. but got a requirement to develop an Apple watch (iOS) which can receive Push notifications from Adobe and user should be able to click on it to see the details. So my Questions are:1. Are "Adobe Push notification" and "AEM Push Notification" diffferent ?2. If Yes, I want to integrate Adobe Push notification in my app (Apple Watch, to be specific). Can anyone direct me to step by step guide to build an apple watch with Adobe push notifications?3. Also, I need this whole implementation for Swift 3.0. Hello,I'm currently testing the Segmentation option in Marketo (for use with Snippets and Dynamic Content), and noticed that my test Segment isn't refreshing the numbers? Does a Segment in Marketo need to be unapproved first before it can be refreshed, or does the refresh happen automatically? I would have assumed the latter (the same way it does for other MAPs like Eloqua), but that doesn't seem to be the case, unless this is just a bug.  I created the above "SFDC Campaign Membership" Segment last week, and since it was approved, there have been additional members added to some of the other campaign member rules (i.e EMEA Autos & EMEA Commodities). I also verified the numbers in a regular Smart List, and they are showing up there. When I try to refresh the Segment without un-approving, the numbers aren't updating. I guess the other thing I should ask is whether it's even possible for a Person in Marketo to be in more than one Segment at once? So referring to the screenshot ag

We have a Zendesk support / community site.  We want to track visits to the site, and to pages within the site. Accordingly, we inserted the async munchkin code on the site, and it is creating the _mkto_trk cookie.  However, because the site has a different URL, it is associated to the domain of the support site and is not being associated with the person activity record.Reading here, and from past experience when changing domain name (which is not what we are doing here, we are adding an additional tracked domain), we created an email with a tracked link that goes to the Zendesk site, so that clicking through from the email would associate the cookie with the Marketo record, but this hasn't worked.  In fact, no tracking info from the support site is appearing, not even anonymous data in the anonymous page activity report.Munchkin code is here:<script type="text/javascript">(function() {  var didInit = false;  function initMunchkin() {    if(didInit === false) {      didInit = tr

Hi,I have a segment that's getting populated, but the addressable audience stats on the segment detail page show all zeros. I'm wondering why, if the segment has matches, the addressable audience stats aren't showing these.The segment is mapped to a server-to-server destination that uses declared ID. The segment uses Last Authenticated + Current Device Profile as its profile merge rule.ID syncing seems to be working properly. I see the proper response on the AA beacon in the browser.Not sure what I'm doing wrong.Thanks,Nancy

In our application we have a requirement to display the duration of the video which is uploaded in dam. Since the meta information does not have duration field. Hi All,I have created a header component but not able to edit the component. The editbar is missing. the height value is coming as zero. I am getting this issue only for the specific component for other components, editbar is working fine.I am adding the component through parsys and  parsys editbar is overlaying on the header component.Using AEM 6.3 version.Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,I am trying to read the content of html file present in my local D drive inside slingServlet For e.g I have a file present at D:\\Home\product\demo.html, this path is provided in an excel-sheet I am reading the path from excel-sheet and fetching the content of the file present at that location. But instead of giving full absolute path of file in excel, I want to give relative path of file like this Home\product\demo.html or product\demo.html. I don't want to mention any drive path, since only home\product\demo.html structure is fix drive can be anything. Please suggest if there is any way to skip the drive path in slingservlet.Thanks in Advance !!

Marketo Sales Insight has some functionality to preview an email, but it isn't the rendered message so tokens don't show up.In the case of using Velocity to generate highly dynamic emails, is there anyway for staff to see a copy of the message that was sent?  The only thing I can think of is sending an alert to an internal mailbox + leveraging custom code within SFDC. Is there any other way that might be easier?  thx

So, by default the start script of AEM doesn't contain any specific JVM OPTS that configure / tune the way in which the JVM performs Garbage Collection.Just wondering: What JAVA_OPTS do you guys use in the start script to configure the GC process for the Java Virtual Machine?PS: Not talking about the Garbage Collection for the Datastore, this is about the JVM and it's memory management.PSS: How about using the new G1GC, anyone got experience with that?

I have created project (say project A) just pushing AWS libraries to AEM in the apps/system/install folder, so that my other project (say project B) running on the same author instance can use those libraries within OSGI framework. After project A has pushed the libraries, I can see them in apps/system/install. However, when I tried to build project B, the command mvn clean install -PautoInstallPackage will wipe whatever project A added to apps/system/install. So that project B bundle will not be active as it still unable to find those libraries. Any suggestion how to prevent Project B to wipe the content in the  apps/system/install? or there is an alternative? many thanks!

Hey everyone,I feel like this question has probably been asked before and tried to dig around in the community but wasn't really finding what I wanted so forgive me if this has already been asked and answered! I'm trying to think of a way to basically relate two records together. The scenario is that a client can nominate one of their team members for an award by filling out a form. We would want to drop the staff into a sequence and then note of the clients record that they have nominated a staff member. If necessary I could see using multi-step forms where the client puts in their information first and then puts in their staff. but if possible would prefer if we could just have them enter the staff and then have Marketo relate that the staff members works for X company and check a box on the primary contact. Would love to hear any ideas and suggestions if anyone has tackled this in the past.Thanks in advance!
