Hi guys,According to this official document, all workflows into AC are started manually, so the question is, if I want to add recipients to a list regarding their behaviour, I have to do it and maintain it manually?So I want to add all recipients who clicked a specific link of an email to a list, and if they clicked another specific link (same email) add them to another list, how can I achieve this please?Thank you!Regards,Raúl

If the administrator role is NOT required to be someone from Adobe, does licensing play a part is the administrator role assignment? For example, is a certain license required for administrator role to be on purchaser organization? Is there a limit of the amount of administrators? Is there an administrator hierarchy, if multiple administrators can be assigned?How do you assign an administrator?

Help! I already deselected the syncing of these activities (red box) to Salesforce (around 21:00 AEDT last night) but today the activity history section still keeps on showing the activities i didn't want to sync as Tasks. What else do i need to do in Marketo to stop the syncing?

In the inbox screen (/aem/inbox) of AEM 6.4, only the title of the workflow item is visible.To get a better user experience, it would be great to show the title of the page in the screen as well.With an overlay of the inbox, this would be possible, indeed. But since the content classification in AEM 6.4, it is not recommended anymore to overlay this node.Are there any recommendations?

Hi,I have a Boolean field in the  Field management but when I am searching the same field in Form, I am not getting the same. But the same field is visible in Smart list, Smart campaign but not in Form.What could be the possible reason?Thanks

I am trying to achieve personalisation in AEM 6.3. I am not able to see "Resolved Segments" in contexthub toolbar in my project. Whereas if I try in we-retail site, I can see "resolved segments" such as female,age-over-30, season-summer etc.Can somebody help me why is it happening only in my project whereas it works fine in we-retail site? Hello,I'm using the Adobe Analytics "Set Variables" action and I have a variable in the Custom Code section.   How do I get the variable from the Custom Code and assign it to any of the evars, props, etc. in the UI? So if I have this:var loc = 'florida';what is the code I use to assign the value in the UI (not via code)?  %this.loc% doesn't work.

Hi Team. I see a bug that is affecting multiple clients. Safari 12 (desktop) is showing up as 0.8.2 in the Browser table. AppMeasurement version is 2.9

The company I work for has been using Adobe analytics, but the contract between the company and Adobe will be expired soon (14th Oct). And my company will not extend the contract due to internal budget issue. My question is, can I access the data in Adobe analytics after 14th Oct?If I could, for how long will I have authority to access my data?

I have a dam in AEM 6.3 that has a large audit log stored under /var/audit/com.day.cq.dam and I want to reduce its size with a weekly purge. The dam audit log is so large that the Timeline feature in Touch UI doesn't work so it needs to be purged. I can see an osgi config named "DAM audit Log Purge rule" under /system/console/configMgr but I don't see how to get that rule running in the weekly maintenance tasks at /libs/granite/operations/content/maintenanceWindow.html/libs/settings/granite/operations/maintenance/granite_weekly . What is the best way to call the DAM audit Log Purge rule once a week?

Hello,I have a few questions about setting up the load rule for this extension:The documentation states my actions should look like this: Clear Variables > Set s.Products > Set Analytics Vars > Send Beacon.  My question is since I already have a “every page” Analytics load rule, wouldn’t adding a Send Beacon as part of this load rule cause two s.t (page view) requests to be sent?  Does Launch ignore all but a single Send Beacon option so if I created 25 Analytics Load Rules with each containing a Send Beacon action – Launch would be smart enough to only send one?The dataLayer element that contains my products is a comma separated string, e.g., “MD-6578,KY-8745,KY-9768”.  Do I need to convert this to an array prior to assigning it to any of the UI entries or does the extension automatically parse the string?In the Core > Value Comparison Conditions module, several items are supported, like equals, contains, greater than, etc.  What should we use to represent IS NULL and IS N

Hi Guys,Referring domain report under traffic sources we see there are wide range of data on Typed/Bookedmarked (39,506 Instances) than other domains like google and internal url's (assume 4000 average instances). As we known that there are few reasons for that too getting wide data on Typed/Bookedmarked as I mentioned below.When we type our URL directly into their browserWhen we book bookmarks our page on your site and references it on later (complete URL with query string)when the image request is not provided any referrer stuff (on the time of server call)Apart from all the reason mentioned above, is there any other specific reason to get this kind of wide data on Typed/Bookedmarked? Hi all,I want to create a segment of customers that installed an app (tied to an event) in a specific hour. We ran a TV campaign to drive installs, so I want to profile that group of customers that installed the app between 1900-2000.In Workspace, I ran a report with "day" as the dimension, broken down by hour, with the install event as the metric. When I highlight that specific hour and click "create segment from selection" nothing happens.I want to use this segment going forwards (lets call them "app installers") to monitor their behaviour subsequent future behaviour i.e visits, products bought etc...I also want to profile customers by time of day, for example midnight - 0700 as "morning users", 1200-1400 as "lunchtime users" and so on.Can anyone help?
