After an adobe analytics license has expired is the data still available in Omniture? If so for how long is the data retained?

Hello Guys,Is there anyone can help to guide: How to track the last links user clicked before leaving the site, no matter what the hit-depth is?E.g., Entry Page A > Page B > Page A > click "configure", then user left the site.I can understand that if the "configure" leads to another page on website, then I can use the page with biggest counts of "exit", but how about if the "configure" will not guide user to any specific page on website, but a JS button or lead to a new "layer".So, if there is any way I can get the last links user clicked (but not only lead to a new page) will be helpful.Please let me know if there is any way I can do it.Thanks in advance.H

Hi,The Video Time Spent metric is given in Seconds. This is how Google Analytics also reports viewing time. We've been told by GA that to convert seconds to hours, the calculation is to divide by 6 (not 60) to get minutes, then 60 to get seconds, so 360. Is this the same for Adobe Analytics? Or is it correct to divide by 60 for minutes and 60 for seconds?Thanks,Terence

Hi there,Does anyone know of a best practices guide to tagging modals on a page? These would be pop-up messages on a web page which may not be served to everyone, but when it is served it may have multiple routes the user could take with it: click close button, click outside the box to close, click any of a few call to action links on the pop-up, fill out a few boxes already visible in the pop-up, etc.The objective would be to understand how many times the pop-up was visible as well as to break down user interactions with the pop-up. As well, the analytics implementation should be robust so that the same set of props, eVars, events, can be used with multiple different pop-up flavors across the site and over the calendar year.Thanks.

When I fire a page view event, I notice that 5 events are being fired. Only one of these are an actual Page View event as the rest of them have a pev2 and pe attached to it. the pev2 captures 'ADMS BP Event'. I have no idea what this is and the subsequent page views also capturing a 'crash event'. I know this is an issue but can someone please outline how I can fix this or why this would happen? Thanks!

I am having a question about rolling date ranges in Adobe workspace.I am trying to do the following:time range a: starting from July 16th 2018time range b: should end on July 15th and always roll backwards with the same amount of days just like time range aIs there a great workaround or solution? I have the following custom form code that displays a thank you message on submit without reloading the page. I'd like to take this a step further and make this conditional. Sorry for the Reddit reference in the headline, but I need this broken down, please. Is this scenario to be expected?

I'm updating an AEM application from 6.2 to 6.4. After the update, things are working normally. However, in edit mode and design mode, there is no overlay, hover states, or drag and drop areas. I can't edit anything, no components show up in the sidekick or the content tree, and I can't use design mode to update the settings for the page or parsys, because there is no overlay there either. Basically, there is no way for me to interact with the page via edit, design, or targeting mode. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what could be the cause. It's not even that I can't add a component to a parsys - the "drag components here" is not even there. Nothing highlights as I mouse over, etc.- I am admin, so it's not permissions related- The default design nodes look fine for these pages and components- I tried creating design dialogs for the components, but those don' work either- The components all show up under /libs/wcm/core/content/sites/components.html and they look fine- All bu

We'd like to run the data store garbage collection on a daily basis.For this we tried to configure the "Weekly Maintenance Window" [1] and simply switch from weekly to daily recurrence. But after submitting the next execution date does not change to the next day. Also after this execution date has passed the schedule does not change to a daily recurrence.Is this an error or how to properly change the weekly maintenance configuration to a daily basis? Also deploying a configuration within /conf/global/settings/granite/operations/maintenance/granite_weekly does not help.You can reproduce this behavior in a plain AEM 6.3 instance. In Ad Hoc Analysis there is an option in the "FLOW" -report to count multiple sequential elements either as one or multiple instances of the variable. How can I do this in the regular Adobe Analytics workspace project? I need to create a segment from a specific flow, but the flow project won't allow me to count automatic page refreshes as a single instance. Any ideas if that "Count repeat instances: No" can be replicated in Analytics workspace flow projects?

Hi,I have a question about using Flow Report in Ad hoc.I wonder what is different when 'Count Repeat Instance' is set to Yes and No in Flow Report.When I use Metrics as Page views, I simply subtract the Refresh value from the reference page. But using Metrics as Entries did not make sense.In this case, it is equal to the value of A page - A page (next page) of 'Count Repeat Instance: Yes' and A page value of 'Count Repeat Instance: No'.14,716 - 4,978 = 9,738But when Metrics is Entries, it is not calculated.6,612 - 1,861 = 4,703 ?? By metrics, may or may not be computed.Please let us know how the 'Count Repeat Instance' works in the Flow Report.

コミュニティを検索しても記載している箇所がなかったのでご質問させていただきました。Marketoで作成したランディングページ内にアンカーリンクを設置し、ページ内リンクをさせたいのですが可能なものなのでしょうか。ランディングページはフリーフォームランディングページをテンプレートとして作成したのでエディター上で編集等しています。ページ上部に申込みフォームまでのボタンを配置し、申込みフォームの見出しにアンカーを設置。上部ボタンにページ内の見出しまでのリンク先を設定してフォームの見出しまで飛ばしたいという内容です。簡単に図を作ってみましたが、イメージとしてはこんな感じです。見出し部分を画像で作ってしまったので、空白のリッチテキストを見出し画像の上に設置してリッチテキストのHTML内にidを入れてみたのですがうまくいきませんでした。どなたかご存知の方、恐れ入りますがご教示ください。よろしくお願い致します。

Hi,I just selected 6 pages from the page dimension for which I visualized the Total Seconds Spent (for a period in the past) = screenshot at the left. I then created a segment based on these 6 pages and dragged above the Total Seconds Spent metric = screenshot at the right.As you can see the results are different. Does anyone now why?
