I am working on cleaning up our database by focusing on removing invalid emails who are not leads. I know, for the most part that the best practice is to keep unsubscribes in the database so that we do not send to these contacts in the future. Though, if an unsubscribed contact is also categorized as invalid, can I remove the contact from our database or is the best practice to keep the lead in our database?

Can I confirm that its NOT possible in AEM 6.3 Touch UI, using the Targeting mode to target entire container components e.g. Responsive Grid and it's only possible to target components contained within them.Responsive Grid - /libs/wcm/foundation/components/responsivegrid

Hi,I am on the premise server for about 2 years now. I wonder if it's save now to add field(s) by going to Tools > Advanced > Add new fields. Will it cause any issue to the system functionality and stability?Also how can I edit the exiting field name in a table?Thanks,Jason

Am seeing some issues with anchor tag in AEM rich text editor.IN RTE if i use the the following:<a href="test.com"> testing</a> -- Works well, href exists all the time.second case:<a href="test.com" id="test"> testing</a>in source edit once you try to edit again, it becomes<a  id="test"> testing</a> -- Doesn't work well, href is removed .I have tried changing the  following file:/apps/cq/xssprotection/config.xmlbut nothing helped.Has anyone seen this issue.

I am trying to normalize countries in my Marketo DB by changing all US, USA, and United States of America to the Marketo standard of United States.My smart list shows 90,480 records that meet one of those critera; however, in my Smart Campaign, when I use the EXACT same Smart List criteria and select Schedule, I see "Set to affect around 0 existing people"What am I missing here?

Im bringing in data by JSSP. I can subscribe and write to the rec table, but I want a single view of all JSSP submissions for for good record keeping. So I'd like to simply add all submissions via JSSP to a list. I was going through https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-3/develop/the-basics/designer.html document which highly recommends to store images and CSS files under /etc/design/<project>. The reasoning given is that re-designing of the website can be simply done by pointing the design path to a different node at the root of the site from design/v1 to design/v2. A code snippet for an image was given there, however when we talk about re-designing, this is more than just using different images (which we can anyways do using inherited parsys) and mostly comes down on how to switch ClientLibs for a particular section of the site. I was not able to use this Design and Designer to do so since ClientLibs are included based on category and not on the path. So unless I use a naming convention which is more of a custom code, I am not able to switch ClientLib by asking my marketer to just change the design path. Am I missing something here please?

Hi All,I am trying to override the defaut 'Drag Component here' text in parsys/responsive grid component. I was able to achieve this by changing the few lines of javascript code in /libs/cq/gui/components/authoring/editors/clientlibs/core/js/model/Inspectable.js directly. Since i should not modify the foundation code from libs, i tried to copy the clientlibrary from /libs/cq/gui/components/authoring/editors/clientlibs/core to /apps/cq/gui/components/authoring/editors/clientlibs/core, my page is breaking with lots of JS Console errors. Can anyone suggest me a way to overwrite the foundation JS? I am using AEM 6.3.

I took some training classes and read some help pages and I still have question about those 2 types of variables:1. For Props, they mentioned that it can hold path. I am wondering is that mean it can hold the path of visitor's journey. If I use prop to hold variable like URL, page name, then I will get the navigation reports ( like landing , exit, full path, next page etc ). Is this the meaning of path? 2. I read the document mentioned that the recent version, evar and prop are very close to each other. So for right now, which data I have to use prop, can nor use eVar? Please provide some examples3. for eVar, they mentioned that it is a persistence variable which can be used to hold conversion related info. The interesting thing I saw was, we tracking a search page load as an event. we used a eVar to hold the search keyword. PHi,I've using iParsys in my project. On parent page when I'm dragging component in iParsys, the DOM is like this.In above snapshot, an extra is coming which is coming below dragged component section. But, in case of child pages, when we see DOM, the div section is coming at the top of the dragged component which is creating extra space.I need to remove this extra <div class="new section"> or it would be okay if it comes to the dragged component for child pages instead of coming at the top of it.Thanks,Himanshu

We have to repilcate content to multiple data centers (around 35) using 1 replication agent. Since it is a tedious task to enable/disable each replication agent, requirement is to create 1 page which would list all the replication agents or data-centers, and on 1 click all the replication agents would be enabled or disabled. Hi,I'm trying to understand if it's possible to test a change in a page that belongs to one report suite and measure the results in another report suite.Basically our eshop is in one report suite and the rest of the website is in another, we want to test a change in a page that links to products in the eshop, so we'd like to measure success as the number of orders in each experience. Hi guys,I'm new to Adobe, I'm coming from a different MAP and I'm discovering this new platform.This is my first question if anyone can help me.There's an idea of sending an email with dynamic live images, I mean, it's an image pointing to a url that will show a campaign on the first week and will be updated on the second week. We have followed the link Style System  for including style system. But when we click on the policy tab of the List component we are not able to view styles tab as mentioned in the blog. But in the blog they mentioned as Do we need to enable anything for the styles tab to appear. Hi all,I am new in AED.I use AED 6.2, java 1.8.181, maven 3.5.4, eclipse oxygen on Win10.I tried to reproduce example Getting Started with AEM Sites Part 1 - Project Setup In step 6 ( Navigate to the AEM Sites Console: http://localhost:4502/sites.html The WKND Site will be one of the sites. It will include two content pages, one for English and one for French) I get Exception when I try to Edit en page.Exception isCannot find a file corresponding to class com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.component.models.Page in the repositoryIn which repository there is no file and how to get this and probably another missing classes?Best Regards

In AEM 6.4 / 6.3 a cloud service for google captcha is created in author mode and used in an AEM form. When the form is published, The cloud configuration didn't get published. So tried explicitly  replicated the /conf/global/settings/cloudconfigs/recaptcha folder and tested the form in publisher. The form erred showing "Invalid  Captcah". The server logs showed "JCE Decryption" Error. Opened a ticket with AEM Support, they told that the Cloud Service Config has to be created explicitly on the publisher, but we could use the same name.  We did that, but on author / publisher running on PRODUCTION mode this is not possible and the replication will not work either. Any solution / workaround for this?
