I feel like I've looked into this before, but can't find my thread on it so asking the question fresh. Does anyone know how to control who pulls into the list of users when you go to @ mention someone in the updates section of a project/task/issue/etc. The problem we are facing today is as an Ad Agency we have hundreds of clients we do work for. Those clients have absolutely no Workfront access, but we do add their emails to proofs for review. When we do so, it automatically creates them a Workfront account as an "External User." Then when we are working in the system we then 1) have a risk to tag an external user, put them on a project, etc. 2) when we go to @ mention someone in the updates we have to filter through all the external users who we don't need to communicate with. IE I need to tag my coworker "Ashley Smith" but she is 10 users down in the @mentions after all our clients also named "Ashley." The "smart assignments" works well to keep us from dealin

I'm trying to create a second report, similar to the screenshot below, but of our non-marketing Partners projects. I copied the report I made and changed the filter from EQUAL to NOT EQUAL with the same criteria, but the OR in-between each statement seems to be throwing it off and including all partner names. If I include the NOT EQUAL filter and try to stack multiple partner names with AND, it only takes one of those filters and kicks the rest out.  I included the filters I used to create this one, which are basically a CRITERIA OR CRITERIA repeated 5 times. For our non-marketing Partners, we have 26 of those, so recreating that is not impossible but is time consuming. Does anybody know of an easy way to flip these filters to get the data I need? 

I have an unsupported scenario in how we are managing flicker delay.  To accommodate it, I need to know the moment when Target has completed the render of any personalization.  I've attempted to do this via actions in a Launch/Tags rule, but even using "wait to run next action" on the send / render for Target, it still fires before the render has actually occurred.  I'm assuming I need to set an event listener or similar, but don't know what to listen for.  I'm even willing to do the entire send as custom javascript with a ".then" to handle the response, but I'm not quite sure how to make it work on the actual render event. Thanks!

Is it possible to create a custom field that lists all of a project's task statuses? If not, what would be the best way to display this information in a field that would be readable by Fusion.

Hello - I am trying to understand how we can link assets uploaded from external vendors into Brand Portal back to Workfront (WF) projects without having to download the assets from AEM and reupload assets into WF. Example: If a vendor uploads assets to Brand Portal and we publish assets to AEM Assets then we add the associated metadata, is there anyway to connect the assets with a Workfront project using the connector without having to add the assets in the WF project itself? (Assets would only live in the DAM, not WF.)Can there be multiple assets tied to one object in WF?If so, will one connection allow for updates across multiple assets (sometimes in the hundreds).

Hello,  Whenever I try to include graphQL fragments in my query the values return null. First example shows results without graphQL fragment, second shows results with it. Note that the content fragments are the same for both instances, so the null should have something populate.   

If this is in the wrong sub, please let me know.  How can we properly capture anonymous data when the Opt-in extension is enabled in Launch? When this is enabled, and users ignore our consent banner or decline, no beacons are sent for capturing anonymous data like site views and page visits. Is there a way for certain "anonymous" rules to override this and still send the beacon for data capturing?

Is it possible to get an understanding of number of times a rule has fired and what location the rule has fired? I am not only looking at AA rules but also Meta, LinkedIn, etc.. Is there any way to get that data from Data Collection, Admin, or Adobe itself?

Hi, I have a journey like this:I have allow re-entrance active with a 10 seconds re-entrance wait period. I'd like to know if a person can enter the journey twice before finishing the whole journey. For example, my behavior trigger the AJO journey but I'm stucked in the wait activity (24 hours). What if after initial trigger I trigger the same journey again? Do I enter the journey even if my first behavior didn't finish the whole journey? Is this possible to have same profile twice flowing the journey? Thanks.

We have a problem that when extending the universal editor we create a modal with a form, but when we click or focus on the input of the form and for example write the letter, for example a, the sidebar with the options is activated and it is not writing in the input, you need to click on the input twice so that this does not happen. Is there a way to avoid that? or is it a Universal Editor bug?  

the goal is to create a template with two tabs in the page properties and then create two template children of which one inherits both tabs, while the other child only inherits one tab. Possibly from code. I don't have the slightest idea how to do it, I can't find any resources that can help me do it from start to finish.

Hi All, I am trying to make a third party API call via custom action. I added the required authentication details and the test authentication is successful as in the below screenshot. HTTP protocol violation. Authentication challenge without WWW-Authenticate  Header. Also observed that once I added the custom action to the very first journey, I see the same issue but it got resolved by itself after after a couple of day

Hi Community,I’m encountering an issue while trying to delete records in our sandbox and would appreciate any insights or help.Here’s the situation:I created a delete record request via the UI for two records in our sandbox. The request was completed successfully, but the records were only cleaned up from UPS and not from the datalake.Additionally, according to the documentation, I am unable to find the option to select whether to delete records from a specific dataset or from all datasets.Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this? I have an AEM Form that submits to a REST endpoint and redirects to a thank-you page. When the form is submitted, I get the following errors (same error twice in a row) and the form data is not submitted to the endpoint. Hello,I hope you can help me on this topic.Is there a possibility to deploy on the same environment, different repositories but not all at the same time?Example:Suppose we have 2 different repositories (repo A and repo B), totally independent of each other.Both must be present simultaneously in the same environmentEach repository will have a reference pipeline in which we will deploy the reference code.What’s the matter?If I start the pipeline of repository A that contains only repository A,how can I prevent the build from going to delete everything already present of repository B on the environment?The goal is to deploy only repositories that have undergone changes, not all repositories but still keep them all on the same environment. Is there a way to implement this? Thanks, Roberta
