Hello,I was going through a custom segment and noticed that one rule was "referrer type does not exist".How is this possible? I thought the referrer type was set on the first hit in a visit and persisted throughout the visit (unless the visitor leaves and come back a through a different referrer type).The custom segment I'm reviewing was created to track internal traffic sources.Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

We have some BDMs who are adding new leads to SalesForce.  In SalesForce, we are adding them to a specific Campaign and I have a smart campaign that will add the Acquisition Program.I am trying to add an Acquisition Date and I would like to reference the SalesForce Created Date as the Acquisition Date.  Is there a token that I can use in the "Change Data Value" to reference the Created Date?Thank you

Hello all,I have a requirement in which we need approval from administrators , if any author "deletes" (clicks on delete option) any dam asset from damadmin the request should go to admin/groups for approval.Then if the request is approved the dam asset should be deleted otherwise it should not be.Kindly provide pointers on how to achieve this.We tried this using Launcher, but the asset is already deleted by the time the workflow is started and then there is no path found exception .Thanks,Preeti

In our project there is usage 2.0.0 version of Core Components. The problem is that with applying SP2 for AEM 6.3 and upgrading Core Components library to version 2.0.6. (It is system requirements GitHub - Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/aem-core-wcm-components: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites Core Components - flexible,…​ ) customization(hide/add properties within tabs) for dialog of  "core/wcm/components/page/v2/page" is become broken for our pages. As i understand it's due to changing dialog structure and its tabs is included using "granite/ui/components/foundation/include" and this include breaks Sling Resource Merger mechanism. Using 2.0.0 within AEM 6.3 SP2 brings also some challenges into OSGI dependencies resolution. Do we have some any way to resolve this issue?Thanks in advance.

When I click any of the rules or data elements that were using the Core extension now display :Unable to display data element. The extension used by the data element was previously uninstalled.I've installed the extension again - I can see its the same version: 1.0.2.All my rules/elements have been affected. I assume this is a bug in the system? As they should just be using the same extension or, at the very least, I should be able edit them to re assign - otherwise this means any time I uninstall an extension all my work is lost?Just noticed, the page is still pulling through the rules/data elements and firing the tags as usual.Cheers for any further information/help on this.

I'm working a new component after following some WKND examples online for the Card component and I can't get my new component to properly display placeholder text, aka the name/title of the component, when the component is dragged onto the page.I thought it was just pulling the name from the jcr:title property is this not the case?Using AEM 6.3.2.

Hey guys ,Actually I have a text field which is binded with a long text , need to color a specific character from the string. Got an idea of using replace function  replacing the text with a colored text using javascript , used the following script : (the rawValue contains text "this is only for testing")var e = "BLAH";this.font.fill.color.value = "0,56,101";//e.value.font.fill.color = "0,56,101";var str = this.rawValue;str = str.replace(/ only /g, e);this script works but it colors the entire string , the third line of script does not work(so commented it). Can we set color to the value of the variable e which I've defined above and pass that variable to replace function ???

I am reporting our apps on launch level, but when trying to get to see launches on pagelevel there is no data. Why is that so? should launches be almost acting like visits with only different limitations?

Hi,we have GA (UA) tool setup in DTM. We set some custom dimensions and metrics in event rules. It seems that the custom dimensions are not cleared in between successive event calls.E.g.Event call 1 only sets Custom Dimension 1 to value "A". The 'collect" call on GA contains a parameter "cd1=A".Event call 2 only sets Custom Dimension 2 to value "B". In event call 2 we actually see that Custom Dimension 1 with value "A" is passed. So the "collect" call on GA contains both "cd1=A & cd2=B".This seems to be wrong behavior? Is there a way to clear these settings in between calls (cfr clearVars for Adobe Analytics)Kind regardsStefan

Essentially 4 versions of the same page to be updated each week in a month. Hi, I am trying to build a freeform table but really struggling with the dimensions aspect. So I have a metric and have broken it down into a list of currencies of an error in this particular case. That's all fine, but now I want to filter by day, but this is where it gets strange. If I pull out the Day dimension and drop it in, it only gives me 15 days from earliest to latest day left to right. Now I need 30 days, so I click the arrow on days and it gives as many as I want, but if I click on a bunch of them, it puts them on the table in the reverse order. Is there a way specify which order you want them in?

I am trying to use the below validation script for a webapp to validate below three attributes and then insert in Campaign Schema using storage activity, however it is validating the field but it still inserts the data if validation fails. Hi All,I have an SMS provider that doesn't offer URL shortening/tracking.Does anyone have a solution to this?In my example, I'm not using the Adobe Campaign Mobile optional module - but exporting a .csv file that includes mobile number and SMS message content.Ideally, I'd like a way to be able to find/replace any URLs found within the exported SMS message column before it drops on the SMS provider's SFTP for processing.The short URL would need to be unique per message, to enable tracking at an individual level.Then I'd need to be able to retrieve any click logs that the shortened URLs generated. (I'm comfortable creating schemas/processes to store this info)Does anyone have anything to share on this? Even if it's not an exact like for like example.ThanksDavid

Hi,I'm trying to find a way to retrieve assets from AEM by establishing a remote connection between a remote server and the AEM server. The remote server has to connect to AEM server and request for the specific asset, AEM server must serve the asset to the remote server, so it can manipulate it. Is there a way to achieve this through an API, or any other method? I am designing them as one string for the campaign variable www.test.com?ecid=test:test:test for example.Would you consider a colon a url safe character?  I would like to understand because I thought the colon approach was url safe for the appended campaign parameters.
