I have created a new custom namespace for the asset metadata.  I am able to add the custom metadata to the asset. But while retrieving using asset,getMetadata it comes as ns2:<customname>

Good morning, I am new to the suite and will be working within a S2S environment between Analytics and AAM. This is a different integration than the previous DMP I was involved with. My question is, with this integration should I be building segments in AA and pushing them into AAM or building the segments in AAM with query strings (not the friendliest way to do it)?I've read most of the AAM docmentation and watched MANY videos but still do not completely understand the process. Is there documentation where I can get the best feel for the products and how they work together.Glenn

Suppose I have a image component, text component and tile component. Just like we can resize and place any components inside the layout container, I am thinking of an option to place the large image component in the background and other components on top of that. So when it is viewed other components can sit on top of the large image component. To achieve this on which component should I need to write the custom code.

Hello,we're trying to upgrade our sync procedure with the new "Universal marketing cloud id" moving away from the legacy format.In the documentation we have at our disposal, the sync endpoint Marketing Cloud Help | Set up your User ID Sync only allows us to receive AAM IDs (legacy Audience Manager ID format).Is there a way to activate a new  sync flow with the new Marketing cloud id?Best,Francesco.

Hi All,Happy New year!My question  is we have a Adobe Target integrated with AAM, we have segments flowing from AAM to Adobe Target. The issue we are facing is we are able to see the AAM data counting in  Adobe Target only for the Rule based traits and segments. When we use offline uploads and create the Segment in AAM and create  a campaign in Target we are not seeing the data in the Adobe Target, we couldn't understand what is causing the issue with offline uploads.We have raised a open ticket with client care, they have asked to change the order of calls visitor API, Target calls. Where we have them in the right order and double checked everything it all looks good. As per client care if that is the issue that should effect Ruled based segments as well correct?Is there anyone who came across with the same issue please let us know if you have any answer for this. Hi,I'm a new user of AAM and since the documentation is missing some information I have a few questions.I currently have AA, Target and Marketing Cloud ID Service implemented via DTM for web and SDK for mobile apps.All use the latest code versions.For starters I've implemented the AAM Module in the AA tool in DTM and enable SSF from AA Admin interface.Also in DTM in the I've added the Marketing Cloud ID Service Settings the audienceManagerServer and audienceManagerServerSecure.We actively use 4 report suites in AA for web and mobile apps. This are all mapped to the same OrgID and available in AAM.Now for the questions:is SSF available for Mobile Services as well and what settings should be made in the Mobile Services UI or SDK?in AAM what ID Type should be selected for specific report suite Data Sources (mobile and web).Traits and Segments should be build based on the specific report suite Data Source or the Active Audience Data Source?For example I would like for a specific report sui

Hey!We are planning a transition to Marketo Landing pages from the currently used platform. Marketo landing pages will work great for our registration pages and we have no concerns about that. However, we are planning to host our other product/industry specific landing pages that is very different from regular registration pages, contains much more content, design details, etc. Is it fully doable with Marketo LPs functionality or for non-registration pages we should stick with the platform we currently use?Many Thanks,Diana

We are building a new microsite in Wordpress and adding Marketo forms on each page using the "Marketo Forms and Tracking" plugin. Most of the pages of the site have two forms: one for the primary CTA and one for a secondary CTA. These are set up as different forms in Marketo with different fields. My developer has wrote custom javascript that says:After all forms have rendered on the pageIf the submit button is clickedReplace the form with textBlock the redirect instructions set in the form editor in Marketo and instead execute the redirect landing page in a new browser windowThe issue we are running in to is that the Javascript is being applied to BOTH forms on the page. When we include the form ID in the Javascript, the JS doesn't execute at all. We've tried including the form ID using an "if" statement and using the ID as an array, string, and number type but none of those options seem to work.  Has anyone else run into this issue and/or have any suggested fixes so we can apply cust

Hi,We recently enabled acquisitions in mobile services but having trouble with seeing first launch data in the Adobe Mobile Services UI.The clicks data is populating but the first launches is still 0 and we also don't see any context data in the Adobe Analytics UI. We've had our developer follow every step as stated on this page (Mobile App Acquisition).https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/mobile/android/t_testing-marketing-link-acquisition.html Any suggestions as to what we should be looking at to fix the first launch data issue? Many (possibly all) of our users are currently experiencing issues using the Clickmap PlugIn. The overlay/heatmap no longer appears on the website when it loads. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin at least 3 times and I've had no luck -- What are some possible reasons for this occuring? We have the most up-to-date version of the plug-in (2.3.24) and also the latest version of Mozilla Firefox (Ver 24.0)Please advise- Anthony

Hello,I want to create a paginated table like the/security/content/useradmin.html, but when i am loading the page the content of the page autoscrolls retrieving all the paginated content without the scroll action of user. Even if the requests are made correctly like table.40.40, table.80.40, they are executed ignoring the onScroll event.Do you have any ideas why? Thanks!
