Hi,I'm a new user of AAM and since the documentation is missing some information I have a few questions.I currently have AA, Target and Marketing Cloud ID Service implemented via DTM for web and SDK for mobile apps.All use the latest code versions.For starters I've implemented the AAM Module in the AA tool in DTM and enable SSF from AA Admin interface.Also in DTM in the I've added the Marketing Cloud ID Service Settings the audienceManagerServer and audienceManagerServerSecure.We actively use 4 report suites in AA for web and mobile apps. This are all mapped to the same OrgID and available in AAM.Now for the questions:is SSF available for Mobile Services as well and what settings should be made in the Mobile Services UI or SDK?in AAM what ID Type should be selected for specific report suite Data Sources (mobile and web).Traits and Segments should be build based on the specific report suite Data Source or the Active Audience Data Source?For example I would like for a specific report sui

Hey!We are planning a transition to Marketo Landing pages from the currently used platform. Marketo landing pages will work great for our registration pages and we have no concerns about that. However, we are planning to host our other product/industry specific landing pages that is very different from regular registration pages, contains much more content, design details, etc. Is it fully doable with Marketo LPs functionality or for non-registration pages we should stick with the platform we currently use?Many Thanks,Diana

We are building a new microsite in Wordpress and adding Marketo forms on each page using the "Marketo Forms and Tracking" plugin. Most of the pages of the site have two forms: one for the primary CTA and one for a secondary CTA. These are set up as different forms in Marketo with different fields. My developer has wrote custom javascript that says:After all forms have rendered on the pageIf the submit button is clickedReplace the form with textBlock the redirect instructions set in the form editor in Marketo and instead execute the redirect landing page in a new browser windowThe issue we are running in to is that the Javascript is being applied to BOTH forms on the page. When we include the form ID in the Javascript, the JS doesn't execute at all. We've tried including the form ID using an "if" statement and using the ID as an array, string, and number type but none of those options seem to work.  Has anyone else run into this issue and/or have any suggested fixes so we can apply cust

Hi,We recently enabled acquisitions in mobile services but having trouble with seeing first launch data in the Adobe Mobile Services UI.The clicks data is populating but the first launches is still 0 and we also don't see any context data in the Adobe Analytics UI. We've had our developer follow every step as stated on this page (Mobile App Acquisition).https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/mobile/android/t_testing-marketing-link-acquisition.html Any suggestions as to what we should be looking at to fix the first launch data issue? Do we need to change the value of referrertimeout to something longer than 5?Thanks

Many (possibly all) of our users are currently experiencing issues using the Clickmap PlugIn. The overlay/heatmap no longer appears on the website when it loads. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin at least 3 times and I've had no luck -- What are some possible reasons for this occuring? We have the most up-to-date version of the plug-in (2.3.24) and also the latest version of Mozilla Firefox (Ver 24.0)Please advise- Anthony

Hello,I want to create a paginated table like the/security/content/useradmin.html, but when i am loading the page the content of the page autoscrolls retrieving all the paginated content without the scroll action of user. Even if the requests are made correctly like table.40.40, table.80.40, they are executed ignoring the onScroll event.Do you have any ideas why? Thanks!

Hello,I was wondering what the best way to send segments to a DSP is? Should we create a single destination specific to the DSP or should we create uniques destinations for that DSP specifically for a single segment?For example, the DSP is AppNexus and we first want to send them a suppression segment but know that down the line we'll be sending other segments that contain a lookalike model, or perhaps a retargeting segment. Do I need three destinations or only one? I just want to know the best practice to ensure things are as clean as possible.Also, in this instance I'd want a S2S destination correct?Glenn Bourque

Hello everyone,Goal : I have a form with a checkbox that asks permission to store the user's data. If they have selected 'yes' I don't want to show the checkbox on future forms or page visits.What I've tried: 1. Check if there is a munchkin cookie in the users browser.2. If there is, make an API call to the lead db to check the value of the db field 'Consent_to_Processing__c'.3. The input row is hidden with CSS, but if the API call returns 'false' or 'null', then the input row will be displayed.Current problems I'm trying to solve for:1. Can I conditionally load the input based on the API call value?2. I'm trying to not have to load the form with JS because I don't our Automation team to be able to embed different forms without having to get the JS file updated.3. There are timing problems currently with the form sometimes loading after the API call is finished, so the DOM element to unhide doesn't exist when the API value is checked.Any help from the community would be very helpful. Hi all,I have one web property that has 3 domains. Each domain has there own first party cookie tracking server (secured and unsecured). I assume I can write an if statement in the custom code area of the adobe analytics tool so that the tracking server will change based on the domain. Does that mean I should leave the tracking server fields under general tab blank? Also, is there another maybe easier way, to get the same result?

Hi,In AEM earlier versions, we had etc/designs where we used to put all our clientlibs. So to implement theming, we used to select the theme from page properties and apply the design based on css from clientlibs.Since AEM 6.4 does not have etc/designs and clientlibs ahve been moved to /apps folder. Can anyone please let me know how to implement theming in AEM 6.4?Thanks,Priya

Can we customize the column control component. Like author can select no of rows and no of column and based on that one grayed layout with parsys appeared and that should be responsive.

We would like to keep the default download link tracking configured in the Analytics Extension's "Link Tracking" section with the default file extensions in place. But there are a few lightboxes which should not count towards a download. But as there is no specific rule for these, and the lnk_d is triggered automatically, how can I add some conditions? We're configuring some new email templates. As we populate these emails with a price, we're looking for these to be set at 2 decimal places including pence, E.g. £100.00. The values in the data fed in to the template are to two decimal points, but the HTML is showing the data without the trailing zero, E.g. £101.7How do we get round this?Regards,Andy
