For a variety of reasons, on our new website we are posting our lead forms to the leadCapture/save endpoint. Everything is working well except associating the munchkin cookie. From other posts I can see that we should be posting the cookie in as the field _mkto_trk to the leadCapture/save endpoint. However, it doesn't seem to be associating the munchkin cookie to that record.Clicking a link with a token associates just fine, so I know the munchkin cookie is working as it should.Here's what it looks like in the form fill activity log:If I call the lead endpoint with that cookie later, there is no response. I do get a response for leads with older cookies set before the website changed.I've seen reference to the Associate Lead call, but I need the Lead ID for that, and I am trying to use the cookie to get the Lead ID so that seems pointless.Any ideas?

Is it possible to unsubscribe a person from a Audience List (static list)? 

I have a custom Service and am attempting to make REST API calls to retrieve activities. I am trying to pull a list of browsers for a list of product pages on our store site. I am using the "Products Report" in the Reports area of Adobe Analytics. I use the Extract Data option. Currently I open the Real Time Data Extract window, click Select Specific, and enter each one manually. I would like to enter a string of products. I have tried using the "OR" field in the Select Most Popular window and the "at least one of these words" in the Advanced Search option in the Select Specific window. I have entered the string comma separated with single quotes around the values, double quotes around the values, and nothing but the commas. I have not had any success with the about attempts. I could not find documentation for this search function. Is there a specific format for a string of values? Is there a better way to enter a large list of products?

Hi everyone!When I open any of existing pages on author environment and click on "Page information" button (at the top left corner):     - at first I see "Request Publication" in dropdown menu;     - then, I close menu and open it again (after 30sec-1minute):     - after it I see "Publish Page".Do you have any ideas what the possible solution for such issue? Hello Adobe Community !We are having a rough time with the time parting pluging on the DTM.We have tryed putting it on a data element that would return the value, but this was not working everytile since the s object was sometimes unspecified.Could someon tell us if we could put it on the Tool Custom Rules ?Or do we have to put it in ALL of our rules ?Documention tells to do it on the s.code, but our implementation has not ever tweeked the S code- We don't even know where to find it. We believe that since we use all the user interface of the DTM we don't have any s.code access !Cheers !

I have AEM Forms 6.4 on Windows Server. Just now downloaded AEM Forms add-on package for Windows (AEM-Forms-6.4.1.0-WIN-5.1.14.zip) from AEM Forms releases, but how to install it? I cannot see anything "installable" in the zip file.

Hey Please note that i am trying to build project on eclipse i did the run configuration for maven project but when i click run i got this error Unknown lifecycle phase "Clean". Hi All    I am trying to create a live copy out of Blueprint in AEM 6.4 by following the tutorial Creating a Live Copy of a Site from a Blueprint Configuration. But for me the create button is always disable. For now I am testing with OOTB blueprints (We Retail ) . I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong here. PFB the screenshot. Hi,I am trying to determine how many page views occured in a visit after an event has fired.i.e. Once an internal search is performed how many people stay on site for an additional 1 page view, 2 page views, 3 page views and so on. Or, how many people exited after 1 page, 2 pages etc. I have tried segments such as Event5 existsthenpage views > 2 or Event5 existsthen within 2 (or 3,4,5) pageviewsExitpage existsneither of these return any data. I notice I cant use Exit metric in segments either.Can someone offer some advice as to how to get this information?Thanks,Lachie

Hiya All.Here is a bit of a question for you.A company adds new products to their product database.That same company wants to (based on customers interests (determined by pre-selected preferences and/or previous online behaviour e.g. browsing particular brands or product categories)) send them emails when the new products are a good 'fit' for the customer.The email sent would need to have images, product blurb etc.Let's assume Marketo is at the core of the solution.  I'm struggling to see how I get the product details into Marketo and then perform the analysis on what to send whom.Let's also assume customers have signed up and opted in for Newsletters, so we don't have an issue there.Thoughts?RegardsJo

Hello,I have integrated Adobe Launch with AEM 6.4 and I am having issues with updated Launch config to be shown on AEM.Pre-requisite:AEM and Launch integration has been setupSteps to produce issue:Make any changes in Adobe Launch (e.g. create a rule to rename the page title)Publish the change in Adobe LaunchAEM downloads the changes (via pre-configured cron scheduler polling or by launching the Adobe Launch Library Download workflow)After performing steps above, I can see the following changes in AEM:AEM error log shows that the new Launch library files were downloaded into /var/cq/dtm-reactor/clientlibslibraryEntries and libraryEntriesPrev were updated in /conf/{your-site}/settings/cloudconfigs/dtm-reactor/jcr:content/{env}libraryUri is NOT updated and still points to the old pathAs a result, the site that was configured to use Adobe Launch did not get the latest changes.Is this a bug or is there something else needs to be done to prevent this?Thanks,James

Let me explain:We have a Loyalty table that holds up to 10 friends/family members' names and birthdays.I want to be able to send an email that looks at all those records and pulls out the family member and birthday that meets my criteria (i.e. birthday is in 14 days) as well as enrich the email with that guests' personalised information (i.e. name or age).i.e. I have the Query I want, which will find anyone's birthday 14 days from now: but how do I find out which of the 10 meets that criteria so it can be enriched by a delivery?ThanksKevin

First a little background, then several questions below.  I am a recent convert from the .NET world, so I am still picking up on AEM, Java, Maven, etc.  We are using 6.3 and created our project solution using archetype 12.  Most development is happening on local workstations between AEM and Eclipse.  The source is being stored in a GitHub repo.  We have Jenkins set up in our development environment which nightly builds and deploys the solution to our test AEM environment.  The stage and production environments sit in a different lab environment that we can not connect into remotely. 1. Right now when we want to deploy a release to the stage environment we send the latest core JAR as well as the latest ui.app zip and ui.content zip.  The team installs the jar in both author and publish using the web console and then uploads/installs the two zips through the crx package manager on author and replicates them to publish.       a.  Is this the right way to deploy these builds to a separate

HiI want to track sales generated through our company blog. My thinking was to credit the sale to the blog where it is the original entry point onto our company website and then the visitor goes on to make a purchase within 30 days of that visit. I've been trying to setup a segment in Omniture to track this but I'm new to it and not 100% confident I have it configured correctly.Could anyone suggest how I could configure the segment to obtain the desired data?Thanks in advanceR

I've spoken to a lawyer, but my VP of marketing wants Marketo best practices in this matter.Marketing is only done from the Marketo Database, calls are made from SFDC Database. If a person in GDPR opts out from being communicated they are marked as opted out that is passed to the appropriate field in SFDC, if they request to not be followed they are removed from the Marketo Database. The SFDC DB is for Business performance as well as sales leads for tracking campaign success/failure not for marketing purposes. Should the people who opt out be removed from the SFDC DB and all campaign monitoring be removed as well, or should there be a notation added to the campaign that they can not be contacted due to GDPR compliance?What would be the Advised Marketo Best Practice be in this situation?

During one of my sessions at Marketo Summit, it was mentioned that the new GCP Platform introduced a new SSL product just in time for GDPR Compliance and Chrome 68 warning users of non-HTTPS sites. During that session it was mentioned that, at that time, the email editor was not ready to automatically convert HTTPS links to the tracking domain. This meant that token links that use HTTPS would not get converted to tracking links.Doing some further research, I found a few instances of Marketo Nation threads that detail exactly that:The Editor looks for HTML code that matches href=” to automatically convert links not created by the WYSIWYG editor (I.E., links in Tokens). If a token value for a link uses , it will not be recognized automatically and thus, not get converted to a tracking link.HOWEVER, in my recent testing, this has not been the case.
