Hi Team,           I wanted to shorten the image "src" URL to short either in author or publisher . Can we put a component in a Content Fragment ?​​For example - I have this component that forms a table on a page (Values displayed are generated depending upon selection in dialog), so now I want to put this component in a content fragment and store it as an asset, so that same component/content fragment can be used on multiple pages to form different table values. Is this possible in AEM 6.3 or even through codes ?

Hi,We are trying to integrate DTM with AEM 6.2 (service pack 1) but we are getting timeout issues.We got the proxy settings configuration under com.day.commons.httpclient and am able to connect to analytics server. So, we are assuming there are no issues with proxy settings. We debugged bit more, and found that the DTM is using org.apache.http.impl.client.CloseableHttpClient to get client connection. I created two  components in crx repository under apps/travel/components/structure folder header and footer and add html in the component and save it but when i open the templates for edit in AEM then these components are not shown in components list for drag and drop. Hi All,I have deployed sling:OsgiConfig and its working fine but when I change the same in felix console its converting to nt:file.Problem:All the string properties are changed to key/value paired(i.e. autor.stream5="dsdyttyxxd1234xsds")But in case of Boolean value its changed as key/value with extra B added(i.e. auth.enabledDisabled=B"true").Is it correct behaviour?Regards,Jaganath

I have a progressive drop down in my dialog. My requirement is to get previously selected value on change event.Basically, I want's to show confirmation box to the user only if he selected a different value. I'd want to have an information about appFigures connector that is not clearly mentioned on the Help Center.I'd like to know if you can link appFigures data to visits or if appFigures data is only imported on its side, without any relation with the users' behavior on the application.In a few words: if I use appFigures connector, would I be able to know if a particular downloaded the app and then did a conversion?I guess not.Nicolas

So I have found a fix for this problem but I wanted to know why its happening and if it means my implementation is wrong somewhere.I am using AssetManager from the com.day.cq.dam.api package and creating PDF assets with the line:assetManager.createAsset(path, inputStream, "application/pdf", true);Although they are being created and show up in the forms portal they don't have all the functionality that a pdf form has if I just manually upload it through the portal itself. The only options I have are to select the form and download it, if I then attempt to download the form as a binary file I get the error "Unable to detect the asset type".I looked at the differences between manually loaded assets and my created asset and the solution for me was adding the property:name: pdfFormtype: longvalue: 1to the jcr:content node under the new asset.I'm mostly curious if this is just an accepted problem or If it gets the type somewhere other than mimetype: application/pdf.

Hello Guys,Here's another question about "Flow" in workspace.After expanding 4 levels of flow, it's really hard to find the path for specific pages that I am looking for, plus, only 5 more pages can be expanded on same hierarchy.So, is there any method (except manually move mouse hover the page) I can "search" and "highlight" path for specific pages I am looking for?ThanksH

Hello everyone!I have been trying for some time now to build a sequential segment that would accurately show the volume of visitors that saw page A in one visit then returned to page A in  different visit. The goal being the show the visitor return rate to a page/group of page.Now, if I stick to what is explained in the Adobe Analytics documentation for Segments on pages 30 and 31 (https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/analytics/segment/analytics_segment.pdf), I should only have to build a Visitor scoped segment, with 2 visits containers connected by a 'THEN' operator.SEGMENT:I get 85K visitors for the past 90 days with this segment.Now my issue is, if I add the condition "AFTER 1 VISIT" next to the THEN operator, I get a lesser number of visitors (about 40K visitors). Although logically this should give me the same result of 85K visitors if my understanding is correct, since the original segment should have looked for visitors that saw the homepage twice in separate vi

I tried in two ways like belowAfter running this I didn't get the current date on the field. Anyone can help me on this. I'd like to make a line chart with the x axis consisting of hours of the day, and each line on the chart a different day. The Y axis would obviously be a variable metric. How can I accomplish this? See Excel chart for what I'd like, and a few screenshots of workspace projects that have failed - the x axis is always a date. I'd settle for a bar chart if that's what I can get, but line chart would be best. Thanks!

I am unable to run a clean & publish to AEM from Eclipse and am getting the following error message:Failed publishing path=/conf/aemproject/settings/wcm/policies/rep:policy, result=JcrResult[ success:false, exception: org.apache.sling.ide.transport.RepositoryException - javax.jcr.nodetype.ConstraintViolationException: Item is protected]When following this path in CRX/DE I do not see a rep:policy node within the path specified. Any help is much appreciated, thank you!

We are using AEM Forms 6.2 and the Designer that comes with it.  Designer sets the template target version to Acrobat/Adobe Reader 10 at the lowest.  Given that 10 is the lowest Acrobat/Adobe Reader version available why does AEM Forms 6.2 complain about exceeding Acrobat / Adobe Reader 8?
