Dear Community Users - I have a instance where I need to create and update a property(Updatedby); every time user makes the change in the page; the Jcr Node property value should be updated with the user login information.Any leads here would be helpful.

I briefly touched on this with @Sanford Whiteman​'s help onSorting a Marketo Custom Object with Velocity​ but we're now looking for a work-around due to Marketo not supporting $Trigger functionality on updated custom objects.Trigger Campaign: Send email containing login details when an API call either adds the Contact to or Updates a Marketo custom objectEmail Script: Only return the $Object.Username associated with the most recently updated row in the custom objectWe can either reference the Last Modified Date (which is pull from the original data source) or the Marketo Updated At field. I'm assuming we would do a sort and pick the most recent value from either field. Does anyone have any example scripts we could pull from? Appreciate the help in advance.

Hi,We receive 1 of our publisher (we have 2 publishers) is writing to many "Lucene" logs inside error.log file, the amount of this error.log is too big now (hundreds of gb), other publisher is working fine, not writing any "Lucene" logs. We cannot do replication to this publisher because there is no space since the error.log is too big.Tried restarting this publisher but it stills writing logs. I've include one of the case that it wrote out (it's too heavy so I cannot copy some). I've deactivated error.log so it will not writing anymore, also remove the error.log in few days ago (it's the same size). But we cannot remove error.log since we need the log for every error case for our system.More information is at [1] and [2] (file is too big so I can only copy a part, but it's the same error overall). Hi,I am new to adobe analytics. I am from database background.I would like to automate the process of downloading a report and loading into oracle database.Email and FTP is not possible as per our organization policy restriction. At the moment we are downloading the file and loading them into database.Is there a way to pull the whole report data using any of the below api in the list. I am using the insertion api and also context data as follows:<ABC>page</ABC>And I am using a processing rule like this: overwritevalue of evar5  with abc(contextData)Looking at my data I see no values coming though the reports but I see that a specific event which is included within the servercall gets triggered but not the context data. Does anyone know why? this is pretty urgent!I hope someone can support me!

we have a use case where we are suppose to store millions of user information  in AEM, users are actual end users and not the internal users of AEM.This user information is basically stored in AEM because to support personalization of users. Is it feasible to store such huge number of user in AEM?  What is the best way to store such huge number of users in AEM.?

Hi,For several days ago, I created new attributes to one of our tables in ACS. The modifications were published without errors and I can see the attributes in place in ACS.However, when I make a GET request from Postman, I do not see the new attributes in the table, and when we make a POST request and assign a value to one of the new attributes we get error message from Postman: "MyAttribute" is not valid for the 'cusMyTable' resource.Why is that happening? We need to make POST requests from AEM to ACS, but that is not working right now because the new attributes are not showing up on the API side.I appreciate your help!

Hello Adobe Community !I have a question regarding the Entry Page report.I tried to simulate the Entry Pages report doing a hit depth = 1 breakdowned with de pages report.But this did't match.Then I tried doing the same thing with the Visit Depth = 1 breankdown with pages - but still not the same results than Entry Page.Could you explain why ?Cheers to the adobe analytics community !Mario

Hi,I have separately defined Paid and Prganic social marketing channels to begin with certain prefixes. For some reason, I am finding Organic Social tracking codes within the Paid Social marketing channel. Please see screen shots below. Additionally, Paid Social lives above Organic Social in the marketing channel processing rules. I've been experiencing an issue where after saving an offer or campaign and then saving the Activity, I see the saved message in green, then it just syncs. So far this particular activity has been syncing for more than an hour!!!I've cleared cache, deleted cookies, signed out of Target, and restarted my computer. None of these things has worked.This happens on all campaigns, just re-saving them without making changes

Hi,I am seeing a weird issue first time in my last 5 years while creating an AEM project using Maven archetype plugin(Any maven version)from scratch.[Using my office laptop]. Below are the screenshots.Seeing some wierd letters after creating maven projectAlso when I do mvn eclipse:eclipse or build the project I am seeing version Snapshot under Parent project and under Launcher - This is wrong. Hi,I am trying to understand more about indexing in AEM 6.1. I have gone through Adobe forums and understood below things related to indexing     What needs to be indexed - Basically long running queries needs to be indexed to improve the performance.     How do we know which is running longer time - Long running queries can be found from "Query performance" console. Also, if a query doesn't have indexing and if it needs to be indexed then, warnings will be logged in "error.log" like below *WARN* Traversed 1000 nodes with filter Filter(query=select …) consider creating an index or changing the query.I am looking to understand the below things:     1. What is indexing and exactly what is happening internally within the repository during indexing?     2. How are we getting the results faster for the queries which is indexed? (or) After indexing are the results being stored in some location and the results are picked up from that location instead of traversing through the complete reposit

While doing so, Translation jobs are not including the assets (for example: Images) in my custom components. But the same is working as expected for the OOTB components (e.g. OOTB Image component). What is the maximum number of replication agents that can be configured in AEM author ?

So we have a custom group with all rights (including replicate) to /content. Authors/editors can publish pages without any issue.The problem is that when they want to use "scheduled publishing", they are not able to do it. Only admin can do this.What permission is required for this feature? I looked at the permissions and I can only think of /etc/workflows? If this is the correct path, what permissions should I give?Thank you.

Hello Adobe Community,I have been asked to do something really crazy..! But kinda interesting to implement. We are looking collect the time spent by our clients in different parts of our site.My first reaction was to save the time stamp by page in a prop Y. But still, I'm not sure how we could ue this info then in Analytics.Couold it be that, if I do a hit segment for the section of our site we want to study, the we can know the Entry time ( Entry prop Y) and Exit Time (Exit prop Y) and use the visit metric?I'm really not sure about the feasability of this, because even there, we could not calcultae a average of the difference ( exit - entry ) ?Thanks for yout great instights !Cheers !

I have a requirement to send data to a server. A Workflow has been written in ACS to query data and then send it to a server.I have used segmentation before sending data to a server but in case of zero results also it sends data forward, causing a blank file to be generated and sent to external server. Please suggest how to stop sending zero result file.

Cannot view my delivery templates that I created and stored in the sub-folders. Cannot share screenshots as it is a client's Adobe Environment (v6.1) .Please Note: "Display Contents of Sub-folders" is enabled.I am using v7 build 7.0 8860. Application Server:6.1.1 build 8853.But the same problem happened when I tried using v6 (6.1.1 build 8795)Is it a good idea to delete and re-install Adobe Campaign in this case ? Or are there any better next-steps?Thanks.
