Hello, Recently we started getting inquiries from customers from the App Store about not being able to access their subscriptions. These are customers who purchased a new subscription or already had a subscription through Itunes. Since we do not have any access to any of their information (because it is through Apple) I started to test out some new subscriptions in Testflight. I noticed that when I sign up for an auto-renewable year I do not get access to the newest issue as expected. I have tried 2 different apps using the latest build 2018.6.000 and neither work. Both have worked for almost a year in AEM Mobile until a few weeks ago. I have submitted a ticket to support but have not heard back. Hi Everyone,We have migrated from AEM 5.6 to 6.2 recently. We have now found that, the page property 'cq:lastReplicated' is missing from the page properties in Publish server.From some of the posts I understood that its a design change in AEM 6.2 so we need to disable the component: com.day.cq.replication.impl.ReplicationPropertiesFilterFactory' in Author in order to carry over this property to Publisher.However I couldn't found this property in AEM author system console. Can anyone let me know is the component is really missing or was i looking for incorrect component?Appreciate your support!Thanks,Sak

When I created a task. In the inbox view I can complete the task but when I try to open that task it gives me a blank page .Same with workflow item.I have admin right and I am using AEM 6.4. Am I missing any such configuration which might open the page. I am new to the tasks, any help would be appreciated .Thanks in advance .

Our first large campaign is to get concent from customers on a landing page.When we look into the application we are troubeling on how to create a good landingpage with a webform that customer could enter. Hi All,We are trying to determine if there is a way to override the node name while exposing the model JSON. The properties for JSON can be controlled by exporter but not the node name itself. For example following is page structurepage     jcr:content          parsys               component (node has its properties)               component_xxx (node has its properties)               component_yyy (node has its properties)Component has its exporter implemented. Now when we try to get data as  page.model.json we get the node names in response as component, component_xxx, component_yyy. Is there way to change this in Sling Model Exporter JSON output, as by default AEM generates random node names for same component dragged in page, we wanted to expose a meaningful name as part of JSON output (We are trying to customize content fragment JSON output). Why would they make touch UI  AEN 6.3 without the option to include/not include children pages when copy and pasting page?  Doesnt make any sense? How come still can in classic but not touch?

We have a site-A which uses a bunch of structured templates and some components who designs are under the /apps/<my-app>/components/component-xyz/design  folder. Now we are building a new site Site-B which plans to reuse the component set but the site-B has a different UI. Can i adopt style system to implement this. In case i adopt style system would i have reauthor  all the content of site-A?What are the limitations of the Style system? What are the other options other than taking a copy of the component set for site-B and then redesign the components.

Hi All -I am having some issues with a Send Alert flow step that has several Choices and seems to skip over some and goes through the default for a reason I can't figure out. The choices being skipped are set to "Send To: None" but "To Other Emails: some other emails".  We are basically looking to not have the alert go to a Sales Owner or Account Owner in certain circumstances but to "Other Emails".Any ideas on why these choices would get skipped when they shouldn't?See my attached screenshot

There is a requirement from client that they doesn't want any links on the page to be long Url which contain full content path (/content/...)We thought of using short URL's in authoring and activating the page, as AEM is not able to recognize the shorten URL, it's removing the reference from the page. We thought of applying redirects at Apache level to shorten the URL in the browser, but that will help in one way but the links in the page can't be shortened.Please help us here

Hi, I am sure this isn't a new question but I can't find it anywhere in the forums.I am using 'D=g' in multiple places in our reporting to get the url, we are having a problem however with URLs where one customer enters upper case characters and another customer enters lower case characters.  How can I force the results of 'D=g' to be either upper or lower case without replacing 'D=g' with a data element that holds the url?Thanks!

We're currently implementing Marketo at my current company and our IT does not want to whitelist the shared IP addresses, as it masks other issues. However, we also use mimecast, so most of our test and actual email sends to ourselves internally are bouncing due to spamcop blacklists.Are there any other options to resolve this issue besides a dedicated IP?

Hey Marketo.I recently inherited an existing instance of Marketo, as our resident Marketo expert resigned from our organization. During my initiation period, I realized some landing pages didn't have our Google Tag Manager code on it. I then went through every Marketo landing page we use, and updated the GTM codes across the board (both pages that were missing it and pages that already had it, but it was an older version of the GTM code). After I finished, we were collecting use behavior on all Marketo pages - victory! This was Friday the 15th of June.However, I noticed two unusual bits:Our forms are stuck on "please wait" and never show users a thank you page. However, all of the data does pass into Marketo & ultimately SFDC. Hi,I am trying to personalize part of the url from a list's field. For instnace, the field name is "Circular_List" and the value is "5000". The following link is working if i use the value as hard coded in the url:https://www.xyz.com/5000/sku/185785However, the link doesn't work if I edit the link as follows. https://www.xyz.com/<%=targetData.Circular_List%>/sku/185785I think the way i am doing is wrong. Any idea how to update this link so the value can be populated form the list.Thanks!Ali

We are looking at engaging with a specific vendor to provide, essentially, a new CRM for one of our three service lines. To utilize this vendor, we would embed their forms on our Wordpress site to create leads in this new CRM. This third party would be a cloud solution, we are not hosting the CRM on our own servers.Is it possible to have a complimentary, hidden, Marketo form which collects the data being entered into this third party form for the purposes of adding lead detail into Marketo as the lead is created on our Wordpress site? I think I remember hearing about this as a workaround/option in a few of the different Summit sessions I attended this year, but I'm not a developer and have a very tenuous grasp on this concept. Any help is appreciated.
