BackgroundWe made a request to our website developer to trigger custom link call A when user clicks a specific button on a page. As part of custom link call A, we also requested to pass custom event 1. After this change we implemented, custom link call A was firing correctly.The issue we've been noticing though is when a user clicks another button that triggers custom link call B. We noticed that custom event 1 is also passed in custom link call B even though it should only pass in custom link call A. Can anyone suggest any direction we should point our developers to in order to fix this problem?Our developer said: the parameter field is set to {} (empty object) for custom link call B. That means that it is Omniture setting the event values, not the front-end code.

I have functionality like if I drag a component in parent page and edit it's dialog properties and after that I drag same component in child page, then changes must be reflected in child page. How to achieve that functionality?

Hi guys!I'm on this journey trying to learn AEM and I got stuck into this error.I really can't seem to understand what is related to ?!Let me explain how I get it.After I register on a website, I get this email with the activation link. Hey, I'm spending dynamic period by using your solution named AEM.I think it's quite a good solution in maintainer's perspective, but I wonder is there a recommended way to communicate between components. As using JCR as a some kind of temporary message queue seems too heavy, so I customize JS part in pre-developed AEM component when I need to transfer client-side data.Isn't there any recommended way to transfer client-side data between components in AEM?

Hi,I am new to Marketo and trying to extract Marketo data using the CDATA Marketo ODBC Driver. I am facing 2 issue with the tables.1) when I extract Leads table the Columns ProgramId and ListId have Null value. The Column description says "This is a filter column that does not contain data". I need this column to join Leads with Programs and List table.2) For Programs table TagType and TagValue columns are Null. If I see in actual Program Screen in Marketo I see Tags added for programs.Can someone help me how can I get values for these Columns?Regards,Sampada

Hello,I have encountered an issue in Adobe Target, and was wondering if you can advise us on this case (below)? We have been testing some Target activities using audience segments from Adobe Analytics Marketing Cloud, but found that the Target experience does not get triggered.However, when using Adobe Target audience segments, the experience works. Is it because there's a certain latency time when using the Analytics audience seg. on Target? That's why the experience does not get triggered immediately to the targeted audience created from Analytics? If so, how long is the latency?Thank you so much for your help in advance!

HI, we are having trouble getting the Original Referrer field to sync to it's counterpart in Salesforce. We followed the process outlined in the support docs to create the field in SFDC, and it was supposed to populate automatically, but something went wrong. In the aftermath, I think we tried deleting the SFDC field and creating a new Original Referrer field, but that won't sync either. I think we need to start over somehow, but we're not able to delete or reset the Orig Referrer fields in Marketo. What's the best way to proceed?Thx,Colin

I love the way CUGs for pages were implemented with 6.3. This was exactly what my project needed that we were struggling with in 6.2 and how we were able to convince the company to let us upgrade. Unfortunately, we're facing issues with setting permissions on tags in 6.3. I'm having to set tag-based permissions by tag folder in useradmin. These permissions are exclusive, although I don't believe it worked that way in 6.2.We're using Asset Share Commons as a base for managing restricted content across multiple user groups. The content restrictions work wonderfully, but the tagging is a headache. If have a user in two groups with access to different tag folders, the restrictions cancel the tag folders out and my user sees no tags. I either have to make a custom user group or assign that user different tag permissions explicitly. Plus I have to set these tag permissions on each of my publish instances for each user group or user or however it winds up to get things working.I haven't seen

I am using the HTTPRequest to GET lead lists form a third party (FB,MailChimp ect..). I can make the correct request and get back data but I am not sure of what steps to take next. I thought I could just use dot notion to iterate through the nested objects/array's. Hi folks,I'm trying to integrate an A/B testing tool, VWO (https://www.vwo.com) with my Adobe Analytics set up but I'm having problems.I'm doing an A/A test where 50% of users see the control version and 50% of users see variation 1. This test is being carried out for all devices on my homepage.I have an Adobe Analytics Workspace report to show the number of Unique Visitors who see Control and Variation 1. I'm using eVar101 for this. I have used a segment on this report to show only Unique Visitors who visited the homepage (Page Name = ES:SPA:Homepage). The problem I have is that there is a large number of Unique Visitors where eVar101 is set to 'Unspecified' and I don't understand why. Surely, if anyone visits the page, they should see the test and have eVar101 set to either Control or Variation 1?I'm firing a second server call (Custom Link) on every page load of the page where the test is running.
