hi All,We have the requirement where we have updated the 1 property of existing node on author now we have replicate this particular property of node (not whole node )to publish. Can someone please  suggest how can we achieve that using the java code.Thanks in advance.

Hello,I am trying to create a dashboard that would compare metrics for this and last year (YtD), however when making report as a dashboard element it only allows to choose for one of the time periods fixed start and rolling end date.   In my specific case I chose Jan 1- May 15 for both 2017 and 2018, and when making it a dashboard element I chose 01/01/2017 ( fixed) and 01/01/2017 ( rolling) daily. However, this makes only data for 2017 rolling YtD but not for 2018. Is there a possibility to make both 2017 and 2018 YtD comparison? Thank you!Kind regards,Rasa

I am using the Calendar File token in an email. When you download the .ics file, it opens up with the time being one hour off.What I have set: 9am CST.What the .ics file opens up with when I test: 10am. I am located in CST zone.What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting somewhere that is throwing something 1 hour off?

From the definition:The depth to which customers to your site browse. For example, if a customer views three pages on your site before making a purchase, that visit depth would be three.So I suppose, if I create metric:Segment: Pageview = 2,Metric:Then the count of visit should equals to Visit: Visit Depth=2But the following screen capture gives different voice.Does it mean, if user consecutively visits same page 2 times, it'll be taken as 2 pageviews, but 1 page?Please help to clarify or correct my understanding.Thanks.H

Hi All,We are using AEM 6.3 and created a custom configurable workflow process. Whenever process step loads,On Configuration manager tab, bundle column has launchpad:resources/install/0/org.apache.sling.scripting.core-2.0.44.jar and its stops working. We need to delete the binding and restart the bundle to proceed furthur. This is happening everytime it loads the custom process step.Any idea on this issue?

We’ve continuously had this issue where Marketo keeps changing the company name field in our database. For example, say a lead is from Accenture. The correct account name in SFDC is "Accenture Plc." That field is almost never correct in Marketo. It rotates through all the different versions of the name that has been entered into our system through forms, list uploads, etc. Sometimes it reads “Accenture” and sometimes “accenture.” In the activity log, it shows that whenever Marketo is synced with SFDC, it keeps trying to change it back to "Accenture Plc." See image below. We’ve contacted customer support but was told that SFDC is source of the change. If you look at the image, it never logs when "Accenture Plc" is changed to "Accenture" but only the other way around. If SFDC and Marketo are syncing correctly, the company name should always be "Accenture Plc."Any insight is greatly appreciated!

hello, I have a form and need it to do some rule-based behavior. Firstly I need to define  if a user is in a service area; I have  progressive form with 7 fields, hiding 6 of them. The visible field has 3 checkboxes. Clicking on two of three checkboxes in the field will expose the rest of the fields in the form, but clicking on the third one should show a message that the user is out of our service area. Where to start?   

As I am migrating my users to the Experience Cloud, I am having trouble determining the best way to address the following situation:In our current (legacy) user setup, there are multiple people who are setup under the same username and email. Both the username and email have admin access rights.As I migrate to the experience cloud, everyone will use their own email to sign-in (and accordingly their own password). I need to be able to transfer the "Assets" for the old email address (currently being used by numerous people) to multiple email addresses that are being created for each individual user in the Experience Cloud? Can I transfer Assets to multiple people?Thanks for any help!-REF

Hi all,in our solutions an Adobe Campaign Standard Workflow is called, via REST API,  by an external ETL process to load data.As you know the API call is asyncronous, so how can the external ETL process be notified that the WF has terminated successfully?An option can be that of have a file generated at the end of the process: the ETL listens to a folder and when the file is generated can go on with the process.Anyway is not the most elegant solution...is there a better method to monitor from API the execution status of a WF?Many thanks,Fabio

Hi,We are using AEM 6.2 and we have an issue on communities.We have a community group where the users post the messages by clicking on email subscriptions, notifications while posting new messages.We find that none of the users subscribed to this community group doesn't receive any email notifications. They need to go to communities and check if anything has been posted.We don't see any kind of logging which says email notification has been sent. Also not sure if we need to configure any specific loggers for this to debug.We need help on this issue.Appreciate comments, feedback

Defined URL mappings in the Apache Sling Resource Resolver Factory of AEM 6.3 SP2, tested the url shortening in the Adobe Experience Manager Web Console Resource Resolve, it works fine.However, when I run page.model.json, none of the URL is shortened. Not sure if this is the way how model.json works, not integrated with configuration. Or may in near future, there is an enhancement. Please let me know.At the same time, any suggestions to output the URL shortening, especially when I use core component, such as list component, to output a list of pages, I need the shorten URL.Thanks.

The documentation here - Smart Tags - indicates that it should be possible once Smart Tags are configured to start a workflow named "DAM Smart Tags Assets". I don't see that as an available workflow, though. What did I do wrong? I followed this documentation.  Configuring Smart Tags Cloud Service

We have a listener that's failing on us that has a filter that has filters like this.(resourceType=ourOurg/components/content/ourComponent)(resourceChangedAttributes=ctaPath)(path=/content/*)What's happening is that the event isn't firing. When I remove these filters and leave behind the path filter the event fires, but when I debug it it's missing those properties.

We have a case where we have a domain that has content from AEM and other applications. So, there are times where an author will want to put in a relative link to content on the domain that isn't in AEM. The link checker appears to be thinking these are invalid and removing the link from the page.I did see there was a way to disable the link checker, and that there is an option to add x-cq-linkchecker="skip" or x-cq-linkchecker="valid" to the <a tag.I'm wondering, is there is a way to keep the link checker enabled, but have it not disable/remove the link? That way we could check if there are broken links, but the links would still be rendering on the site.

Hi, I'm creating an engagement campaign for a series of 5 emails. We want to test whole emails (different versions, more graphics vs more text) as email #1. All of the email recipients are in a Salesforce Campaign as of right now. We want to send the first whole email to around 10% of the whole Salesforce Campaign (the campaign is 1,500 leads) which the first email we want to send it to around 150 leads, 75 the champion and another 75 the challenger emails. I created the whole email test and add it into the nurture campaign on stream #1 - the rest of the emails will be sent out based if the test came back as the winner was the champion or the challenger. Which when we gather the data, I will add the rest of the emails (email #2, email #3, email #4 and email #5).My question here would be how to add these 10% only into the engagement campaign. If so, can I also divide the rest of the recipients into multiple batches to add them into the engagement campaign?Thanks, Veronica

Moving user and groups from aem 5.6 to aem 6.3 only brings over users and not permissions,so can you help bring over the ACL groups using the methods environment ?For moving ACLs  ACL Packager  helps to move than what about permissions ....ThanksKarthi

Hi all,We recently upgraded to AEM 6.4 and noticed an issue with one of our pages. The page won't allow us to save any properties on it. It doesn't matter if its the name, description, adding a tag, or something custom. It doesn't let you save, and the only error in the console that shows up is thisproperties.min.js:13 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'indexOf' of undefined    at j (properties.min.js:13)This is from me trying to add a description like this and saving it. This happens on every property for this certain page. And strangely enough, it only happens on certain pages, and I can add tags, but not remove tags. I tried deleting it and recreating it, changing the input that I'm trying to add, and even have taking the jcr:properties from a page that worked and saving them with no luck. I can delete/add stuff in CRXDE just fine, but its all from the touch UI that it fails. I haven't changed anything in my dialog-tabs, and the custom fields I'm trying to upda

Hi guys,I'm willing to set a custom validation rule for a text field on my component's dialog. And for that i was following this guide: Adobe Experience Manager Help | Validating Adobe Experience Manager Touch UI dialog valuesFor some unknown reason this doesn't work for me. There are any additional steps that are omitted in the guide ?Things I made:clientlib folder under the component node.added category property to it.add a js.txt and a validation.jschanged the name accordingly to my dialog. I guess I have to include my js into the page somehow ?
