Hello,We are currently using token links and discovered that AOL, Yahoo and MSN emails have removed our hyperlink that goes to a pdf hosted on Amazon. Has anyone else experienced this issue before and how did you fix? I've tested the hyperlinks in Outlook and Gmail and the tokens are working. Thanks!

Hi All,I have an use case to read the jcr property of component A from the page and use that value in my service implementation and display the processed value on page when that component A is used on a page.Can I use the  @Model(adaptables = { Resource.class}) to get the resource for reading the jcr property in my service implementation (i.e can we use both @Model and @Component in my service implementation)Is there any other way to implement the above described use cases.Thanks in advance

Hello,I am trying to pull a list based on the "Person was Created" filter to be able to see the new leads to our system that came from a Facebook Lead form campaign. Under the "Person was Created" filter there is a constraint to narrow by the form completed, but not the facebook form completed. Is there another way to do this?

Is there any limitation as to what can be set as the path for a sling servlet?I need a custom sling servlet hosted at a path named "healthcheck" i.e. if I hit <domain port>/ healthcheck it should call that servlet but when I tried this It didn't work.Tried few other words too but still the same issue. Are single word paths not allowed?If I prefix the path with another word (e.g /services/...) then it works.Anybody have any inputs on this behavior?

Hi,Has anyone retrieved Adobe Supplemental ID (SDID) from request cookie header? I could not able to find this id in my cookie header.I can able to retrieve mcid but not sdid. Any thoughts or help?

Hi All,cq-msm-lockable in a touch-optimized UI dialog works perfectly for page level properties for controlling MSM inheritance for individual properties and I know it does not work with with deep properties but is it supported with component level properties ? I tired but looks like its not even creating chain-link symbol or lock in the component dialog in touch UI though  in classic UI we could easily break field level inheritance for individual property of a component. Did anyone tried this solution for component level properties in touch UI and if component level properties are not supported then do Adobe has any plan to support it in future and did anyone tried a custom solution for it ?thanksKrishan Rathi

We are using AEM 6.3My use case:There are totally 3 replication agents in my scenario1. On author, I have 2 replication agents2. One for activating the content to publish instance3. One agent to purge Akamai Cache.4. On publish there is one replication agent to flush dispactcher cache.Issue: I want to activate Akamai Cache purge ONLY AFTER flushing dispatcher cache. So on author, can I trigger Akamai Cache Purge Agent only after the content gets activated on Publish instance? Can I do that?Note:1. Having the Akamai Flush agent on Publish instance WILL NOT work for me, since in my production, I have 4 publishers and I do not want Akamai requests to flow from all the 4 publishers.2. I want this order of flushing cache -> First Publisher then Dispatcher and then Akamai to avoid any race condition.Let me know if there is any better way to handle this use case.

So I accidentally uploaded an incorrect saint classification last week that accidentally mapped a dimension to the wrong value (it mapped "PG5" to "ESA" instead of to "Certificates"). After I caught this issue, I uploaded another saint file that corrected the mistake from the previous one. Now, when I go to export the saint mapping for the dimension, all of the information in the export file is correct (every instance of PG5 is mapped to "Certificates").However, when I checked all of my reports in Workspace today (3 days after uploading the fix) half of the instances of PG5 seem to be mapped to the correct value ("Certificates") & the other half are mapped to the old value that no longer even appears in the saint file ("ESA"). I've been working with saint files for a few years now & I haven't before run into an issue where the file appears to have only partially propagated after such a long time. traffic to both mappings seems roughly equal & isn't dependent on URL or any o

Hi, I am currently working on attaching some files in a recurring delivery. The files are meant to contain personalized information, so I've set up everything as elaborated here: Attaching files Everything works as expected with the file and the send-out. However, there is one thing that I cannot find a solution for: the font on the generated PDF file. So, the font on the .odt file attached is Arial, but following the generation of the PDF file, the font changes. I have looked into the documentation, checked the forum, but I cannot find anything that would help me figure out how to change this. Any ideas? Thank you,Catalin

This is an actual cry for help We have GTW and Marketo sync set up; the registration scenario looks like this: Website webinar registration form > GTW > Marketo Event program. It's working overall well but lately some webinar registrants return to Marketo with "Registration error" program status. They are assigned invalid member IDs and canot join the webinar. Happens to only about a couple leads per webinar, not all of them.GTW support sent us to Marketo support, and Marketo support couldn't figure out what exactly was going on because it worked fine with their test leads when they tried registering.The Launchpoint integration is set up correctly. I have read similar cases here when no leads at all were synced to Marketo from GTW, because it needed a Marketo form to work; but apparently that's not the case because most of our leads are synced to Marketo as webinar registrants with no problem. Can anyone please give any ideas about why could that happen?

Hey everyone,My current company has their own fulfillment center but we use FedEx to ship products out. I trying to figure out the best way to integrate shipping info into Marketo. More specifically, trying to figure out if we can token shipment tracking so that based on their tracking number, the email will populate things like estimated delivery. I tried looking around online but I didn't find much about it other than that FedEx offers web services but their page wasn't very descriptive on what it would actually do.

Per Adobe, I created proxy to use the image core component in AEM 6.3.After drag and drop the image, the image is displayed in the dialog correctly. However, once finish the authoring, I don't see the image is displayed in the page. If I remove the line "<noscript data-sly-unwrap="${!image.json}" data-cmp-image="${image.json}">" in the image.html, then the image is displayed. I know I probably miss something, just wonder where I have to add which library in order for the image is displayed properly.I have tried the image component from we retail. If I drag/drop the component under weretail content tree, it is fine; if I drag and drop to the content tree I created, I see the same behavior.Thanks a lot.

In AEM 6.2 been using Colspan property to make forms easier to read.However, I am trying to create a new form, and I thought I was following my previous steps but when I try to configure the properties, Colspan is missing from the properties list if I am in a panel. The only time the Colspan property is available is if the field is directly under guideRootPanel.Thanks!

Hi, I have a data source from type "Generic - Transaction ID". Normally, it adds offline data to online transactions. But in some occasions we have transaction IDs in our data source file, which are not known to Adobe Analytics. Does that cause a problem? Does the row still get processed?
