what are different way to rename a dimension values, without asking application dev or vista rule?One way I can think of is use classification. Is there any other way?I wanted to change MobileDeviceType=Others as MobileDeviceType=Desktop

So I accidentally uploaded an incorrect saint classification last week that accidentally mapped a dimension to the wrong value (it mapped "PG5" to "ESA" instead of to "Certificates"). After I caught this issue, I uploaded another saint file that corrected the mistake from the previous one. Now, when I go to export the saint mapping for the dimension, all of the information in the export file is correct (every instance of PG5 is mapped to "Certificates").However, when I checked all of my reports in Workspace today (3 days after uploading the fix) half of the instances of PG5 seem to be mapped to the correct value ("Certificates") & the other half are mapped to the old value that no longer even appears in the saint file ("ESA"). I've been working with saint files for a few years now & I haven't before run into an issue where the file appears to have only partially propagated after such a long time. traffic to both mappings seems roughly equal & isn't dependent on URL or any o

Hi, I am currently working on attaching some files in a recurring delivery. The files are meant to contain personalized information, so I've set up everything as elaborated here: Attaching files Everything works as expected with the file and the send-out. However, there is one thing that I cannot find a solution for: the font on the generated PDF file. So, the font on the .odt file attached is Arial, but following the generation of the PDF file, the font changes. I have looked into the documentation, checked the forum, but I cannot find anything that would help me figure out how to change this. Any ideas? Thank you,Catalin

This is an actual cry for help We have GTW and Marketo sync set up; the registration scenario looks like this: Website webinar registration form > GTW > Marketo Event program. It's working overall well but lately some webinar registrants return to Marketo with "Registration error" program status. They are assigned invalid member IDs and canot join the webinar. Happens to only about a couple leads per webinar, not all of them.GTW support sent us to Marketo support, and Marketo support couldn't figure out what exactly was going on because it worked fine with their test leads when they tried registering.The Launchpoint integration is set up correctly. I have read similar cases here when no leads at all were synced to Marketo from GTW, because it needed a Marketo form to work; but apparently that's not the case because most of our leads are synced to Marketo as webinar registrants with no problem. Can anyone please give any ideas about why could that happen?

Hey everyone,My current company has their own fulfillment center but we use FedEx to ship products out. I trying to figure out the best way to integrate shipping info into Marketo. More specifically, trying to figure out if we can token shipment tracking so that based on their tracking number, the email will populate things like estimated delivery. I tried looking around online but I didn't find much about it other than that FedEx offers web services but their page wasn't very descriptive on what it would actually do.

Per Adobe, I created proxy to use the image core component in AEM 6.3.After drag and drop the image, the image is displayed in the dialog correctly. However, once finish the authoring, I don't see the image is displayed in the page. If I remove the line "<noscript data-sly-unwrap="${!image.json}" data-cmp-image="${image.json}">" in the image.html, then the image is displayed. I know I probably miss something, just wonder where I have to add which library in order for the image is displayed properly.I have tried the image component from we retail. If I drag/drop the component under weretail content tree, it is fine; if I drag and drop to the content tree I created, I see the same behavior.Thanks a lot.

In AEM 6.2 been using Colspan property to make forms easier to read.However, I am trying to create a new form, and I thought I was following my previous steps but when I try to configure the properties, Colspan is missing from the properties list if I am in a panel. The only time the Colspan property is available is if the field is directly under guideRootPanel.Thanks!

Hi, I have a data source from type "Generic - Transaction ID". Normally, it adds offline data to online transactions. But in some occasions we have transaction IDs in our data source file, which are not known to Adobe Analytics. Does that cause a problem? Does the row still get processed?

Hello all,I'm dealing with an eCommerce site that uses a one-page checkout. At each step of this page (billing info/shipping speed) I see it is firing an Adobe Analytics server call with the various variable values. There is an eVar for 'previous page name' which updates to 'checkout' after the first AA call.What I am trying to determine, is whether each of these calls count as a new pageview or not. So far, the flows I've looked at in Adobe Analytics have not showed checkout > checkout as two subsequent steps, but I'm new to AA and don't know if this is normal.The reason I'm questioning it, is my pageviews per visit on the checkout page are at 1.3. Order confirm page views/visit is right around 1.0Thank you for any advice on how to get a definitive answer here.

In my Marketing database, I have my contacts which are synced from Salesforce.  I also have a custom object linked to contacts which is synced as well.The custom object is getting synced regularly, but is it being synced because the contact linked to it is getting synced?  Or is it getting synced because it's timestamp is getting updated?To explain it better:1) salesforce custom object record updated, then salesforce contact object record updated.     a) result: both records are updated to Marketo when it next syncs.2) Salesforce custom record is updated and salesforce contact object record is NOT updated.     a) Will the Salesforce custom record be synced or do I need to update the salesforce contact object to get it to sync?

What do you think is the fastest way to turn off scoring for anyone in the EU/anyone who has not opted into cookie consent (we're just doing EU right now, but that could change)? Am I just going to have to add a qualifier in all of my individual scoring Smart Campaigns? If so, is anyone using a Segmentation to filter out non-opted-in EU leads, or will a Smart List suffice, or is there another option I'm not considering? I'm concerned about processing time.

When we publish a new Community Group, using the Group Function of communities it typically will generate 3 permission groups - members, privileged members, and moderators.  These are supposed to be created on the publish instance.  In all of our test environments this is working correctly, but when we do it in production the groups are created on the author side, but never replicated to the publisher.  I can only find these groups that get created in the author's Security>Groups console and not in the Community>Groups console (which uses tunneling) where they belong.  In reviewing other things, it seems like the replication agents are working ok otherwise.  I can publish the site and it works well.  I can manually replicate a node in crx and it works fine.  I can even use the Community>Groups console to manually create a group and it does it on publisher as expected.  I feel like there is some configuration somewhere affecting the creation of these 3 permission groups or some

We are setting up dispatcher in Apache for the AEM environment, have couple of queries1.  Dispatcher don't have the write permissions in document root (due to some security guidelines), instead we created  below 3 folders and a stat file under document root which have write permissions               - etc               - etc.clientlibs               - content               - .stat        Are this folders are good enough to cache the static content?2.  What are the recommended approach to clear the client libs cache (which are under etc or etc.clientlibs folder)?Thanks,Chandra
