I am working on custom form action.So far I am able to achieve the following points.1. Added Custom Form Action.2. Overlap Forward.jsp page.3. From Forward.jsp able to successfully route to Custom SlingServlet.4. In Custom Sling Servlet I have the following requirement.     a. Get all request parameters     b. Send the request to third part application by using HttpClient     c. On response equals to 200 rout the servlet to Thank you page.Right now I have 2 issues.1. In HttpClient I am able to pass the request data if I hard code the value , but if I try to submit it by dynamically populated to NameValuePare Array even though values are there it is not getting processed.2. Hey guys, I am trying to use this custom video block from aem assets plugin.https://github.com/adobe-rnd/aem-assets-plugin/tree/main/blocks/videoThe preview for these blocks are here: https://main--assets-blocks--hlxsites.aem.live/video-block-demoHowever, when trying to run them on my local EDS project, I am not seeing the same functionality. This is most likely due to the fact that I don't have AEM Assets and Dynamic Media OpenAPI. Now, I need to build custom video heroes, with custom icons and overlay text blocks, with Youtube hosted videos. Currently I am using the standard Video block, but are there any other solutions or blocks I can use without any additional licenses? Thanks

My client is interested in understanding who is assigned to specific roles within a project, but within a project report. See an example below: Project NameDesigner AssignedWriter AssignedEditor Assigned2024 Adobe Summit CreativeJoe SmithWanda WhitmoreMike McGovern The two options I presented was to query the list of project team members and populate the cell with users on the project with job roles that match the column OR query the nested task list for specific tasks assigned to that job role and pull the assignments in those columns. Both comes with their own collection of benefits and drawbacks. How have you achieved this for your own reporting needs?

Hello,  I'm triying to identify why we have more uuids for each client id on iOs than android. iOs has the operative that when an app is unused it proceed to unistall the app and allows you to install again if you has to use i. This behaviour can affect the numer of unique visitors id we have on tha app, more on android thna iOs?

Hey! Just want to get a sanity check on something. Let's say I created a trigger campaign that looks for someone who fills out a form and that their Food Preference is Apples. So if Fills out Form A and Food Preference is Apples Do this But prior to the form fill their Food Preference is set as Oranges. Am I correct in thinking that when they fill out Form A  and their food preferences are updated to Apples, that the first trigger will happen? Wanted to confirm if the trigger campaign is looking at the value of the Food Preference at the time of the form fill or after. 

 I see this message com.adobe.media.analytics' is not enabled on current event (conditions not met) when implementing straeming media with web sdkI am able to sent dimensions like content lenght, content name, but I see no content start or media start even though  I set them up as true in my schema.I see this message in the stream: 'com.adobe.media.analytics' however i see data in analytics. but not all of it. is it something related of how I am sending the event? I have enabled the datastream with media analytics. The report suite is enabled too for media.  I can see the data in the console using the media.play.I have a session started.And I see no data I am using send event as play instead of using send media event. could that be the issue?

If I have a segment that filters for group A and I want to compare A with ~A, do I have to define ~A as a new segment, or is there a better way?For example, if all my traffic comes from two sources, do I need to create two segments to compare them separately,  or can I just make one and use some sort of NOT operator

Hi Team,  I am new to AEM, we have installed AEM cloud in our local machine and try to create a project using Mavan, After created that project that its not active in system bundles section. I shows installed status. After see the details of the bundles, its shows "com.day.cq.wcm.api,version=[1.31,2) -- Cannot be resolved".  we try to add below dependency in pom.xml and re-build but still we face same issue: <dependency> <groupId>com.day.cq</groupId> <artifactId>cq-wcm-api</artifactId> <version>1.31.0</version> <scope>provided</scope> </dependency> Pls suggest what was we missing to build the project. Hi,We are currently using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 and Akamai cache invalidation via custom CP (Cache Purge) code. However, we are experiencing performance issues where the Akamai cache flush causes high CPU usage and slowness on the AEM Publisher as every request is being directed to the Publisher.Could you please provide guidance on the best approach to resolve this issue? Hi there,I’m looking for some real-world input on using AEP’s standard data types (like Person and Consent) while building out our data model.In other SaaS platforms, using standard data types (AKA objects in some platforms) has usually been a win for compatibility and future-proofing, even with custom fields added to them.Does that hold true in AEP? Are the standard data types generally flexible enough, or do teams end up building only custom data types to meet their needs?Any insights or experiences would be hugely appreciated!Thanks so much,

Hi everybody,we sent an email on ACS, in which the CTA is a call to action for contact, so the button has a mailto: email address.However, ACS is not tracking the number of clicks we get on that button. This has already happened when our CTA was a phone number. Is there a way to force ACS to track this click? or should we do an additional setup to track this?thanks in advance

In v7 you do everything in the Client console programm installed on your PC or Laptop.Depending on your administratives rights, you can add operator, create schemas and workflows, and send campaigns.But in v8 you can login via web to launch campaigns. Some people has told me, you can even create schemas on the web interface. So what is the point of installing the client console? Is there anything you can only do on it?

Hi all, I know that there's an ongoing limited release of the ability to flag proof roles as done/complete, but I read in a E.L. comments that this is not new functionality, but just going to be made more accessible. Dear community, I am running several journal entry reports showing task plannedCompletionDate changes for various projects in a certain time frame. Is there a way to filter the report for entries happening only after the project actualStartDate? I am only interested in date changes after the project was set into progress and would like to exclude all changes that happened while the project was still in planning.I was unsuccessful with text mode and I am unsure if this is possible at all.  Many thanks!
