Hi Gurus!! Trying to get a report to group tasks initially by under either "COPY" or "DESIGN", and then by project namebased on if the task name has the word "Copy" in it, or the word "design". This way copy/design teams could see everything relating to them, even if it was an ad hoc task not in templates.Been muddling around with text mode for groupings and after reading i think its around valuefield but not getting exact results i want to see. (maybe its Valueexpression?)group.0.valuefield=IF(CONTAINS("copy",{name}),"")also wondering how i would say to the program to put things under 1 of these 2 headings,so If name Contains "copy" put under "Copy" group. If name Contains "design" put under "Design" group.Hoping this makes sense to all and thanks for any help/solutions/guidance! 

Has anyone developed a way to generate a proof review report that shows you proofs you were assigned to as a reviewer only?

We have upgraded from 6.5.13 to 6.5.16 and after that page activation/publish and rollout page is not working. Does anyone had this issue and fixed it already? Hi all, we wanted to setup a webhook to calculate the sum of 2 fields (Behavior Score and Demographic Score) and update to another field called "Person Score".We created the webhook and the php code (attached both), and we're getting Response Code: 200, but the actual "Person score" is not updated. Can you check what might be the issue?  Many thanks Itay

Hi, I read all threads about the subject and I haven't found clear answer. Let's say we have Adobe Analytics implementation with vsitorID (server side by Tealium EventStream) We would like to migrate to Adobe Cloud ID (ECID) identifiers. My understanding was that we can enable ECID in parallel to visitorID, have some months of traffic with both identifiers and then turn off visitorID to smoothly migrate visitors which came to the website in between. But the way how it works in our test is following: Scenario (values are created by me)1. Visit with visitorID=123 only2. Visit with visitorID=123 and ECID=abc => the same Visitor3. Visit with ECID=abc (without visitorID) => NEW (2nd) VISITOR  Why visitor with the same value as ECID is not stitched before and after turning off visitorID?Is there a way to migrate from visitorID to Adobe Cloud ID without completely loosing existing Visitors?

 Hey all, I am trying to pass data from Adobe Analytics into another application using 2oath authroization within an Analytics Project API To do so the destination requires data related to the Token Endpoints which I am not able to find. For context, I am Analytics owner, not a developer, and  in my previous uses of the APIs (ex. Supermetrics) I have only needed the ClientID and Client Secret and OrgID to successfull connect. I am using AEM to manage experience fragments that are shared with Target. I make updates to the content of experience fragments regularly and would like to be able to keep a change history in case I need to revert to a previous version. I have not found anything in Adobe's documentation regarding a detailed change log or version control. Does AEM have version control for experience fragments? If not how are others managing logging updates and reverting, if necessary? Thanks,Keith

Hi all, I am building an API which will serve up some HTML for other websites to consume. The general idea is that there will be an experience fragment within AEM, and my API will grab the HTML output of this experience fragment and append that to the API response. Is there a way within Java that I can programmatically calculate the rendered HTML output of an experience fragment? The fragment will be made up of multiple sightly based components. Imagine an API response similar to this: { "cssLink": "mysite.com/path/to/some.css", "jsLink": "mysite.com/path/to/some.js", "html": "<div class='my-fragment'>...</div>" }

I have few AEM Users with different type of permissions like let's say User A is a content author and has access till pages only, while User B is a developer and has access till most of the nodes except few like he/she may not have access to configuration nodes etc.. While User C has access to everything and belongs to Admin group. All these users are in on-prem instance of AEM and I want to migrate to AEM Cloud Instance. How can I achieve this.? Similarly I want to migrate the groups as well...

hi , does anyone know how to salt a sha256 hash in CDP? i see that if i use the sha256 function sha256(string) in the flow mapping it works, but when i add a salt to the function sha256(string,string) it returns as blank.

Hi So..... i have a column in the data schema called eventDate, it is string, date-time format in the standard format (ie 2025-01-13T16:15:00Z) - In an AJO email I'd like to display this as both the date in the format 13-01-2025 and the time as 16:15 for the life of me I cant figure out the converting and formatting. any ideas?

I have a Marketo form for an event where I want to enable the submit button only after the user has entered the correct value in the event code field? How do I do this? I have the Global Validation Rule enabled already to check for email ID entered. This particular check is for a different field.

Hi all,Need some help trying to set up a report for my team. Currently we have a calculated field (SD EH Date | Vendor Partnerships) returning a date stamp of the most recent change from another custom field in the form.I'm trying to compare that date stamp to the current day the report is run ($$TODAY) and determine if the difference in time is within the last 2 weeks, within the last week, or within the last 48hr. We have been using a round robin with random sampling like this: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/distribute-your-leads-round-robin-or-randomly/ta-p/248624 but there are discussions about the fairness of the random sample and it has been requested that we try a round robin queue.For example tasks go to Salesperson 1 the 2 then 3 and then the fourth task would go back to Salesperson 1 so the queue works in a linear order rather than randomly.I cant find a good way to do this in single flow.  Idea I've had but can't create - this would create a cycle but unsure how I can phrase that in a Marketo flow(if last task was allocated to this Salesperson 1, allocate to Salesperson 2...ect...default option go to Salesperson 1) Any help or ideas would be much appreciated

Hello I use report builder to update monthly sheets. Since this months the 'Manage' button does not load / show the wizard to manage all my data blocks. When I click on 'Refresh' though after having clicked on 'Manage' it gives an error message that the 'Edit Requests form' first needs to be exited (see screen shot). When I first click on 'Refresh' it runs the refresh for all data blocks. I have tried to restart my computer, I have deinstalled and reinstalled report builder (version 5.6.57). I use Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365 (version 2410). Does anyone have an idea what to do and how to solve that?Thanks a lot!     

Is it possible to set excerpt length in query results, using AEMaaCS OOTB features? I'm using QueryBuilder to execute fulltext queries on content pages on AEMaaCS.The excerpt extraction is working, calling hit.getExcerpt(), but the excerpt length is limited to 150 characters.I've seen on the web that it is a known problem, see [1], because this limit seemed to be hard coded in the class that implements the Hit interface (com.day.cq.search package), but in in a later documentation page, i.e. [2], there are a couple of details that give me hope:"By default, the character limit for the excerpt property is set to 150 characters". Saying "by default", it suggests that the limit can be overridden somehow.In the "Resolution" section, there is what could be a feature request code ("FR# ASSETS-16621"), so the excerpt length configuration feature could have been added after [1].So, can the excerpt length be changed, and how? Thanks, Filippo  [1] https://experiencele
