Hello All.   I was hoping someone might be able to help point me in a direction that would help me resolve my access issue. I'm working Experience Platform - Adobe Data Collection (Launch) API in Postman and ran into a 403 Forbidden Error.  Normally that would mean I don't have access to something, but in this case it means I don't have access to the Rule that I created using Adobe IO (same techaccount ID)? Thus far, with the same techaccount ID, i've been able to- create a Launch Property- Add and configure the Adobe Analytics Extension- Add a data element using the Core Extension- Add a ruleBut now that i'm trying to add a rule component to the rule, i'm getting a 403 Forbidden error. Would anyone know why and how to resolve this? in my previous dealings with Adobe's Reporting API, i know there are situations where I can create a Workspace Project/Segment/Calculated Metric using the API and have to 'transfer' the digital asset from my 'techAcco

Hey all! We are building an Interesting Moment in one of our Smart Campaigns. The goal is to tag that in Salesforce with certain info. I want to know if there is a way to create a token that captures a link that is clicked in an email. Basically I want to create the Interesting Moment when they click a link, then have the Interesting Moment put the link they clicked into its description, as well as the notification email I will be sending. Is this possible?

I have a requirement to use some images in the Assets to be used in some public domains. I can find only two ways one is the via REST API other is by integrating with adobe webfront selector. Both requires authentication for accessing the assets. There is a share button for the assets but it is loading the assets as a content inside the page. I'm expecting something like I can post a blog or post something where I need to include an image which is from the my assets(a publicly accessible link). Is there any option to generate a link (like https:/{adobe'sdomine}/path/to/asset.jpg ) which can be pasted on browser servers the file without any additional authentication ?I tried with folder listing GET /api/assets/myFolder.json API, but while pasting the content url in browser still asks for adobe id for login

Hi there,  I'm seeking assistance with a Marketo Munchkin tracking implementation issue. We're implementing Marketo tracking in our new headless CMS environment: Environment:Headless CMS built in OptimizelyNext.js frameworkMarketo Munchkin implementation (via GTM and hardcoded - both tested) Issue: We're experiencing problems with the _mkto_trk cookie. Every page reload or form submit is being tracked as a new visitor due to an unique token ID. Resulting in an incorrectly tracking for returning visitors and form submitters by a refresh of the _mkto_trk cookie. As the website is Headless we're aware that every pageview needs to be tracked separately via a HistoryChange event, so navigation through the website works as intended. Could you please advise on the correct implementation approach for our headless architecture or suggest potential solutions to maintain consistent visitor tracking? Thank you for your help.

I created an environment hootsuite-media-exchange-partner-program-dev-rde to be unblocked. What worked:No issues logging into (https://author-p63004-e1445875.adobeaemcloud.com) with my Adobe accountAble to create a local token with my account onlyIssues that occurred:Could not create a technical account and got a 403 error (see attached) Another user, had the admin and developer credentials and he got the 403 error for a local token and for creating a technical account.I followed the steps in the documentation to create a technical account, and I keep getting the 403 error despite my account having the correct privileges. As per the documentation, it is required to create a technical account to use the REST APIs programmatically in production to list assets and their contents. Also, this hinders another developer from collaborating with me or another developer.

Hi everybody,We've been trying to create a personalization where the banner changes if users come from a specific referrer URL. However, we're having issues replacing that image. We already uploaded the new image to Adobe Assets (we don’t have AEM but have some other Experience Cloud products). Even though Target can find it, it seems the image is not made public, so Target can’t use it.We also tried to find the Adobe Assets settings to make the image public but had no luck. When we uploaded the image to a random image-sharing site, it worked. After reading the documentation, we saw the option to upload assets to Target itself with Dynamic Media. We are checking with Adobe now if our configuration was already done before, but when we go to Replace Content > Image, it opens Adobe Assets, and we can choose the image, but it does not work.Any idea of what is wrong and a solution for that? 

Hi Community,I like the idea of sending announcements so that communications are only sent to WF users and not a company list where not all people use WF.A couple of questions...If 'everyone' is selected in the send field, does it just go to all people with requestor and higher licences regardless of which company they're in? Would it go to external client requestors?Does it only send an in-app notification? Many of our users use their emails to click through and don't also want to manage the in-app notification area. My test, only sent in-app so I'm not sure if I did it wrong.ThanksMatt

Hello Experience Community, I have a quick question surrounding the sample data refresh rates. So, I read in the RTCDP documentation that your sample data only refreshes when your total profile count increases or decreases by 5% and if it does not increase or decrease by 5%, then it will automatically update at the end of the week. Do we know what day the update at the end of the week occurs? Is it Friday?

We are creating the unsubscription link with at typology rule, where we would need to get a value into the unsubscription link which is based on some recipient field, but calculated in a function. So we wrote a function that could for example make some hashing etc, but trying to call the function causes an error 'createKey is not defined', or 'recipient is not defined'.Tried to run the typology rule in different phases like at the start of targeting, after targeting etc but no differece.Is there some syntax error or is this possible in the first place?function createKey(customerKey) {  var hashedKey;  //do something  return hashedKey;}And how we tried to call:  var headerUnsubUrl = "https://our.campaign.adobe.com/webApp/unsub1Click?id=<%= recipient.cryptedId %>&unsubkey=<%= (createKey(recipient.customerKey)) %>";

I would like to confirm "Repeat Visitors Rate" for a website I manage. The Repeat Visitors Rate was calculated by Number of Repeat Visitors/ Number of unique visitors. However, there is a large discrepancy when comparing this Rate between a single month and a single year in Adobe analytics. When looking at a single month, the average Repeat Visitors Rate is about 23%, but when the date range is annual (year), the rate is 8.6%.When I check the data, we see that the number of "Repeat Visitors" has decreased significantly. The total number of Repeat Visitors for the 12-month period should be 106,232, but the pie chart shows 16,675.In general, it would be expected the number of repeat visitors to increase as the time period is extended, but why is it decreasing?  

Hi there, I'm now confronted with the situation that, I want to know the exact visits of a certain group of users. However, due to the number of users I choose is so great, I cannot just do it simply by search or filter in dimensions. I'm looking for a security best practices guide or recommendation for AEM that includes how to manage secrets, for example credentials like API tokens, passwords or keys for third party services integrated with AEM. I'm not a security professional, though I'm curious enough to learn more about the area as getting security, less wrong, seems hard.   The AEM Security Checklist could be a good place, though it doesn't cover third party secret management as far as I can tell? Though perhaps it's more like Integrating with Third-Party Services - though again this doesn't seem to cover secrets directly (screenshots in specific guides like Salesforce look like it uses an HTML input type password field, though lack enough depth to see if the password just gets stored in another JCR node somewhere, or are more deeply locked down by AEM - is it even possible to know)? Hello All, Quick ask on lead form submissions/issues. I had created a marketo form and embedded this form on a marketo landing page which captures form submissions for an event.Some of the leads that have apparently filled out these forms are not to be found in the marketo database. But there are records of these in the MSD 365 CRM. Also, the sales owner has received an alert notification for these form submissions from these leads. How is it that these registrants have filled out the form successfully but their records are not in marketo but present in CRM? Please advise how I can troubleshoot this? Thanks in advance

Hi All, I am exporting some fields that have huge list of enumerations from tracking, delivery schemas etc, I am aware you have the option to export enum values/labels when doing flat file exporting, however, I am pushing data out from campaign to fda->gcp and only the actual integers/bytes are being exported, with no option to push the labels instead, and given the huge amount of enums included I dont want to opt for expression "Iif" as it will be an overkill for such a simple task.
