Hi all,Need some help trying to set up a report for my team. Currently we have a calculated field (SD EH Date | Vendor Partnerships) returning a date stamp of the most recent change from another custom field in the form.I'm trying to compare that date stamp to the current day the report is run ($$TODAY) and determine if the difference in time is within the last 2 weeks, within the last week, or within the last 48hr. We have been using a round robin with random sampling like this: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/distribute-your-leads-round-robin-or-randomly/ta-p/248624 but there are discussions about the fairness of the random sample and it has been requested that we try a round robin queue.For example tasks go to Salesperson 1 the 2 then 3 and then the fourth task would go back to Salesperson 1 so the queue works in a linear order rather than randomly.I cant find a good way to do this in single flow.  Idea I've had but can't create - this would create a cycle but unsure how I can phrase that in a Marketo flow(if last task was allocated to this Salesperson 1, allocate to Salesperson 2...ect...default option go to Salesperson 1) Any help or ideas would be much appreciated

Hello I use report builder to update monthly sheets. Since this months the 'Manage' button does not load / show the wizard to manage all my data blocks. When I click on 'Refresh' though after having clicked on 'Manage' it gives an error message that the 'Edit Requests form' first needs to be exited (see screen shot). When I first click on 'Refresh' it runs the refresh for all data blocks. I have tried to restart my computer, I have deinstalled and reinstalled report builder (version 5.6.57). I use Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365 (version 2410). Does anyone have an idea what to do and how to solve that?Thanks a lot!     

Is it possible to set excerpt length in query results, using AEMaaCS OOTB features? I'm using QueryBuilder to execute fulltext queries on content pages on AEMaaCS.The excerpt extraction is working, calling hit.getExcerpt(), but the excerpt length is limited to 150 characters.I've seen on the web that it is a known problem, see [1], because this limit seemed to be hard coded in the class that implements the Hit interface (com.day.cq.search package), but in in a later documentation page, i.e. [2], there are a couple of details that give me hope:"By default, the character limit for the excerpt property is set to 150 characters". Saying "by default", it suggests that the limit can be overridden somehow.In the "Resolution" section, there is what could be a feature request code ("FR# ASSETS-16621"), so the excerpt length configuration feature could have been added after [1].So, can the excerpt length be changed, and how? Thanks, Filippo  [1] https://experiencele

Can anyone help me how to send form name data. I checked all the MktoForms2 Methods, but there is nothing about form name.

Hey everyone, I am trying to keep a standardized currency, USD, within the eVars & events that I collect. Events do get converted by specifying currencyCode if defined as a Currency type, but eVars don't, as they can only be defined as a Text String or Numeric.Would anyone know of a way to convert values within Adobe to match the currency code, whether through an extension, or custom code, or would it have to be done on the data layer side, making sure any data pushed up is already converted to the standardized currency?Thank you!

Hi all,  I have a bit of an urgent ask. Is there a way to retrieve one click unsubscribe data for emails sent from AJO in real time for export to a destination? I am aware that the profile snapshot dataset updates when a user unsubscribes but that is saved in a nested structure and would require data distiller to query the value.  Is there another way to see which users unsubscribed using one click unsubscribe? and does this happen in near real time? Thanks

Hello, I have a scenario in which I have an empty array passing through a filter despite the filter asking that the value must exist. Can someone point out what I have wrong in my array? Here is my array: and here is my filter: With a second filter/route if the value does existNow here is a the scenario run in a way that would not include any values from those fields: As you can see I have made no entry for those values. Despite that the bundle still passes through my "exists" filter.   Any ideas here? I feel like I am missing something obvious. Thank you in advance.

Does anyone know if there is a way to make a task span multiple dates on the calendar view in priorities? Right now it looks to only show on the due date but it would really be helpful if it could span the full duration of the task.

Hi everyone, I have a quick question. We need to pass a specific eVar as array in the mobile code to receive the data in adobe. Here is my though process:i need to see if a single customer is seeing 3 offers on our app, we want to capture all the 3 offers in a single analytics call.What we have done is :offers: [{code1:<offer code1>, type1: <offer type1>, name1: <offer name1>},           {code2:<offer code2>, type2: <offer type2>, name2: <offer name2>}]We are not receiving data in Adobe so seems to be an issue. What is the correct way of passing an eVar as an array in mobile apps? How the processing rules needs to be set up for that ? Any Documentation would be of great help 

During analytics implementation using websdk I am getting a product array using ACDL on website for commerce events and want to fetch those value in launch and pass it as entire array in xdm data element mapping. Also, need to pass some of the values as evars and events in product string. I'm thinking this may be an Innovation Lab thing - I don't see a way to currently do it, but thought I'd start here to see if someone sees something I don't. Currently within a project's edit features, you can go to Task Settings and set up a custom form(s) to be added to all newly created tasks by default. You can also set it to add an Approval by default. I'd like to be able to add custom forms by default to all new issues created within a project as well.

I have a couple of users I need to update in the admin console because they are no longer with the company. In the past, I deactivated them from Workfront versus deleted them because I did not want to lose any history. In the admin console, we only have the option to remove a user. If I remove a user from the admin console, will I lose historical data?
