Hi guys, so I am currently working on AEM 6.1 and I have been assigned a task to display a popup/alert message immediately when I land on the DAM. This alert should just contain a message with a few guidelines.I would like to know how I would access that DOM from my project. I tried using a clientlib category  "cq.authoring.dialog", but i take it this particular category only works when authoring, so I would like to perform the action immediately when author clicks on Assets

Hi All, I put together a drip campaign for my organization but I'm having trouble confirming the presence of people in a wait step.  Program flow below: Campaign 01 runs every morning at 5am and Requests Campaign 02 in the flow step.Campaign 02 has trigger for "Campaign is Requested, Source is 'Any'", and the flow has a one hour wait step that must end M-F 6am before sending the email.My main issue:I activated the campaigns on a Friday at 12noon and 52 people immediately qualified for Campaign 01.  Per the program setup, that means that 52 people should have a campaign requested (confirmed that this happened), they should be members of Campaign B and they should be in the wait step of Campaign 02 until Monday at 6am.  However, there are currently no people in the wait step and no members in the program.  Am I missing something here?  Your assistance is greatly appreciated.Thanks!-Matt

I have seen many site having short path and not having .HTML extention. Short path is based on Resource resolver configuration. Wanted to know how the extension is stripped? Suppose when AEM is serving /content/geometrixx/en/company/discover_geometrixx.html  it gets converted www.geometrixx.com/en/company/discover_geometrixx.  Here /content/geometrixx/en is mapped to /en. SO it shorten the path. How it removes the exntion while serving the page from Publish box to Actual website. In Webserver cache I saw that it is still having cache with .HTML extention. Need more details on this flow.

Are multiple browsers (safari, chrome, FF) on a PC/mobile treated as distinct entities in the device graph? if users use multiple browsers within a device to interact with a brand, it would make sense to make them part of the graph. However, probability of this scenario occurring is very dim, as most users have affinity towards one particular browser and they would never switch that loyalty.

RTE plug-in strips off the data attributes(eg:data-link) when we save the RTE dialog. Any additional configuration available to avoid this?

Is it possible, when activating a page via a Workflow, create a version but use a custom Label and Description?  By default my understanding is that when you run a page through a Workflow and Activate the page then a version is automatically created but auto increments the version label (#) and doesn't allow adding a custom description for the label.

Hi all,We are automating the dropbox sync to AEM where multiple assets at an go published to Scene7. We have configured the Max parallel jobs to be the number of cores -1 . We need to do batch workflows suppose only after completing the 500 workflows, another set of 500 DAM Update Asset should be run from the code. Is there any way to achieve this?Thanks,Sindhu.

Hi,We are integrating the target recommendations with ACS. On Target side all the setup is done, we created a form based recommendation activity.I tested outside of ACS with an API call and it returns the recommendation as an HTML.My question is how to inject this into a content block ? The problem is that with ACS we don't have javascript activity in the workflow or call an API in a content block.Would this only be possible in Adobe Campaign Classic or is there a way to do it in ACS as well ?Thank you in advance,

Hi all,Question about triggers. And it is related to our favorite friend GDPR. We have triggers fire when someone fills out a form to add them into our permission to email. Now with GDPR we need to exclude this for GDPR countries. Can I just add a Smart List filter to exclude these countries and going forward it will do this. Or will it now pull in past data and update the flow based on adding this new filter to the initial triggers?So basically clarifying if the triggers will be firing differently going forward?

There are certain areas in Analytics Dashboard which are currently not working as expected. Metric Gauge - Some Calculated metrics appear with a different name on Dashboards                  Report suite for Reportlets in dashboard changes even if report suite is locked  A more productive way to go for it is to have a metric gauge type of graph in Workspace Projects. Also like dashboard, if different report suites can be made available for different tables. This way Workspace projects can be used as an alternative to Dashboards

Hi all (first time poster), I'm very new to understanding events in terms of eCommerce and I had a question.Is there a limit to the amount of standard purchase events I can use? I wanted to create an additional revenue field.I have looked at my standard events tied to revenue. I can't seem to create another standard event and I read documentation on the importance of having them tied to the Unique Event Recording Purchase ID.My fear is that a success event with currency could have errant revenue number since its not tied to the unique event recording of purchaseID.Do you normally create additional revenue events outside of Standard events in Success Events?Thanks and I appreciate the advice.

Hi,I have a question about channel visits.If I am coming in to a website by a channel and I am exit the website and coming in to the same website by another channel. All in the same session.Is both channels distributed with a visit each or is it the first channel that gets the visit because it happens in the same session?I am thankful for all answers.RegardsErik

Hi there,I am trying to set up a program in Marketo where a person can use our website to select a Ecard (e.g. birthday, mothers day etc.) to send to a gift recipient.The flow should be:1. send confirmation email to buyer2. wait step - (selected date/time of send)3. send ecard to gift recipient referencing the buyer as the the gifterI have thought of doing this by creating new fields in the buyers record, eg. giftRecipientEmail, giftSendDateTime, giftFirstName and then in the program flow step adding giftSendDateTime as a token in the wait step and giftRecipientEmail as a token in send alert.However the problem is that if the buyer selects another gift before the previous gift is fulfilled, the fields will be overwritten.I have also considered creating a record for the gift recipient and marking them as not opted in, but I'm not sure how to reference the buyer in the gift email.Any help on this would be much appreciated!Thanks,Averil

Hello,I'm noticing various stakeholders are unable to load the reporting interface within Target. When selecting "reporting", the table and graphs never appear on an active test. However the UI, tables and graphs load just fine from my end. Any suggestions how to troubleshoot? It appears intermittent between users. Most everyone is using the newest version of Chrome.
