Hi Everyone,I have created following users on my production environment, for some users when we check under home/users some user does not have ".tokens". Who ever does not have this ".tokens" they are unable to login with their credentials. Seeing 403 forbidden error in the console. I have created all the users at the same time. Is anyone faced issue like this while creating users. Narayana

To Whom It May Concern,Our app is called ZappNews from the company of VCC.I would like to request you to advise us what the difference between Home Page & PageViews are.When I view my ZappNews report in Report > Site Content > Pages, I only can see results on Home Page & PageViews.There are 9 different tabs in my app as per attached. Each tab represents an entertainment such Music, Movies, Mobile Application, Fashion, etc.I understand Home Page means main screen of the app but a little confused that why page view can't be deeper analytics.Kindly explain us how to get detail analytics on each tab. Hello Adobe Community,I got in a discussion with one of my collegues. This is the context , we are currently implementing the timestamp (in minutes)  plugin in the DTM, we made our tests, and now we are correctly collecting the time (in minutes) on a data element. Our conundrum now, is to get to know where do we put this inforrmation. I naturally though of a prop, since this will be launched in every hit, thus not needing any persistance capability. I also added that entry values and exit values could give us valuable information.My collegues advice was another, they adviced using an evar so we can get the last value (of the timestamp ) when a conversion (any success event) is done. I argued that since the timestamp is being launched in all of our rules ( so all of our hits ), we could still use the prop since the success event and prop would be correlated ( in the same hit ) - but ok lets go with the last value for conversions.We ended up accepting each others pros and cons, and finis

Added RichText field and Textfield in Multifield of Touch UI Dailog.Open the dialog and Click on ‘ADD’ of Multifield Section , able to add content in textfield but unable to add content in RichText field.After Clicking on ‘ADD’ of Multifield Section and Save the dialog data and reopen the dialog.After reopening the dialog able to edit RichText field.At first instance in multifeld section we are unable to edit RichText but once we save dialog data we are able to edit it.Could anyone help with resolution stepsThanks Laxman

we are using AEM 6.3 , and we facing issue in rendering *.pptx,xlsx file and downlod as attachment in IE11, i.e content -disposition as attachment . it is not downloading as attachment. instead it is rendering as binary file. in other browsers it works fine.Please advice any solution for this issue.Thanks,Arunkumar.s

My organization is trying to render our forms out to HTML5, but I'm having trouble following the instructions on this page Adobe Experience Manager Help | Rendering form template for HTML5 forms The instructions given are assuming you're using osgi service, but we want to do it using the jee stack instead.I can get it to render the form by using http://localhost:8080/lc/content/xfaforms/profiles/default.html?contentRoot=d:/Forms&template=sampleForm.xdp but when I try and merge data with it by adding "dataRef=path" to the URL, it looks like it just ignores that and just renders the form without data.Any advice?

I have a stream that currently has 2 emails in it, but everyone has already receive these 2 and are exhausted.  I need to add another email that will go out tomorrow morning.  Is there any special order I need to add the email in?  Do I add it under the 2 emails that already went out, or to the top of the stream?  Thanks!

Wondering if anyone might have some experience regarding this. In the following hypothetical, what are the implications? Marketo is synced with an existing Salesforce instance that's not in great shape. If IT bought and set up a completely new Salesforce instance (because it'd be easier to set up best practices from fresh) and migrated the data over, what are the implications for Marketo? Will we need a new Marketo instance? What kind of data and how much data will be lost? Any other implications?

Prior to GDPR, how long was data retained in Adobe Analytics?  We understand that there is a choice of 25 or 37 months, now.  Was that the same time frame prior to GDPR?

I've created an asset metadata schema and it contains a date field named "Publication Date". The requirement is that when I apply the schema to asset folder, it should update the date field to current date. Also, there's another date field i.e. Date Modified which should be filled with the date on which asset is renamed. Hi,I have a quick question relating to capturing the referrer for the Page A and iframe hosted on the Page A.I have a page A which has an iframe. Currently the 60% traffic to that page is showing google cpc i.e adwords when I look at the trafic source.But, when I look at the traffic source of that iframe which is embedded on that page, I see the referrer as Page A and not google adwords.How can I fix this issue? How can I have iframe showing google cpc traffic which is 60% and not referrer as Page A. The Page A and iframe have DTM  implemented and goto same reporting suiteThanksAnkit

We have noticed that the below two link had two instance on our custom link report.We are really wondering how come it got appeared in our data without exist in our site. Hi All,In AEM 6.3 when i am trying to add special character in alt text field for a link in RTE, the hover functionality stops working and I don't see any alt text.When I have inspected <a> tag, I found that the title attribute from <a> tag is completely removed due to special character.Is there any way I can add special characters like '?',copyright in alt text.To render the RTE content to page I am using context as 'html' .Thanks in advance.
