Dear all,As part of the GDPR, some DPO's are requesting that we add some information in lead fields, rather than simply using the fill-out-form activity details. Amongst the information that they request to be logged are:The IP address that was used to submit the formThe form NameWe can get these 2 info through {{trigger tokens in a fills-out-form trigger campaign.Yet, for various reasons (performance, reliability), we would like to avoid using these if possible. We can quite easily get the form ID from the forms API and add it as a hidden field there.But, AFAIK, there is no possibility to get the form name through this same way. Am I correct ?And also, it seems impossible to also get the IP address that is recorded by Marketo in the Fills-out-form activity (and this makes sense, since the IP address is gathered from the http transaction rather than from the browser, if I am getting it right). Am I correct as well?Thx-Greg

Hi - currently we are storing the data in cosmos structured streams and planning to map those with database of Adobe campaign. we have found that currently Adobe doesn't support the cosmos streams, is there in way we can build the custom connector to consume the data? We have a custom External LoginModule implemented, on my local 6.3.0 everything is fine and working.  When I log in as a "site participant" I have a login-token cookie as expected.On my client's QA server which is on 6.3.1.2, I am still able to login as a participant on the instance, but login-token is not being generated in the cookies somehow.This is a pretty big issue as the dispatcher needs that login-token to bypass the cache when a user is logged in.Why would the login-token be missing?  Is this configurable somewhere? (Maybe their IT guys messed with something they shouldn't) . Or could this be a bug in 6.3.1.2?

The picklists come up empty for both "source" and "reason" in the Data Value Changes constraint. This thread started by @Grégoire Michel discusses the same thing but focuses on the "source" constraint - and concludes that the list of acceptable values are the same as those for the Source Type (such as in the "Person is Created" trigger) - and that those values are documented here: Understanding System Managed Fields - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation Does anyone know what the reason constraint is supposed to contain?Its seems like these two constraints could be useful for documenting the source for GDPR (or CASL) opt-in.Thank you!Denise

Hello,I'm trying to build a single stream engagement program from scratch and I'm a bit of a noob. I was wondering if I could get some guidance on whether or not what I'm doing make sense.Here is what I have so far. For the engagement program I used the Nurture channel tied to Engagement. For the program within, I used an Email channel tied to Default where the status steps are sent, opened, clicked and converted. This is reflected in the smart campaigns within the email program which will track these status changes.The Add to Nurture campaign will define our target group and add them to this nurture program. The Send Email campaign will be added to the stream(as part of the program) and drive delivery of the related email. It will check if the recipient is a member of the nurture program or not and sent the email accordingly. It's a pretty simple engagement program consisting of one stream and 5 or so emails. Am I on the right track? Are there any improvements that anyone can suggest?

Has anyone else experienced an issue were some of their Asset Folders do not show any media (when navigating through Touch UI)?CRXde confirms that media exists in these folders.Folders were not created with any out of norm special characters (ie: Landing-Pages)There is between 100 & 200 pieces of media (images, pdfs) including a few subfolders within these directories.... however, its well under the recommended limit (i've seen both 500 & 1000 as being the limit)Any ideas?I am not seeing anything in the error.log when attempting to navigate to these specific Asset folders... and again, other asset folders do show media.Is it possibly a timeout due to the fact that there are a larger amount of media (as compared to the other folders) loaded into these folders with issue?If so, what is the limit?

I've built a password reset form for my users using an Adaptive Form. I have AJAX calling a Sling Servlet to update the password, and everything works correctly on my local AEM instance. I've built the servlet based on the OOTB password reset logic JSP from /libs/foundation/components/account/passwordreset.On my local instance, the password is reset after meeting all of the requirements with a matching current password. On my dev AWS instance, which I know is set up differently and is managed by another department, the password reset fails every time with the message "Failed to change password: Old password does not match." returned from a try catch on the changePassword() call. This is happening regardless of the correctness of the current password.I have a different form that I build using the OOTB password reset form from the old Forms component. This is using the JSP from /libs/foundation/components/account/passwordreset and successfully updates the password with the Adaptive Form

Tried to find an answer on the documentation for this, but was unable to.Is there a method for implementing Adobe Analytics in a distributed environment, for the following use case:Remote Operations with Individual Analytics Solutions for Data CaptureScheduled Delivery of Data to Centralized Analytics Solution at Corporate for Aggregation.The main issue is the availability of bandwith at the Remote Operations, that makes it more interesting to serve content locally (and therefore, collect analytical data locally) and then, schedule data broadcasts when bandwith is more available (usually over night).Data analysis is only performed at Corporate.Let me know your thoughts.

We're using the operational email setting when sending transactional emails, but still want to accomodate those who email back saying they want to opt out of them.If I create a attribute of "Transactional Opt Out", give it a value of "True", assign this value to these recipients, and filter by this in the smart campaign with the operational email setting turned on, will these recipients be excluded? Or will this filter be ignored since the operational setting is turned on?Alternatively, does anyone have a better solution for this? Thanks!

Hi,I am using AEM 6.4. I see oak index got corrupted due to an improper shutdown of the AEM. And i started a re-indexing of lucene but it is taking a long time with these repeated logs in the error log. Hi Everyone,I have created following users on my production environment, for some users when we check under home/users some user does not have ".tokens". Who ever does not have this ".tokens" they are unable to login with their credentials. Seeing 403 forbidden error in the console. I have created all the users at the same time. Each tab represents an entertainment such Music, Movies, Mobile Application, Fashion, etc.I understand Home Page means main screen of the app but a little confused that why page view can't be deeper analytics.Kindly explain us how to get detail analytics on each tab. Hello Adobe Community,I got in a discussion with one of my collegues. This is the context , we are currently implementing the timestamp (in minutes)  plugin in the DTM, we made our tests, and now we are correctly collecting the time (in minutes) on a data element. Our conundrum now, is to get to know where do we put this inforrmation. I naturally though of a prop, since this will be launched in every hit, thus not needing any persistance capability. I also added that entry values and exit values could give us valuable information.My collegues advice was another, they adviced using an evar so we can get the last value (of the timestamp ) when a conversion (any success event) is done. I argued that since the timestamp is being launched in all of our rules ( so all of our hits ), we could still use the prop since the success event and prop would be correlated ( in the same hit ) - but ok lets go with the last value for conversions.We ended up accepting each others pros and cons, and finis

Added RichText field and Textfield in Multifield of Touch UI Dailog.Open the dialog and Click on ‘ADD’ of Multifield Section , able to add content in textfield but unable to add content in RichText field.After Clicking on ‘ADD’ of Multifield Section and Save the dialog data and reopen the dialog.After reopening the dialog able to edit RichText field.At first instance in multifeld section we are unable to edit RichText but once we save dialog data we are able to edit it.Could anyone help with resolution stepsThanks Laxman

we are using AEM 6.3 , and we facing issue in rendering *.pptx,xlsx file and downlod as attachment in IE11, i.e content -disposition as attachment . it is not downloading as attachment. instead it is rendering as binary file. in other browsers it works fine.Please advice any solution for this issue.Thanks,Arunkumar.s

My organization is trying to render our forms out to HTML5, but I'm having trouble following the instructions on this page Adobe Experience Manager Help | Rendering form template for HTML5 forms The instructions given are assuming you're using osgi service, but we want to do it using the jee stack instead.I can get it to render the form by using http://localhost:8080/lc/content/xfaforms/profiles/default.html?contentRoot=d:/Forms&template=sampleForm.xdp but when I try and merge data with it by adding "dataRef=path" to the URL, it looks like it just ignores that and just renders the form without data.Any advice?

I have a stream that currently has 2 emails in it, but everyone has already receive these 2 and are exhausted.  I need to add another email that will go out tomorrow morning.  Is there any special order I need to add the email in?  Do I add it under the 2 emails that already went out, or to the top of the stream?  Thanks!
