Hi,I was wondering if anybody has had this weird issue when creating emails via Marketo's starter email templates.What happens is I try to create an email using a Marketo starter template, then as soon as I edit any text module, the margins before and after module expand by 1em....  I can't edit the top margins and there are no marketo spacer modules above and below them. When I inspect the email in gmail, I notice the user agent stylesheet is giving the following markup to the p tag:p {     display: block;         -webkit-margin-before: 1em;          -webkit-margin-after: 1em;          -webkit-margin-start: 0px;          -webkit-margin-end: 0px; }Super annoying as I can't seem to even override the user agent stylesheet either. I'm attaching 2 pics to show the before and after state of editing a module.Thanks for any insight!

Hi all,I am new to working with adobe campaign with target,When I was trying to include a dynamic image in an email campaign via  target . I came across the option to provide a Target location(rawbox). Any help on what to mention here in this field , also I understand that default image tab will have to contain the complete url of the image. Thanks Senthil

Exercise 3, part 3 - Sending a DeliveryWhile I am able to create a campaign and add a delivery successfully, I am unable to see a workflow link which I can click and access the workflow editor.Am I selecting an incorrect template or doing something wrong while creating the campaign?

Hi!I'm using Adobe Campaign Standard.I'm trying to create a workflow that picks up profiles with no subscriptions to any services and then changes their blackList field to true. First part is done but I can't figure out a way to edit the field. I assumed it could be done with "Update data" but I guess that's only for imported file data. There isn't any place where I could define the change. So, can this be done in a workflow and if yes, how? /Sonja

Hi, My sales team is getting bogged down by the amount of Marketo activity that is occurring within the Salesforce account and contact activity history. We use Sales Insight too - does anyone know how i can make the activity just show up in Sales Insight and not to the Activity History? Or if that's too specific, does anyone know how I can separate the activity so they can see their own personal activity without Marketos?Thank you!Alexis

Hi,Each component dragged and dropped on my page goes inside a bootstrap collapsable, so I have to refresh the page to update the scripts.Is there a way to force page refresh when the user goes to preview mode?I was seeing some similar problems with solutions to classic UI, but I couldn't find nothing that applies to touch UI.Is there a way? Situation: We have set a stream to add 8 email and cadence will be 2 weeks. First, two email was sent successfully. But we are looking to send out the emails 3 and 4 at the cadence of 3 weeks. (Screenshot attached below)Question: In this scenario, will the leads receive emails 1, 2, and so on. Or will they receive 3 and 4 which are the immediate emails to be sent out?

Hello All, I am not sure if there is a way to do this in a custom form… Example: I have the following fields in the custom form Sponsor Department (fixed values - dropdown list: Enrollment, G&A, etc.) I would like to add a 3rd field called "Approver" as a dropdown list, based on the department value selected. Such as "Enrollment" then the approvers would be Jones, Smith, or Gonzalez.. Please let me know if this possible… and more importantly, how to do it. Thank you in advance for your help. With Granite UI, when I handle a client-side js event of type 'foundation-field-change', what should the code look like to adapt the data to the underlying object?For example, my callback function signature is,      $(document).on('foundation-field-change', function(event) {...}   I want to do some work involving the changed field - how do i get to it/adapt to it?  Docs are here foundation-field — Granite UI 1.0 documentation but I need a little more help.thanks Joe

I am working on designing a engagement program in which it would be great for us to have one nested program in the stream with multiple smart campaigns to trigger the send of multiple different emails per smart campaign.  Couple questions:1. Is this possible and will each smart campaign trigger and run as expected? The way they would be set up is that no one person could qualify for multiple smart lists.  2. I can see you can categorise your components but it would be great to describe the component for the editor before they select one, especially with a site with many components to choose from.Has anyone found an in-built way of doing this?Screenshot of desired result attached.

Hi there! My sales guys want to be able to pause lead nurturing in my EP themselves directly from Salesforce (they don't work with Marketo, and asking marketing people all the time will take long). Hi,I have a PDF template that uses a custom font let's call it XYZ. Data is being added to this form via the PDF output service. When viewed on a machine that doesn't have XYZ installed, the font is not present. I would like to embed XYZ into the generated PDF document as I do not expect users to have the font installed as a prerequisite of viewing my documents! Paragraph and styles disappear in Full screen when i  click the X [close] and re-open the Full screen . It has happen Rich Text in  [ Adobe Experience Manager, Version 6.3.1.2 ]  . you can reproduce , if follow the below the steps .   Go to Rich Text component in AEM author  - click Edit and go to Full screen , you can see the paragraph and Styles features   Minimize the Full screen and go to Rich text Edit and click close X  Edit Rich Text and go to Full Screen , Now disappear the paragraph and Styles please let me know if you need more information .

Hi Dear Team,I have one question here :For the delivery template in AC we have changed the number of the retry proprieties for the delivery template and after some months we can see the value we haveput has changed to default value which is 5 days retry.Is it a known behavior from AC? For me it seems to be kind if a bug.As far as I know it was set to 5 by default and we have changed this to 1 day. Thanks a lot.
