Hey all, I'm trying to figure out if people who were in a stream and had exhausted all content should still be seen by Marketo as exhausted if they are later added back into the EP into the same stream they were in when they were previously a member... fyi - there has been no changes to the content in the stream (and no new content added) since they were added back. I added people back in as members that weren't supposed to be removed, and although they are in the same stream they were in, they are not showing as "exhausted" when I check the exhausted column or smart list exhausted constraint. This leads me to wonder if the "exhausted" status only spawns once the cast actually goes out. I have yet to set the cast to go out again to test, as I don't want anyone getting the same email more than once by mistake.Anyone have any knowledge on this?p.s. I do already know that it's not a best practice to remove anyone from an EP, and typically have inactive streams set up for this kind thing b

Hello guys! I'm creating a typology rule to change the domain of an image in my deliveries. Currently, I have three sender addresses on the platform, because I send e-mails from three stores that are part of the commercial group.The rule for this change should be as follows: If the delivery sender address has a "test.com" domain, in HTML the src = "http://campaign80-us.adobevlab.com/res/trn/87d1c2793a6a5e62a678882993a122b2.jpg" should be changed to src = "http: //campaign80-us.test.com/res/trn/87d1c2793a6a5e62a678882993a122b2.jpg ". Does anyone have any tips for me to do this in the Adobe Campaign? Once again, thank you !!

Hi,We are using QueryBuilder to do the search on our website.We have a list of vanitys url's stored on a property called sling:vanityPath that is a multivalued property.I want to put on the search criteria a restriction to search pages that contains some string on the vanity urls.For example:search pages that contains "en_us" on the property sling:vanityPath (that is a multivalued property).Is it posible to do something like this?I could not found anything similar on the internet, I appreciate any help.Thank you very much in advance.

hi ,I have created a custom schema ( Competition ) and i want to link Subscription service to this schema.The use-case is : Customer signups for a Competition and he receives an automated email upon filling the form.Currently Service / Subscription is linked to Receipt schema.do i have to extend nms:service to link Competition  schema to it ?any ideas on this would be good.RegardsShiva

Hello, I am currently importing and reconciling a .txt file from an external source, after processing, part of the content needs to be exported again.My problem stems from the formatting, the file needs to adhere to the same format as the imported file. Which is not a problem using However when I use the above settings I lose the column headers. I have tried to modify the xml-source:saveTitle according to documentation is the attribute that declares the column header, however the format attribute:"fixed" seems to override any such tampering.Using the basic Text export which allows you to select via checkbox first line as column header is not looking like a viable option since the columns are of various widths without a uniform separator and modifying the incoming file is not possible. Any tips to work around this? I was looking into creating a file via a javascript activity in some sort of filestream but have not found anything that works. Thanks for you time./Jonas L

Hi All,My company is being migrated in due course to the marketing cloud - I set up a new account and linked it to my legacy account and got access, but, it doesn't look like our admins have fully set up everything in the new portal yet, ergo I have limited visibility, none of my reports are there etc.I'm trying to go back to the legacy version whilst the admins sort the new stuff out, but I can't find a way and it seems like I'm effectively cut off from the data and my saved/favourite reports.  Is there a way to view the legacy portal at all?ThanksD

We have marketing cloud visitor id  (mid)  setup on all our domains. But, what we are seeing is that a different mid gets setup for every domain.What we are noticing is that :1.   Org Id is the same in each case2.   mid is different in each.Any ideas on what we might be missing out on here!!Thanks,Deepak 

Hi,Very new in Marketo.We have created an external site where we will gather email addresses and later use them to send out a follow-up mail. Through the API, we have been able to 1. create and update leads2. clone a program3. create tokens for a mail in a program4. trigger a campaignThe problem is with triggering the campaign, since it has to be active and we have not found a way to do this via the API. So today we have to log into Marketo and activate it manually. Is there a way to do this via the API instead?We have tried to clone an active campaign but the cloned campaign is inactive.

It would be great if I can select color in donut graph. Now the color is random selected. While when I compare the same KPIs in various markets (one donut graph for one market), KPIs are in different colors. This is not easy to follow, and readers find it hard to understand. Enable color selection in donut graph, as well as in other types of graph would be very help! 

Hello to All Adobe Analytics evangelists!We are implementing a custom visitor ID by passing into an eVar(dimension).We need a UV count against this new eVar, therefore, need help in order to implement a custom unique visitor metric that is stitched to it.Note- Looking at normal UV against this dimension won’t work for us – coz default UV metric depends on Omniture@@’ s default Visitor ID methodologiesAnd also, setting up a custom event with visitor level serialization won’t work - coz that will be dependent on Omniture’s default visitor IDLooking for the best possible solution to tie a custom UV metric against my custom visitor ID?

Hello,File URLs that are reported in the "File Downloads" out-of-the-box report are truncated after their 100th character.This is due to the fact that the value of the related "oid" query parameter of the tracking call is truncated the same way.Now, I would need the full file URL to be available for reporting purposes.What is the best / most straightforward way to get this?Should I assign the value tracked with the "pev1" parameter to an eVar, as eVar have 255 characters as their maximum length?Thank you in advance.My best regards,Marco

We have been seeing conflicting data produced from the fallout report using Workspace and want to clarify whether using the fallout visualisation includes all unique visitors and not just those who are on a page for a set period/duration?

Anyone else hear about the From field in Report Builder Scheduler Advanced Options being removed? And going forward all reports delivered out of Report Builder will have a 'From' of Adobe instead of an email address from your organization?They are stating this is for security reasons? Customer Care could find no announcement or documentation of this change and we are not real happy about this.Jeff

I have been trying to setup sending reports to an FTP server, but nothing appears to be showing up.  I have tested the credentials, whitelisted the IP blocks, the status bar says "Sent!", and the Ad Hoc log doesn't indicate any problems - but I am not seeing the files on my server.Does it take a while to send? I'm struggling to see if there is a problem with how I am setting it up, or something else.

Hi all,I'm wondering if anyone has any insight on limiting the affect that Marketo's JS scripts have on site speed.Currently a large chunk of the time our page takes to load is caused by files called from Marketo servers, as well as the following:POST admin-ajax.phpaction=get_marketo_profile&_mkto_trk=id%[our site's ID]&queryFields=FirstName%2CLastName%2CEmail%2CStateWhich, to my understanding, is caused by Marketo attempting to pre-fill a form located on our homepage. I tried disabling auto-fill on the homepage form and this POST admin-ajax.php slowdown still persisted.So... in addition to the specific questions above, I'm just wondering in general - does anyone have tips for using Marketo on a WordPress site and still having a fast load time?Thanks!

I have an engagement program that has a smart campaign to move them out into another engagement program if the following occurs:1. 60 days after SFDC creation dateAnd2. SFDC numeric field is between 1 and 9I am struggling with part 1 of the smart list. I know that you can apply a wait time of 60 days on the flow, but this is for the smart list portion of the smart campaign. What is the best way to do this?
