Hi, I'm in Adobe analytics workspace, and I have a project pulling in the metrics for visits, etc.  The header number for metrics (like visits)works for number aggregation on line items, however it didn't seem to work for percentage aggregation.  Like for consumption rate, the header number is just a pure sum of all consumption rate, which should not be the case, instead it should take the formula of consumption rate, on the total numbers to come up a percentage.  Do you know how could I get that fixed?  Please see below the snapshot.  There are 47 lines so I didn't get to capture all of them.Thank you so much for your help!Lily

In our website which uses adobe analytics, we have a functionality where user submits a service request. When he submits the request, the pageName that we sent is "myapp:service-request-submitted". We are also capturing this in an event say event6. Each time the user submits the service request as per my understanding, the "Occurrence" or "PageViews" should increase by "1" right? The same should happen with event count also. Is this assumption correct?But unfortunately, when I checked the report suite, there is a big difference in these numbers. PageViews is much higher than (30% more) event6 count.Is there any logical reason for this behavior? Or my understanding of events and pageView count calculation is not correct?

I am so confused so have few questions regarding responsive layout. Really appreciate if someone will help me to understand this:1. would like to know if AEM is using bootstrap to implement responsive grid? If yes then which version of bootstrap?2. Our project is already using bootstrap and media queries to achieve responsive layout so can I use AEM layout container also?3 difference between bootstrap media queries and AEM layout container?4. I have a situation in which a set of "Add to Nurture" campaigns sometimes fail to trigger for new leads because there are a number of filters - all reliant upon data coming from SFDC - where all leads enter first - never in Marketo first. So sometimes at the moment a trigger fires, Marketo doesn't yet have all the information from SFDC and the lead fails to qualify for the campaign. I came up with a fix for this, which is to evaluate the majority of the qualifiers in the Flow after a 30-minute wait step rather than by using filters in the Smart List. My client asked me if using this method would be more resource-intensive - and my guess would be no -since either way, Marketo has to evaluate the same set of filters - but I'm not actually certain of this. I was really pushing to have all standardized forms be put into the global forms, but then I wondered how you are supposed to filter/trigger on the filling out of a specific form, IF it is a global form, i.e. if I was to use a global form for a tradeshow xyz registration, how could I trigger on the filling out of the tradeshow xyz tradeshow, if I were to use a global tradeshow form?

Hi All,we are facing some issue with the personalization priority order. Sometimes, it seems that the priority level is not considered when multiple campaigns run on the same page. This behavior seems to be correlated to the mbox3rdpartyid. We are thinking this because every time we pass that value the priority is not considered, while if we do not pass that value the priority is considered.Any idea?Thank youBest RegardsRiccardo

Hi Adobe Analytics Experts,As an Admin, Is there's a way to show all custom segments across all users in Adobe Analytics?I can see from Audience Manager there are custom Analytics segments published to the Marketing cloud as audiences. However they were setup by people who aren't here anymore and I can't figure out how they are defined and who did it.A brute force way would be to go through all the accounts one by one and take control of the permissions but there are ~40 which would take a while...Thanks heaps in advance!

Hello all,we are running AEM 6.2 and want to install the latest AEM Cumulative Fix Pack (currently CFP 11 : Adobe Experience Manager Help | Release Notes: AEM 6.2 Cumulative Fix Pack )However, as a prerequisite AEM needs to have Service Pack 1 installed, which upgrades the internal Oak version to 1.4.6 (see 6.2 Service Pack 1 Release Notes)Only difficulty is, we are currently already using Oak version 1.4.8 which means our Oak version is effectively downgraded when we install the Fix Pack. (we confirmed this by installing SP1-CFP7 on a development server)Anyone ran into the same issue?Because, we wonder if we risk running into trouble by this unwanted Oak downgrade and whether we can safely upgrade the Oak again to 1.4.8 after the installation of the service pack and cumulative fixpack. kr,David

Hello everyone! I've looked through a lot of discussions, and most are focused on the discrepancies in Opens between reports and smart lists but I'm having a different issue. I'm using an Email Performance Report, and I'm seeing far lower Sent, Delivered, etc. numbers using a Smart List 'Was Sent Email' filter. I'm only pulling in Free emails with the smart list vs. running the report with out a Smart List filter and manually pulling the Free emails from all others. Has anyone else experienced this and have any idea why it's happening?

We are trying to implement some new features on the "Activate Page" function. Currently AEM has its own, but we like to add some validation when users click on that button, both the admin listing page(such as right click on a page) and the page detail with the sidekick. Web editors sometimes activate a page without opening up the "Page Property", whereby they should fill out some required fields. But they can bypass it simply click on the "Activate Page" button. We like to enforce them to fill out those fields, such as page description meta tag. I've looked into this Adobe Experience Manager Help | Customizing the Adobe Experience Manager Sidekick to improve the activate process and this CQ5 | Widgets API , but those don't help that much. Hi All,Have you used the following rules anytime at dispatcher?/vanity_urls {         /url "/libs/granite/dispatcher/content/vanityUrls.html"         /file "/tmp/vanity_urls"         /delay 300}In our project we have allowed only certain pattern of url to be served from dispatcher. However vanity URL does not follow this pattern.Documentation says that if we use above rule in the dispatcher then it would allow vanity URLs even though the pattern is not allowed in filter section. The problem that I am facing is , file "/tmp/vanity_urls" is not being created even though the dispatcher has write access. Can anybody let me know if they have faced the same issue ?P.S : I have installed VanityURLS-Components and if I create  “/tmp/vanity_urls" manually and add vanity URLs , then the functionality is working fine. We have several freeform tables where the first column has a longer text field (URL string, QSP) that we want fully displayed. The new resizing feature works great for shrinking all other columns to allow us to view the entire field in the first column. However, when downloading as a PDF these resized columns return to their original size (equal column widths).Is there a way to permanently lock the column widths for PDF versions? Or is this a glitch?

HiThe problem occurs when I send PDFs. Also, after I save, close and open the workspace. In any case, the column width is back to default. It's a problem because the default column width is too broad and covers essential dimension information.Any help would be highly appreciated.Kind regards,Matias Klingsholm

I am trying to have a message appear on the initial submission of a form.  For subsequent Task Operations, I have the ability to give User Actions, where I can have a message display when they press Submit (or other actions).I do not have that option though for the initial submission of the form.  Where would you place JS to run when a user clicks submit?  What is the location of that button?I am using 6.1

Hi there,We'd like to group the deliveries of our recurring automated emails, so that reporting is streamlined. We'd like to execute this by rather than having a seperate 'DM' number for each delivery, we'd like each type of delivery to have a pre-fix before the DM number.Bizarrely, one of our deliveries has this pre-fix configured (No idea who did this, or how this was done). I'd like to add it to the rest, but i cannot see any difference in the set-up of each delivery or how to configure this for all the others.As you can see from the below image, we have the 'ACQ-R5' deliveries containing the prefix, however the others don't have this.Where is the prefix pulled from? @
