Hello everyone! I've looked through a lot of discussions, and most are focused on the discrepancies in Opens between reports and smart lists but I'm having a different issue. I'm using an Email Performance Report, and I'm seeing far lower Sent, Delivered, etc. numbers using a Smart List 'Was Sent Email' filter. I'm only pulling in Free emails with the smart list vs. running the report with out a Smart List filter and manually pulling the Free emails from all others. Has anyone else experienced this and have any idea why it's happening?

We are trying to implement some new features on the "Activate Page" function. Currently AEM has its own, but we like to add some validation when users click on that button, both the admin listing page(such as right click on a page) and the page detail with the sidekick. Web editors sometimes activate a page without opening up the "Page Property", whereby they should fill out some required fields. But they can bypass it simply click on the "Activate Page" button. We like to enforce them to fill out those fields, such as page description meta tag. I've looked into this Adobe Experience Manager Help | Customizing the Adobe Experience Manager Sidekick to improve the activate process and this CQ5 | Widgets API , but those don't help that much. Hi All,Have you used the following rules anytime at dispatcher?/vanity_urls {         /url "/libs/granite/dispatcher/content/vanityUrls.html"         /file "/tmp/vanity_urls"         /delay 300}In our project we have allowed only certain pattern of url to be served from dispatcher. However vanity URL does not follow this pattern.Documentation says that if we use above rule in the dispatcher then it would allow vanity URLs even though the pattern is not allowed in filter section. The problem that I am facing is , file "/tmp/vanity_urls" is not being created even though the dispatcher has write access. Can anybody let me know if they have faced the same issue ?P.S : I have installed VanityURLS-Components and if I create  “/tmp/vanity_urls" manually and add vanity URLs , then the functionality is working fine. Issue is the vanity_urls file is not being created/updated periodically.Env Details :CQ : 5.6.1Webserver : IBM Httpserver 7.0 ( 32 bit )Dispatcher : dispatcher-apache2.2-linux-i686-

We have several freeform tables where the first column has a longer text field (URL string, QSP) that we want fully displayed. The new resizing feature works great for shrinking all other columns to allow us to view the entire field in the first column. However, when downloading as a PDF these resized columns return to their original size (equal column widths).Is there a way to permanently lock the column widths for PDF versions? Or is this a glitch?

HiThe problem occurs when I send PDFs. Also, after I save, close and open the workspace. In any case, the column width is back to default. It's a problem because the default column width is too broad and covers essential dimension information.Any help would be highly appreciated.Kind regards,Matias Klingsholm

I am trying to have a message appear on the initial submission of a form.  For subsequent Task Operations, I have the ability to give User Actions, where I can have a message display when they press Submit (or other actions).I do not have that option though for the initial submission of the form.  Where would you place JS to run when a user clicks submit?  What is the location of that button?I am using 6.1

Hi there,We'd like to group the deliveries of our recurring automated emails, so that reporting is streamlined. We'd like to execute this by rather than having a seperate 'DM' number for each delivery, we'd like each type of delivery to have a pre-fix before the DM number.Bizarrely, one of our deliveries has this pre-fix configured (No idea who did this, or how this was done). I'd like to add it to the rest, but i cannot see any difference in the set-up of each delivery or how to configure this for all the others.As you can see from the below image, we have the 'ACQ-R5' deliveries containing the prefix, however the others don't have this.Where is the prefix pulled from? @

Hi guys,I am looking for a solution on this scenerio;So we bought a couple of lists from different vendors(at different time) last year and we ran campaigns in Marketo for them. Some of them have been synced into SFDC. So now i have combined these lists into one master list to verify their email address via a BriteVerify.My main question is... what happens if i import the master list into Marketo again? Will they be created as a new lead or be merged with those that were imported last year? Whats the worst that can happen? I want to monitor the results of this upcoming new campaign via Marketo so i will not be creating any salesforce campaigns or sync into salesforce. Thanks!Ame

There are two Image widgets in my touch UI dialog, How can i enable cropping feature for two Image placeholders individually.I have seen the OOTB Image Components under libs/foundation and core/wcm/components both are using in-place editing. Is there any other way to achieve this ??

From what I can tell, OSGi should support the ability to run two versions of the same bundle. But I'm not able to do it either through the Felix console or through package deployment.Does anyone have experience doing this?

Hello,I have a scenario where 1 Author instance replicates its content to 1 Publish instance.Now, at the infrastructure level, how does the replication process follows between two different applications (author and publish)?Is there a security layer attached and wrapped around the content that flows from one instance to another?How do we ensure that the replicated content is not corrupted during its transport?How does AEM/CQ prepares the content that gets replicated to the publish instance?Thank you in advance!Varun

We are tracking a forgot password workflow action using adobe site catalyst. The flow happens something like belowUser requests for forgot passwordHe provides the email address and clicks on create new passwordNew password generation like is send to his email addressUser clicks on this link and generates a new passwordFirst 3 actions occurs in the same browser. The 4th activity can occur in the same browser or a different browser. Because of this, site catalyst considers that user as a different one (different visitor ID) and considers that as a totally different visit. Ideally the number of users who completes activity 4 should be less than that completes 1,2,3. But for us, we are seeing more users who completes activity 4 which could be because of this different visitor issue.Can someone please suggest a better approach to solve this?

I have an evar, lets say evar1, that stores a string, the string has many possible values lets say 'a', 'b', 'c', 'd' etc. As someone moves throughout our website evar1 gets populated with values 'a' then 'b' then 'd'. I want to be able to attribute all pageviews to the most recent or last known evar value per visitor. Right now in evar1 custom reporting it will attribute a pageview to each value regardless of the most recent value. Ultimately this is what i want to see...Visitor 1: Navigates to page1, evar1=a,    navigates to page2, evar1=b,    navigates to page3,  evar1=dthen in reporting normally I would seeevar1, pageviews'a', 1'b', 1'd', 1but I wantevar1, pageviews'a', 0'b', 0d, 3So the most recent value is what gets counted, I believe I may need to create a custom report but any insights would be greatly appreciated! Hello GuysI'm no longer using Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat pro. I tried my best to cancel my subscription, but it seems they made it so hard to cancel it intentionally. Seriously, there is no cancellation button, and I'm supposed to got to the customer support page to cancel it. And when I search for the cancellation method it guides me to the same page.This is very misleading and annoying..Please help me cancel my subscription...

HelloI am using AEM 6.2 and have implemented AuthenticationHandler interface and extended DefaultAuthenticationFeedbackHandler to handle the authentication.This is working nicely and now I want to enable the browser to detect when the session times out so that I can warn the user and then show the appropriate message/screen.Is this possible? I am in the process of changing the scoring behavior in my instance (for example: different options for revenue, company size, etc.). Obviously, this will have an overall impact on 'people' in Marketo. I know I need to do a remapping of people in Marketo to my Salesforce data? I thought I would take a few moments and reach out and see what else do you think thing I should do? What could be the other implications?  Champion Program​ folks: This would be a good blog post. Hi, How to implement auto suggest feature in AEM adaptive form where a REST or SOAP call has to be made to fetch the list and show it while typing in the textbox. This is some what similar to Goggle auto suggest which shown below. We are using AEM 6.3 version.
