I've been combing through the code to try and take out the italics and decrease the line spacing where it says "You'll be glad to know our name."Template 2-D - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation I took out the italic options here on line 32:However, it still shows that section in all italics and makes the paragraph double spaced (which I want to be single spaced).Any ideas on how to change these? Hi all,A few days ago I made a transformer-banner with 4 different slides. Each slide has a different tracking code so I can check it in Omniture, but for some reason I can't find the tracking codes back. I've tested the transformer live and the tracking code is working fine. I've scheduled a request from report builder to be sent to an FTP on a daily basis, however, i would like that the new file overwrites the existing one but this is not the case and it's creating a new file every day (e.g "filename (1).csv", "filename (1) - copy.csv", etc.)Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?Thanks,David

Hello, I'm trying to create an event rule for a page where most events are driven by ReactVR objects, not by DOM API or CSS. I know that I can create a custom event, and track a click that way. (I found the answer here) But, because there aren't any CSS selector to latch onto, I'd like to know if and how I can get around having to use the CSS selector or if there's a trick for that. We've just enabled SAML based SSO for our users. One thing the documentation doesn't cover: are we required to create invites for new users when SSO Only sign-in is enabled or will their accounts be created automatically on first sign-in? It appears we must still send them invites, but I do not see the value in sending them an invite to set a password for an account they cannot sign into using username and password. If they must receive these invite emails we'll change the template for each user invited, but it would be nice to be able to change the template used globally to inform they've been granted access to Marketo and should use SSO to sign in.

We have a use case where we need to exlude IP addresses for some report suites but not others. Is this possible? or is IP exclusion done for an entire account?Thanks

Hi Marketo Expert,I encountered an issue and can't get more insight or clue from it. The issue is after Sales changed Lead status to Re-Market. Marketo changed Lead Source from "null" to "100. I understand each of us have our own way to set up Marketo and SFDC based on business rules. However, maybe any of you had similar experience before? Or can share some suggestion how to figure out this issue. What I have is to check activity log. Feel maybe the issue happened because the lead had been added to the SFDC campaign. Hi, I am trying to create page name based on URL. I modified the URL and form the page name. I did some changes like:1. remove www.2. remove.html3. change / to |Then I run into a very strange issue. For example a page, 5034 times the page name was correct. But 136 times, the page name showed wrong. somehow all the '-' disappeared and replaced with space. I checked the URL for those pages were correct. I am wondering anyone has any idea maybe what caused this?Thanks,-Cathy

Hello,In Eclipse, I'm able to create a Server that connects to the HTTP port that my AEM instance is running on (4502), but selecting the HTTPS port (4504) gives me this error message: "No repository found at http://localhost:4504".  As you can see in the error message, it's trying to connect over HTTP instead of HTTPS.  I have verified that my instance definitely is available over HTTPS on port 4504 (via browser connection).  Where in my Eclipse Server configuration should I specify that I want to connect via HTTPS?  I would prefer to transfer all information over an encrypted connection.Thank you.

I am trying to  implement Adobe analytics in AEM  Geometrixx sites using DTM. I have followed all the necessary steps to implement adobe analytics in AEM Geometrixx site as referred in this  link(excluding target configuration). I  have done this steps before few days , at that time it was working fine. Now it shows me the error as _satallite is not defined  on the applied page of Geometrixx. I had  tried the staging header and footer  code  and still its not working so I have tried  production header and footer code  as recommended to be placed  in head and  body of page . Thank you.

Hi,In an Adobe Campaign implementation, how to ensure only authorized changes are promoted to production (Development, Test, and Production Environments)?Like someone designated for this task will look at all changes and approve some and disapprove others and only approved changes move forward.My understanding is that if we integrate SVN (source code system), only bug free code could be checked in and only checked in code could be moved up in the higher environments. Before checking in, we perform correct amount of testing.Is this view correct, or any other option is available, either out of box or through any tool?The other point is that typically out of all AMC products, only AEM has Java code along with JS, CSS, etc, but all other AMC products have just JS or just configurations.If it is JS, it could be stored in a source code control system, like SVN, how to version configurations?Also, how to move configurations to higher environments automatically, given that they are not stored

Hi,I am looking for support / ideas on how to be able to use the unsubscribe report capability in the email performance report even though that we have a custom unsubscribe approach (due to multinational and multi-branding reasons we can't use the standard Marketo unsubscribe functionality). Therefore none of our contacts ever receive the 'unsubscribed' status in Marketo and are as such being blocked by the platform from receiving non-operational emails.Our team of marketers would like to see in the email performance report the difference between those that clicked in an email and those that actually unsubscribed from the email.If any of you have done something similar or have ideas, please let me know.Cheers,Jonas

Hi,In typical implementation of any project, we have DEV, System Integration, UAT and Prod Environments.Adobe offers Adobe Campaign on Cloud as  a SAS.Is this cloud the same for all those environments or we have a separate cloud for each of these environments?If it is the same, it could lead to data discrepancies, as a lot of test data may be created for development and testing and that could disturb the UAT and Prod.While a separate cloud for each of these environments would be a clean solution.Appreciate your responses.Thanks,Rama.
