Is it possible to run two different DTM codes within a single page? My company has franchise owners. We are running the corporate DTM code on a franchise website. The franchisee uses an ad agency to manage the franchise website. That agency also uses Adobe for analytics tracking. It was asked if adding their DTM code to the franchise microsite would pose any issues if the site already had code running.If this can be done, would I need one or two instances of the satellite page bottom code?

Hi,I'm trying to understand the impact of the latest Safari 11 changes with Adobe tools as based on some of the analytics traffic i'm seeing it looks like i'm not capturing the Safari 11 users as i would expect. Hi,A requirement of our potential project says "CMS should allow Editing from Microsoft Word".I am trying to first understand this requirement (we are yet to clarify this from client) and then examine whether AEM has this feature.Is the requirement that we should be able to import Word documents in to the CMS and be able to edit the word document from within CMS?Or probably word file creation itself should happen within CMS and of course its editing also subsequently.Followed Documentation for AEM 6.1 Offline Importer and imported a word document.When I double clicked it, I am able to edit it, but this is not what the requirement is.I would guess that we should be able to edit using Word editor.Could you please throw some light on your understanding of this requirement and AEM's feature towards it?Appreciate your help.Thanks,Rama.

Hi, Everyone,Does the AEM 6.1 UI allow browsing the launch content and adding/removing/moving pages in it without changing the Production?So far, the only way of browsing the launch content that I have found is selecting a Production page, finding the launch in "References", and clicking "Go to the page". That doesn't let me change the page hierarchy in the launch or browsing the launch hierarchy. 

Just to be sure, can someone confirm that if a salesperson sends an MSI email to multiple addresses (200 people), the full list of who the emails were sent to will not be seen by each individual?Can this also be tested using the "Send Test" button in SFDC?Thanks.

Hi,We have a webinar landing page that allows for up to 5 presenters. Our developer wrote some custom code that behaves like this: If one of the image placeholders is removed from a presenter row, hide that row. This allows us to simply use the same template but with different numbers of presenters and add/remove them as needed. This was working fine until we upgraded to SSL. Now within the editor, when I remove one of the images, the javascript begins to load and the editor crashes. When I reload the page it just shows nothing in the presenter area. This was happening before when the javascript was coded directly in the footer. But I made it into a separate JS page and called to it in the footer and that solved the issue. But now it's seeming like SSL brought the issue back. Does anyone have any insights or advice on how this Javascript could still work? Or a way it could be disabled just in the Marketo editor. Hi,I have a requirement to use richtext with all the plugins in the multifield component , using AEM 6.3.I have integrated richtext but while authoring I can see basic plugins like format.lists,hyperlink,unlink.I have tried creating a rtePlugin node below the text node with all the plugin as child nodes of rtePlugin, but it always shows the basic even though I remove the entire rtePlugin structure.Help will be appreciatedThanksRichu

Hello Guys, I have quick question. Can we access AEM JCR from an another Java web application which is running in same system?Actual requirement is, I'm developing a web application in Java in which in need to access(in Servlet) the AEM JCR and do some operation. AEM and the server which runs my web application are in same system. This should be done with out AEM bundles.

We are trying to get our Munchkin code setup and tracking our customers properly but are running into a bit of snag.Here's a simplified flowchart of how we use multiple brands and websites. The end goal is we want one person's web activity to be tracked within that brand when they visit multiple unique domain names that we control:Scenario:Let's say we are trying to monitor the web journey of one Person in Brand 1 and would look something like this:Send email > Click email link > Visit www.brand2.com (with Workspace/Partition BRAND 1 Munchkin script) > Click www.sharedsite.com link > Visit www.sharedsite.com/page-1 (with Workspace/Partition DEFAULT Munchkin script) > visit www.sharedsite.com/page-1/sub-page (with Workspace/Partition DEFAULT Munchkin script)> etc.Would we use the Associate Lead API Call to make sure that this Person's web visits are tracked and recorded under their Activity History in BRAND 1 & DEFAULT?If not, how would we go about this?Thanks.

Is there an easy way to have a token for a simplified company name? So Acme Inc will be "Acme". My first thought is custom field called Simplified Company Name but I will have to fill that in manually.Thanks!

Hi,As per knowledge if the standard s_vi cookie is unavailable, a fallback cookie s_fid is created on the domain of the website with a randomly generated unique ID.  But i am seeing s_fid getting created though s_vi exists.  Why is this so ? And will it impact unique visitor count ? Please help me on this
