Hi team,We would like to enable the DAM expiry email notification, but the "prior_notification_seconds" does't work, I can only receive the notification(subject: some of your assets are expired) when DAM asset hit the "expires" time, I can not receive notification before the DAM asset expires when the "Prior notification in seconds" is set, no matter use "Time Based Scheduler Rule" or "Preiodic Scheduler". I am using "Adobe Experience Manager, Version 6.1.0.SP2-CFP9". Can anybody advise on this? is this a AEM product bug? or any other hotfix can be applied?Thanks in advance.Hunter

Hi Team,When i tried to bring the services up by typing the command - net start nlserver6 i get the below error message :- E:\<Server Path>net start nlserver6The Neolane - Application Server 6.0.2 service is starting.The Neolane - Application Server 6.0.2 service could not be started.The service did not report an error.More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3534.And from the windows services also not able to start the services. Request for an help here.

Hi,I've created the following segment, hoping to see customers who have visited a page in the last 30 days, but who have returned, so that the current visit isn't the one when the page was visited. Basically it's a page that I'd expect customers to return as a result of, and I want to analyse entry pages and opportunities for personalisation.Currently the segment isn't quite right so I do need help with that, but for some reason when I remove the Entry Page exists at the bottom of the segement it stops working. WHYYYY?Thanks

Am I dreaming? Didn't you used to be able to see at a glance if Smart List filters contained multiple values without having to hover with the mouse? I keep getting alarmed thinking filters are missing key values but then when I hover I see they are there. E.g.:Looks like the filter is ONLY looking for Stage is "Pending Won." But when I hover with the mouse I can see there are actually multiple values:I don't think I'd be reacting with alarm if it was always this way. It's a TERRIBLE change, in my opinion. Has anyone else noticed this? Or has it really always been this way and am I just losing my mind?Denise

Hi,Can i make a rule based on event. For example, we have event 40 that gets fired on certain action and i want to execute google conversion pixels when this event occur. Can anyone suggest how to make this rule.

We are having an issue with a Page Load Rule, in which is firing on domains that are not selected in the rule criteria. We have a single domain selected, but it is firing on another domain. As an example, we have a Page Load Rule that has the domain criteria set for "mysite.com" only, but when we debug the rules and look at the reports we see the rule is also firing for "site.com".  Though we have a specific domain selected in the rule criteria, any ideas why the rule isn't applying it for only that domain?

Hi there! I have a list of named accounts to import, but many of them have multiple domains that employees use.For example, domain names for one company may be:companyname.uscompanyname.cacompanyname.co.ukAll three domains belong to one named account, but I can't find anywhere on the community or in documentation where it explains how to assign more than one domain.  Has anyone done this? And how?  I'm not sure if I just need to put all the domains into the same cell and separate them with a comma, or if I need to import it a different way, or if it isn't possible and I need separate named accounts for each domain... even though it's all the same company.If the documentation exists, please feel free to share the link.Thank you!

Hello,I'm running some A/B testing in Target. I have set up the test to have a 50:50 split for the selected audience, i.e. 50% of users will see the control and 50% of users will see the test experience.However, looking at the first few weeks of results, I am seeing a split that is more like 47% vs 53%. I wondered if anyone could help me out with how Target allocates audiences to experiences? Can I expect this figure to level out? Does Target have allowable tolerances which it works within? Any help you could give would be hugely appreciated.ThanksToby

We are working on a custom solution to use content from AEM instance. Using HTTP API(http://localhost:4502/api/content/sites/geometrixx/en.json) we can get details of page but not the content inside a custom solution. I am wondering if using HTTP API we can also get page content. If no, which API we can use to get the content of pages? Can anyone please suggest.

We are trying to upgrade from 6.2 to 6.3 and we have few components which are using RTE plugins in multifield.We also using now as part of upgrade acs-commons 3.11When we have more than one RTE in the component and when we are trying to select text in RTE to make it a link for e.g it does not work.Tried to download this package from https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/multifield_aem63.html  -  Get file The same package with a RTE as part of the MFBut having same issues with it.Has anyone come across same issue? Is it due to 3.11 of acs-commons? Can someone please help.Thank youPrita

Below method approximately taking 5 to 10 minutes to complete.JcrUtils.getChildNodes("ParentNode");Thinking of doing multi threading for iterating child pages. I am unable to use "pause" and "resume" events as described here: Events - Apache CordovaMy test article is working as it should on iOS, but not on Android. On iOS, when I leave the app by opening another app, or put my device to sleep, the "pause" event fires and when I come back, the "resume" event fires. None of this happens on Android.My basic requirement is to execute some javascript on an interval. But, it doesn't make sense for the code to run when the app is not in the foreground. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, or can suggest a workaround?
