Hi,I'm currently in the process of installing adobe campaign application server v5.11 <build 5754> on an azure windows 2008 R2 Datacenter server. The reason installing an older version, is that we have a production v5.11 and want to upgrade to v7, and so I'm creating a staging mirror of prod to experiment with upgrade v5.11 to v6 and then v7, before carrying out the same migration on the production environment.I went through the installation steps per v5.11 documentationInstallation of Neolane app server using exe went fine, Neolane windows service is running, also I have setup IIS 7 web server also according to documentation under the default website:Running nlserver web:Running localhost/r/test to test redirectionAfter installing Java SE JDK 6 x64 and testing that java/jre are installed using java -version, every time i run nlserver web -tomcat or nlserver start web I get:And so i'm stuck in this step, not sure why it's not running the internal tomcat server, which i believe is

For upgrade, instead of following the steps given in the documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/deploy/upgrade.html), will it be enough if we just launch a fresh instance of the new version and package and install our application content (content, configurations, bundles, etc.) into the new version.Will any of the upgrade steps still have to be executed if we are going this route? Also, will repository migration (crx2oak) be required in this case?Any pros and cons that you are familiar with for such an approach?Thanks

Hi folks,Quick question, when we pull data for Unique Visitor count for an year from the UV report in adobe analytics,I see monthly data and then a total in the end.I am hoping the total in the end is an automated adobe algorithm that deduplicates data and provides a UV for the year because otherwise if I add UV for months throughout the year it looks like an issue.

Has anyone else encountered this issue before? I embedded a Marketo form on a page within our website for driving leads. Sometimes when visiting the form you can only type numbers in the form fields. The form also has a 0 in it when this happens. Please note this form only has two fields, full name and email. When you refresh the page the form acts as expected. I have created and embedded Marketo forms before and never had this happen. Is it possible to use an existing Smart List as the "Smart List" when creating a new Report?  It seems inefficient to have to recreate the Smart List in the Report setup if such already exists.In the attached image, I want to use the existing Smart List, "Webmaster Inbox Emails - CLONE" in the report "Webmaster Review - CUF - Campaign Activity"TIA!e

For example, Email A in MKTO analytics shows it has 161K sends yet in email insights it shows Email A having 39 sends. What is causing this discrepancy?  I opened up Insight's filtering to include the first date send of Email A to today (same metrics as the MKTO analytics) and included the setting for Batch, Trigger, and Operational Emails just in case. Just to add more information none of the other metrics line up as well, not the deliveries, opens, or clicks.

Hi, I am using a Velocity script to add a date 14 days in the future on an email token Like so:## Access Velocity's calendar object#set($x = $date.calendar)## Format date#set($current_date = $date.format('default','short'))## Add 24 hours (hours=int code 10 - see list below)$x.add(6,14)## Show result$x.timeIt is working except that the date format is just not cooperating.  I've tried a few options, but I only either get a blank or something formatted like so:Mon Nov 30 08:09:58 CST 2015.That's horrendous.  I'm looking for this format:Monday, Nov. 30th, 2015.I'm imagining some sort of string conversion needs to take place.  Also, it would probably get quite complicated with the day format (30th, 21st, 2nd, etc), so that's a wish rather than a need. Whenever multiple values were used in a filter, it used to display a number in parentheses to indicate the number of values being used. It also would list them out until they filled the text space at which point there would be an ellipsis ("..."). Did this change for everyone recently? If so, does anybody know why? That was really helpful, and now it's a bit confusing because upon first glance it looks like only one value was ever inputted. It was also incredibly convenient when doing strings of email addresses, for example, to be able to tally the total referenced in all filters (only about 1800-2000 emails seem to fit in a single filter).

Hello,I am currently in the process of connecting up DoubleClick with Analytics. In doing this, I have noticed that Click through and View through data appear to be collected in separate variables and then classified separately, which is useful in some cases, but less useful if we want to view a campaign as a whole.Is there a simple way of merging the click through and view through data together? The ideal would be to look at the campaign as a whole then breakdown by click through and view through information.ThanksToby

Hi,I am calling an API using webhook, where in few cases API takes more than 30 seconds to complete. Though the API returns success response, webhook returns timeout error.do we have any procedure to increase the webhook default timeout interval to resolve the issue? or else How to overcome this issue ?

Hello,I am new to Adobe Analytics and trying to set my account. I get a 500 error when I log in after initially setting up my account. The URL I'm redirected to, which is returning the error, is https://login.marketing.adobe.com/content/mac/default/tools/accountslinking.html. I want to use the paragraph reference (pathbrowser) in Touch UI mode to select a component on a page. This works but I cannot see the content of the component that I am choosing in touch UI. Is there a way I can enable this to achieve something similar to the classic UI version of paragraph reference?

I’m creating a nurture program in Marketo and one of the triggers is dependent on a lead attending an on-demand webinar that we have hosted on on24. This webinar was presented at the beginning on this year on January 31, 2017 and it was prior to us integrating on24 to Marketo. As a result, I was unable to directly connect the on-demand webinar to the program I initially wanted to since it already contained members that we imported manually in so I created a new program to sync the on-demand webinar to. What I'm seeing now is that under "Event Status" the description states "Attendee List Unavailable" and when I put it to the test, I'm not seeing that I'm added as an on-demand attendee. Is there a way that I can track on-demand attendees?
