Hi,How are bundle numbers created?I have two instances of AEM 6.5 installed in two machines. A bundle (say 450) is present in instance A but not in instance B. One suggestion is to get a copy of the missing bundle from A and install it in B. The instance B already has a different bundle with the same number 450. Will this overwrite the existing bundle in B? I cannot change the bundle internally by re-bundling it with an unique number. This is not an option for me. Is it safe to rename the bundle number from the file system in the launchpad/felix folder? Are there any other suggest to resolve it.Thanks

I have some varaince being captured in click stream for natural traffic down by 26% when comparing it against adobe analytics datawhy would this happen ?this trend was observed only for specific few dates in a month no key trend like weekend or week day.The impact is not much but thought of investigating.

Hi all, I was trying to setup a dispatcher on our Linux server which is also running AEM on 4503. I followed the Adobe documentation at "Installing Dispatcher | Adobe Experience Manager" When i add an entry DispatcherConfig conf/dispatcher.any inside conf/httpd.conf file, i am not able to restart httpd. I have only modified the below files as per the documentation, attached them for your referencehttpd.conf file (placed under conf directory) dispatcher.any (placed under conf directory)  If i comment the line which prevents dispatcher restart, from logs i could see dispatcher returning 404 and also says "Dispatcher set as handler, but not configured in server [publisher url]" I am able to see Dispatcher initialized successfully message, so i know dispatcher module has been loaded successfully.For a start i included wild cards under /virtualhosts in dispatcher.any. Added aem publisher URL under /renders . Anything else i am missing ? Thanks for any

Context :1. AEM is running on sp12 2. Workflows are not transient and we do not want to convert them to transient since we need the history. Problem :  We have a workflow where we need to introduce process step and have below logic in it :if(custom field is valid){   proceed with usual flow;}else{   terminate/complete the workflow;}I have used "wfSession.terminateWorkflow(wfSession.getWorkflow())" to terminate the workflow. Ideally this method should abort the workflow and not retry it. However, in sp12 there seems to be an issue that it retries and then marks it as abort. I found a discussion if workflow is made transient, issue will be resolved. The Recommendations Catalog (Feeds) is considered by me as a central place for storing products in Adobe Target. The documentation says that anyone can go and change the data in this catalog using a simple mbox request to update an entity in the catalog: "... Item descriptions can be passed into Target using feeds or mboxes ...".  Lets suppose, the catalog has the following records: entity.id | category.id | message | ...1 | category1 | message1 | ...2 | ... | ... | ...etc..Lets suppose we have a scenario where:1) User "A" goes to a page with recommendations activity where they see "mes1" in recommendations related to entity.id=12) A bad user "B" updates entity.id=1 by the mbox request with with a message = "bad message"3) User "A" reloads the page and sees message "bad message"Is this scenario possible ? If not, why ?

Recently we are noticing that newly created pages is not having any jcr:uuid associated with it. Is there any way to enable the automatic generation of jcr:uuid for every new page created. It was working fine when we checked last time.

I have an odd thing happening in my Marketo instance (synced with Dynamics 365). Some of my contacts are showing their account field data, while others are not. All of these contacts are associated with accounts in Dynamics and all of the accounts and contacts have been synced to Marketo, there's just some that seem to have become 'detached' from their account. I need to know if this is expected behavior and why it is happening. Or if not, I will log a case with support. Here is an example of a contact that is correct and DOES show account data in the 'Company Info' tab:Here is an example that DOES NOT show the company info:Both of these contacts are definitely associated to accounts in Dynamics but for some reason the company info is missing on some records. Can anyone explain this behavior? Hi,I need to add job queue config for my custom workflow. I need to change the queue type to ordered. In OOTB config it's parallel. I have added new config for my workflow, still it's picking the OOTB config and calling the wf in parallel queue.OOTB config:topic: "com/adobe/granite/workflow/job*"Custom Config:I have added the wf /var path as the topic "com/adobe/granite/workflow/job/var/workflow/models/samsclub/create-mixed-media-set" I don't want to change the ootb config considering it might impact other wf's. Current version: AEM 6.5.21 and AEM Guides v4.6 In Guides v4.4, we were able to drag/drop topics around the map in the Author view. In Guides v4.6, if you drag/drop topics in the Map's author view, the topics just disappear from the map entirely. Is this the intended behavior? (The topics are visible within the author pane but disappear from the left panel map view and if you look at the Source view, the topics are gone. The topics then disappear again in the Author view after you return to that view, even if you save the map or save a new version.)I was able to drag/drop/move topics using the Layout view, but not in the Author view.If this is the intended behavior (and I cannot think of a single reason why you'd want content to disappear), what is the use case for Author view vs Layout view?

I have uploaded a video file with ".mp4" format, the video is around 400mb size. However, the video file is not supporting. Means I'm not able to see the preview in page both in author and live environments. Additionally notable was the video is redirecting correctly or getting downloaded while adding /content URL it with Live site URL.

Hello, We use for one type of project the Milstone Path to tag both a Project Phase and then the Workstreams in the Project Phase. Under each Workstream there are the tasks that are needed to be done.  We have the same Workstreams under each Project Phase (please see attachment) - so Workstreams can be Logistics or Communication or Governance for example.  Basically I would like to pull a Workstream report that shows all the tasks that they need to do for that project as its a very long project but we want to keep it contained. So for example : Pull a report that shows all the tasks needed to be done under each Workstream for Logistics (so in the diagram example there would be in the report 4 parent tasks PLUS the sub-tasks under each parent task. So there would be 16 lines if using the attached image). Hope that makes sense! Can this be done ?  I have tried both in reports and also in project (using filters). Thank You so much Em @nich

Hi, Currently we consume Adobe Analytics from our scripts and there's no issue with loading those overall. But we have issues with the plugins. All of those plugins are loaded using 'new Function()' javascript and that is considered unsafe-eval. What can be done to resolve the issue? Thanks.

Hi Community Members, I have a question about managing data in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Our client is planning to use CJA for analysis in the future. Currently, the setup involves sending all event data to a dataset in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), which is then connected to CJA for reporting purposes. Now, we’re considering applying a Time-to-Live (TTL) policy to this dataset (6 months). With TTL in place, data older than 6 months would be deleted from the dataset. My question is: If the data is deleted from the AEP dataset, will it also be deleted from CJA? or Will CJA pull in the data from data lake and not profile store? Additionally, what are the best practices for handling this situation? The requirement is for CJA to retain all historical data, while the profile in AEP should only maintain data from the last 6 months.
