Hi there, I'd like to know if its possible to stagger the number of exhausted leads that are sent new email content.  I have a program with 9 different streams (A - I). Everyone begins in stream A, and based on their engagement and info we know abut this person, they move into one of the steams B - I once they have come to the end of the content in stream A. When we add new content to Stream A, all exhausted leads receive this new content. However, we now have 30k+ exhausted leads and, due to issues with open rates, would like to stop Marketo from sending all 30k emails in one hit when we add new content. But rather stagger the sends over a period of time. Is there a solution to this?  

I am working on migrating assets from AEM 6.5 env to AEM cloud. When I try to make a curl to production instance I get 401.The process which I follow is :1. use technical account to generate JWT token.2. Use the JWT token and add it to Curl as Bearer token and upload the data using /asset api microservice.When I follow the above process in lower env (Dev env), I am able to upload assets successfully but same process is not working on Production and I am getting 401.I have also added the my technical account's user in administrator group and also able to generate the JWT token successfully.Is there anything that I have missed which could be causing this issue?

I'm trying to figure out how to update an analytics event, when using the analytics template, within the update variable action. I tired something like this: content._experience = content._experience || {};content._experience.analytics.event1to100 = content._experience.analytics.event1to100 || {};content._experience.analytics.event1to100.event2.value = 1; But I get an error: Failed to execute "Update variable" for "MY_Test" rule. Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'value') TypeError: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'value') Not sure what I'm missing here? I have the Google adwords event snippet implemented in an rule, but of the 4 custom variables listed in the code, only 1 of them passes back data in Google Ads - do you know why this is? Hi I'm sending website data to adobe analytics through websdk and using the data object methodThe data object is returning the empty array and not there in the network callsIn rule update variable - the data object is set only one eVar mapped to data element along with the event(The data element path is correct and returning the value, debugged this by logging the data element value through getVar method from custom code section of rule)In the send event - Under the data section, added the data object related data elementNo errors are showing in console, but the empty data object array in the console log and not showing anything under network events call.Please help in resolving this issue

There's a dialog field that consists of a text field where we have to enter an ID. There's a select dropdown field which renders the values from the API which required the  ID as a parameter. Is there a way to populate the dropdown list dynamically when the ID is authored , on field change, without submitting the dialog twice?

I have two different workflows calling the same servlet, and now I want to know the workflow name within the servlet. I tried the code below, but the workItem is always null.Any help is appreciated. We have setup MSM with English Language Master and use it to roll out to Live Copies for each sites that uses English.  When we roll down the pages from Language Master to Live Copies, it keeps the URLs in a link or button component as how they were originally authored, however we need to change the URL for the different domains we support but keep the text label on the link or button the same.  Is there a way to do that without breaking the inheritance? For example, I have button on the page that says "Discover our products", the URL for the button is authored to go to <domain name>/en-us/products in Language Master.  However we need to change the URL to <domain name>/en-ca/products when it is rolled out to Canada's live copy.  Is there way to make this change without breaking the inheritance on the button component?  

Hi, I am a beginner working with the Platform, and I am struggling a bit with the way data is ingested in datasets. Here are a few questions - any help will be really useful.What is the role of the _id field? It seems to exist in any schema, but I don't see clear examples where actually data is mapped to it. I am not quite sure how the platform uses it and, because of that, I am not sure what kind of info should be populated in this field. I know that the field is mandatory for Experience Event schemas, but I fail to understand what it means. I created data sets and ingested multiple rows with the same value in _id, and there was no error. The rows were ingested every time, the only difference being in some of the metadata fields, but not in _id. So, not unique in the dataset.I kind of understand the role of an Identity field when it comes to Record schemas, and them being enabled for profile. However, what is the role of an identity field for a Record schema not enabled for profile (l

I have a "Marketo form" enabled on various site pages. I even successfully track the form submissions using the "Direct Call" Rule via launch to report in Adobe Analytics. However, for one specific page with the same Marketo Form, I want to create a separate rule in Adobe Launch to map some specific eVars for some purpose. So, I was wondering can I add the condition to the rule as per the below screenshots so that when a form gets submitted on that specific page then those specific eVars that I want to map can also get triggered. Is this is okay?   NOTE: in the existing rule for tracking marketo form submits the direct call trigger happens only when a successful form submission happens and then adobe launch performs the further actions.    For example: If a specific page to which I want to add a set of eVars looks like  https://www.qwe.com/about-us/events/technical-series

I have implemented views on SPA using web sdk. When I am on home page, xdm object returns view name as "index" and page name as "home".when I proceed further and click a SPA component, xdm object returns view name as "men" and page name as "men category". I want to run an activity on view name "men" and audience with revised page name as "men category".

Hi - I'm seeing this on a couple of reports and not understanding why. Occurrences will give me something like "1385 out of 2772" instead of "2772 out of 2772." The partial value for Occurrences will match the value I get for Page Views (e.g. "1385 out of 1385"). Screenshot below. Any thoughts on what's happening?

I'm working on a workflow to reset users to default values when their accounts are disabled (it's quite common for people to leave the company and come back in a different capacity).I have an 'Update Record' module that does most of the work, including setting their Home Group to our default group. Then I have a 'Custom API Call' module to clear the collections, including Other Groups.What I'm seeing is that everything is working except that their old Home Group is remaining in their Other Groups, even though that's no longer their Home Group.Any thoughts on how to get around this?

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to trigger a wkf based on another wkf with for example one week delay.WKF1 starts at 19th december and when it is done the WKF2 starts automatically the 26th december.I've tried using javascript and signal activity but the JS node keeps running until the 7 days passed and I guess it is not good and can create performance issues if scaled to several campaigns.Another way is to create some logic with scheduler node but I was wondering if it is possible to achive this with signals.Thanks

In the flow diagram report, I need to add more dimension in the flow, by default it only lets me add one metric that I can breakdown with one more dimension only, how can I add more and different dimensions in it?

Hi Everyone, I am trying to retrieve audiences from AEP by creating a connection using the Adobe Authenticator and the GET method with the audience ID. I am then using another Adobe Authenticator module to update the output from the previous module using the PATCH method.When I manually paste the output from the preceding module, the scenario works fine. However, when I try to map the fields from the first module, I encounter a 400 error.Please suggest how I can achieve this. Regards,

The tl;dr: How do I utilize an HTTP or Custom API Call module in lieu of a download doc module so I can get this info? The reason: There's a piece of data in these response headers that I want to utilize in an automation which isn't available using the regular ignore error handler.   I'm guessing to get this info that I'd need to use an HTTP module or a custom API call module. I just don't know the syntax for this. Help?

I am new to Adobe CJA  API and my team wants to fetch the top viewed page with the exact number of views using reports API: https://developer.adobe.com/cja-apis/docs/api/#tag/Reporting-API. My team has already created a Adobe CJA Workspace project for the same. I was able to make connection and get the data from https://cja.adobe.io/reports/topItems for the pageviews but it only provides the page URL without the number of views. We are attempting to completely disable image renditions in the latest AEMaaCS. Below is a summary of our approach and the challenges we’ve encountered:1. First Attempt: Configuration Profile on a Folder under AEM AssetsWe went into the properties of the target parent folder in AEM Assets.Created a new profile with only one rendition, hoping it would remove the other out-of-the-box renditions.Result: This configuration did not remove the additional renditions.
