Current version: AEM 6.5.21 and AEM Guides v4.6 In Guides v4.4, we were able to drag/drop topics around the map in the Author view. In Guides v4.6, if you drag/drop topics in the Map's author view, the topics just disappear from the map entirely. Is this the intended behavior? (The topics are visible within the author pane but disappear from the left panel map view and if you look at the Source view, the topics are gone. The topics then disappear again in the Author view after you return to that view, even if you save the map or save a new version.)I was able to drag/drop/move topics using the Layout view, but not in the Author view.If this is the intended behavior (and I cannot think of a single reason why you'd want content to disappear), what is the use case for Author view vs Layout view?

I have uploaded a video file with ".mp4" format, the video is around 400mb size. However, the video file is not supporting. Means I'm not able to see the preview in page both in author and live environments. Additionally notable was the video is redirecting correctly or getting downloaded while adding /content URL it with Live site URL.

Hello, We use for one type of project the Milstone Path to tag both a Project Phase and then the Workstreams in the Project Phase. Under each Workstream there are the tasks that are needed to be done.  We have the same Workstreams under each Project Phase (please see attachment) - so Workstreams can be Logistics or Communication or Governance for example.  Basically I would like to pull a Workstream report that shows all the tasks that they need to do for that project as its a very long project but we want to keep it contained. So for example : Pull a report that shows all the tasks needed to be done under each Workstream for Logistics (so in the diagram example there would be in the report 4 parent tasks PLUS the sub-tasks under each parent task. So there would be 16 lines if using the attached image). Hope that makes sense! Can this be done ?  I have tried both in reports and also in project (using filters). Thank You so much Em @nich

Hi, Currently we consume Adobe Analytics from our scripts and there's no issue with loading those overall. But we have issues with the plugins. All of those plugins are loaded using 'new Function()' javascript and that is considered unsafe-eval. What can be done to resolve the issue? Thanks.

Hi Community Members, I have a question about managing data in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Our client is planning to use CJA for analysis in the future. Currently, the setup involves sending all event data to a dataset in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), which is then connected to CJA for reporting purposes. Now, we’re considering applying a Time-to-Live (TTL) policy to this dataset (6 months). With TTL in place, data older than 6 months would be deleted from the dataset. My question is: If the data is deleted from the AEP dataset, will it also be deleted from CJA? or Will CJA pull in the data from data lake and not profile store? Additionally, what are the best practices for handling this situation? The requirement is for CJA to retain all historical data, while the profile in AEP should only maintain data from the last 6 months. After speaking  with our partners, we can confirm that data is being forwarded through the AEP Event Forwarding Platform, however the Monitoring UI is not showing the compute time or the error events. Is this a glitch that anyone else is experiencing or is this due to the monitoring UI being in beta? Hi - I'm just curious if there is a limit to the amount of rules you can add in for page delivery? For instance, can I add as many URLs as I want per the image below? I don't see any notes in the documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target/using/activities/experience-targeting/create-targeting/xt-activity-url so maybe there isn't' but I thought I'd ask.  Thanks

We have students creating websites and they want to share a link to the website.  When we share the link we receive a spinning icon and a message indicating an unsupported Theme error How can we fix this 

I would like to get dynamically in my mailing image from Open AI API. I configured everything in Open AI and in Postman I get url of the image. However in journey test mode it looks like there is nothing in response?? What do you think? Any suggestions? Then I would like to put response into email template in order to debug but nothing shows up on a templa and in the test mode log.

Howdy WF Friends! We have project scorecards in use. The scorecards, year to year, have 4-6 questions. Is there a way to programmatically obtain each answer's point value and copy it to a custom field and/or form? Ultimately what I'd like to do is have a project report with scorecard values in separate columns. I appreciate your help! Mike

Hello! I'm building a Fusion scenario in which there's a trigger field in a custom form attached to a project. Once that trigger gets flipped (and a number of other Fusion actions take place), I'd like Fusion to mark a specific task from the project as complete.    Where I'm running into trouble is how to reference the Task ID for the specific task within the project.  I've got the array of tasks from a Read Record module in the scenario (and the name and Task ID for the task is within that). The Name of the task should always stay the same, so I could filter using that.  The project is created from a template and so the (project) Task in question will be created from a Template Task with a consistent Template Task ID. Not sure if that's useful in finding the Task ID. Ultimately, I want to end this scenario with a Update Record module, and update the Status of the Task to Complete, but I need to be able to point that module to the right Task. I feel like with

Hello,My team is using Adobe Launch with Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud ID Service as extensions. We noticed that an unexpected API call to Adobe Advertising is made on some page loads. The API request is made to the URL https://cm.everesttech.net/cm/dd?d_uuid={ID}. What is the cause of these API requests? Could it be related to our use of Experience Cloud ID Service?Thank you

I understand that responsiveness of the display/your computer but is there a way to preset the width of the columns in a custom view so they do not refit every time. Need certain columns to have much more space on them than others but do not want to readjust every time I use the custom view.  any thoughts or pointers?

hi all, have looked at the DIL.js documentation and its rather confusing. Can someone explain me in very simple terms how the DIL (audience manager) needs to work ? When I look at the current set up, I can see numerous demdex.net request. https://dpm.demdex.net/id?d_visid_ver=https://fil.demdex.net/dest5.html?d_nsidhttps://dpm.demdex.net/ibs:dpid=Need some sort of diagram or a rough idea of a flow.  There is also this client side vs server side forwarding, which is not quite clear. My understanding is that the server side forwarding (when enabled on the reporting suite level) share all the data from reporting suite with the audience manager service. It would be good if someone could confirm it. Thanks.  

We have a requirement to allow multiple models in single fragment reference but fragmentReference is a saving only single cf model in it as it's of type string not string array but in the interface it is taking multiple values but not storing in jcr multiple values.  

Hi, In the mapping of my datastream, I want to isolate the value of a specific url parameter.Example: from "test=1&account=bitmap&step=abc", I want to map as output the value of account, so 'bitmap' in this case. I did it this way based on this doc and it works: But I have also unwished value if the parameter contains 'account=', not only equals 'account='Example:Output should be null because the parameter name is 'IDaccount=' and not 'account='.Any idea how I can fix this ?Thanks Robin

Hi,I have a dropdown with options in the form of: key=value:1=Option 12=Option 2... When I create a document of record, only the keys are visible, like: 1,2,3... I need to change that so in the DoR only the selected values are visible. Is there an API for that I can use? Or what can I do?

Hi Team, In my current project, we have upgraded AEM 6.5.9 to 6.5.18.ACS commons current version is 5.0.4 Now, we are facing some multifield-related issues. (Unable to store the dialog fields once saved.) We have many components that have stored the multifield in JSON format as well as in node structure. In some of the Adobe articles, they mention upgrading ACS Commons too.Could you please confirm if we need to upgrade ACS Commons versions along with the AEM upgrade?  Thanks in advanced!Nikita M.
