Hi, We are trying to implement the adobe photoshop action api with the aio app builder to capture the png and psd files with Layered PSD non-destructive and transparent background.  When deployed the app builder code and triggering the action code via post processing profile, we are getting a rendition created with the no background of the image(white background) in aem.  But this is not the complete output we want. By checking the app builder logs, i could able to see the below error. Also i am getting 202 response code from the photoshop api. We checked the .atn file via the postman, it is giving the correct output image as expected. stderr: Sampler function failed with error Error reading file /sys/fs/cgroup/memory/memory.stat, Message: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/sys/fs/cgroup/memory/memory.stat'. If anyone have any idea about why i am not getting the complete expected output in aem. please let me know.. Hi there,  I’m trying to understand how the incremental query handles exclusions. Suppose there were 5 records created yesterday with values for EID, VIN, and FEATURE_NAME. Today, when the incremental query runs, 2 new records are created with the same EID and VIN but different FEATURE_NAME values. Would these be considered new records?The incremental query identifies new records based on the REC_CREATE_DATE and excludes records where the combination of EID, VIN, and FEATURE_NAME already exists. If the FEATURE_NAME is unique, will it be treated as a new record?

hi folks,Recently we noticed that one of our sites wasn't showing code updates we made via Cloud Manager.We found that there was a CACHE-CONTROL header with max-age of an hour. Sure enough, after the hour, the code updated. I cannot find this parameter configured in our AMS AEM 6.5.20 installation. ( not cloud) I assume I can add something to the dispatcher to configure this.  But what should I do exactly?Specify somehow that I want the clientlibs to update immediately with max-age = 0. ???Any advice would be appreciated.thanksFiona

We convert requests to projects and use multiple calculated fields to attach to these objects for reporting. I have two questions:Is there a best practice whether to attach reporting calculated fields to a system admin section at the end of the individual custom form or use a separate custom form with the calculated fields? Currently, I have a separate Reporting custom form with the reporting calculated fields that I attach to the Request queue topic along with the request topic custom form. Both forms go to the project when the request is converted. If I add the reporting calculated fields to every custom form, that would be a lot of individual maintenance every time I have to change something on a calculated field. Hey guys, I've been experiencing an issue with all of my projects. Every time I clicked on the timeline tasks, an error message pops up saying WF is working on the issue and to try to refresh the browser. I've refreshed, cleared out my cookies, tried incognito mode, and restarted my computer - nothing worked. This happened yesterday and it's still happening now.  Otherwise, everything else works like updates, issues, working on templates, seeing project details etc. Anyone else experience this issue? Thank you!

We are looking to run an A/B test in Adobe Target with HTML content within our activities as the test experience.  Within the test the code used is window.setAbTest('blah blah', 'B')For this experience we reached significance, but upon further review it appears that the majority of the traffic that triggered this is coming from mobile traffic and none from desktop.  When I checked with some previous tests we used similar logic but embedded the code within a script tab and the traffic for the test group conversion was evenly divided between mobile and desktop users. Does a test without a script tag not work for desktop traffic or limit it capabilities within Adobe target?

I see some document that explains how you could customize Page Template properties template. But I can't find any document that shows how to customize Experience Fragment Template Properties.  We want to use some template properties to drive Template so we can reduce number of templates that differ just in terms of those properties.

I'm here to admit defeat. I'm the newly appointed admin of our WF instance and was labeled the SME even though I'm still learning the platform. Our original setup was everyone was in one big Group as their home group, then they were sectioned off via Teams for their smaller ones. Since Group is a big reporting object, I thought it didn't make sense to lose (basically) this reporting function, so I created new groups and divvied everyone up accordingly. When that happened, every user started having trouble looking at projects. They all received the error "You do not have sufficient privileges to access this project." and a Request Access button. There aren't any Group level permissions from what I can see, so I'm not sure why changing the Group would impact literally all of my users.  Basically I want the Groups to be like Martech, Creative, & Strategy while having the Teams be like Designers, Production, Email, etc. Previously the Group was Marketing with the Teams b

We have a mobile app running on iOS.  Starting September 20th – the launch of iOS 15 – our visits metric began steadily increasing, and continues to this day.  However, most of these increased visits don’t have a page view associated with them.  When I create a segment for “visits with page views >=1”, those visits remain on the trendline that we expect. iOS 15 introduced a feature called App Prewarming, where the operating system will launch the app and execute the launch sequence up to a certain point then pause it – in an effort make the actual user-initiated startup happen faster.   We use the Adobe Launch mobile SDK and have it tied to the app’s lifecycle events.  We also use Firebase tied to lifecycle events and it shows the same increase in visits, so what we are seeing is most likely related to this Prewarming ‘feature’. Has anyone else seen this and what actions have you taken in response?

I would love to include the fields: Campaign Name, Parent Task Name, Task Name, Due Date and % Complete, but also the proof, that is linked to the task, the approver and the approver decision. Hello community, Is there anybody here who has made some experiences concerning the Adobe Workfront Document Webhooks to integrate an external document provider? I know, this is a quite old "feature", which does not seem to be actively worked on, but I hoped, that at least the basic functionality would work. I started using this documentation, but although my middleware provides valid JSON, I do get the following error message:Cannot deserialize the response message I there is anybody out there having experiences with this, I would be glad, if you could share some insights. Thanks in advance. RegardsLars

Is it possible to re-order the custom field Groupings in a report? Example: See screenshot attached.. It currently randomizes the order - I'm unsure to the logic behind it.  I'd like it to be:Tier 1Tier 2Tier 3Tier 4N/A

In Workfront when you click on a timesheet profile, there is a setting for who becomes the approver for any generated timesheets.This field is not available on the timesheet profile TSPRO object. I have looked through many other objects and cannot find where this field is available over the API.How can one query this field from Fusion or over the API?Ultimately I need this field for generating timesheets in a special way using Fusion.

Hi there, I have a unique problem. We have non-headless bot crawlers on our site that visit one specific page, leave, and then change their IP via iCloud's Privacy Relay, change their user agent, clear cache and cookies, and then re-visit the same page to scrape data.  Typically we would implement bot rules that exclude IPs from a given ISP/bot farm, but with iCloud's privacy relay, the gigantic pool of IPs being used overlaps with real customers! We have an exclusion segment in place, with talks of making a virtual report suite that also gets around these bots. Before we spend billable hours though, I just wanted to sanity check if anyone here would do it differently. Am I missing anything regarding bot rules, or have these bots truly stumped adobe's frontline capabilities? I know this isn't an adobe Launch forum, but surely there's nothing to be done there either without a mountain of (arguably) delicate JS.  While brainstorming, perhaps I could make a better excl

Hi everyone In Adobe Live Cycle Designer ES4, I have a text field named "TEXT" (option "Allow Multiple Lines" activated). It is binded to a string field of an ABAP structure.I want to change certain parts of the text field to bold. They are already marked with "\b" for the starting point and "\b0" for the ending point.How is that possible? I am not good with Javascript :(TEXT.font.weight = "bold" works for me, the complete field changes to bold. But how can I change certain parts of the text field? Thanks a lot in advance for any help!
