Hello All,I was trying to add comments with line break using OOTB comments component (we-retail blog). I see that when I make a comment with line break (richtext disabled in component properties). I see the comment posted in a single line. Please see image below I am using MSRP for UGC storage and the comment entry is stored with a '\n'. (See image)Is this a desired behavior? I will expecting to see my comment as:"testanother line"instead of "test another line"Please let me know if/how desired behavior can be achieved. (Other alternative is to allow RichText in component properties, but we will like to avoid that.)ThanksShubham

More over when we are creating the component. It is creating one JSP page contentpage.jsp.Again we are creating the html pages. and what we are trying to see in webpage are written on body.html not on contentpage.jsp.Please let me know what else I should do.

Hi,I was trying to create a regular expression for a trait in c_products ^\;(.+)\;(.+)\;([1-9][0-9]{0,2}\.[0-9][0-9]|1000)\;(.+) that viewed any product under $1000.When I test this in the Analytics Classification Rules builder it works but how come Audience Manager isn't picking anything up?

I have a custom workflow for generating Image renditions. It should be triggered for image upload, image edit, image replace. Event Type for the launcher is Modified type. The workflow has a gatekeeper process in the beginning followed by custom workflow process. On deleting an asset, getting error :Caused by: com.day.cq.workflow.WorkflowException: execute: gatekeeping failed, asset [{/content/dam/demo/images/test2/image2.jpg}] in payload doesn't exist for workflowI don't want the workflow to be triggered for deleting asset. There has to be some condition in the WF launcher to handle this issue.

Hi all,What are the typical AMO Implementation Steps at a high level, with integrating AAM for receiving segments and performing Search, Display and Social advertisements?I am aware that these are requirements driven, that's why these could be at a high level.Example:   1. Implement inbound integration with AAM.   2. Set up AdNetworks   3. Creating AMO reports   4. Optimization   5. ..................Also, kindly indicate who performs each of these, under the following understanding:Adobe handles most of these tasks, as AMO is offered as a SAS.Client marketing team does Optimizations, etc, as these are some ongoing activities and these do not need technical skills.I need to submit my report to my manager this evening and so I would highly appreciate a quick reply.Thanks,Rama.

Hello all,     I am currently experiencing difficulties in regards to exports I am doing via the Data Warehouse. Considering one of my dimension (clientID) is a string of over 15 characters, Excel automatically rounds off the figure (eg. shows as 1.55E+32 instead of the longer value).  Considering I am opening the CSV file once I receive the Adobe Analytics email, this dimension shows as a truncated number instead of the full string. If I was able to export the value as a text or export the file as a TXT, I could solve this problem.Would anyone have a suggestion to prevent from the rounding up of my clientID to happen ?Best

Hi all,Quick question:  When you disable tracking for an email link, does Marketo still count the number of times that link is clicked for reporting purposes (like in the email performance report)? Or does it not count that at all?I was hoping that disabling tracking for an email link would still count the number of times the link was clicked, but not associate that click back to a specific person/lead. But, after seeing the results on a recent email campaign, I'm thinking that's not the case.Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to send different emails to people on a single list, depending what is marked within a column on that list?Example:The list has a column with codes in it. I upload the list, create a Marketo campaign and tell it to send Email A to anyone in the column with ABC as their code. And to Send Email B to anyone in the column with XYZ as their code.Does that make sense? Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!

Hi there,I see marketo captures/displays whether an email is opened, whether an email is clicked..I want to know, how to get the NumberOfOpens, NumberofClicks of an email by a lead.i.e if I am a lead, I get a marketing email from marketo, I open it once, twice three times, I should be able to get how many times this email is opened? Is this possible?I tried the scoring option, but I do not see the scoring available in Email Campaigns.Thanks in advance.

This is what drove this question.  The use case is that I have two folders that are sub-folders to a top folder.  The top folder has a specific schema that was created and applied via touch UI so the two sub-folders inherit that schema.Each sub-folder has a metadata profile applied to them that is unique to each sub-folder.If I select multiple assets in ONE folder and select properties to bulk edit, all is well and the edit utilizes the applied schema.If I select multiple assets from both sub-folders (via a search result or a collection that contains files from both folders) and then select Properties to do a bulk edit, i get that very simple schema.  I think its the default classic ui schema.  Can I make the classic UI schema the same as my Touch UI schema, or can I get the bulk edit to always use the schema applied via Touch UI?Thanks,jim P

Hi all,On the touch ui, at various locations like sites, projects , assets . I could see that there are various calls fetching the first 40 results , and as we scroll down the page, the next set of forty results comes on and this happens on further scroll down also,http://localhost:2017/mnt/overlay/granite/security/content/useradmin/views/list.40.40.html?_=1504533806859http://localhost:2017/mnt/overlay/granite/security/content/useradmin/views/list.80.40.html?_=1504533806860What triggers these calls on the scroll down of every page ?Thanks,Sindhu.

I wondered what the correct procedure is for deactivating an asset when the copyright expires?  I will tell content authors to use the expires option in the Advanced part of the Asset properties.  However I wonder what will happen to the asset on the publish instance?   If the reference page is live, will the asset dissapear after it has deactivated itself?
