Hello all,     I am currently experiencing difficulties in regards to exports I am doing via the Data Warehouse. Considering one of my dimension (clientID) is a string of over 15 characters, Excel automatically rounds off the figure (eg. shows as 1.55E+32 instead of the longer value).  Considering I am opening the CSV file once I receive the Adobe Analytics email, this dimension shows as a truncated number instead of the full string. If I was able to export the value as a text or export the file as a TXT, I could solve this problem.Would anyone have a suggestion to prevent from the rounding up of my clientID to happen ?Best

Hi all,Quick question:  When you disable tracking for an email link, does Marketo still count the number of times that link is clicked for reporting purposes (like in the email performance report)? Or does it not count that at all?I was hoping that disabling tracking for an email link would still count the number of times the link was clicked, but not associate that click back to a specific person/lead. But, after seeing the results on a recent email campaign, I'm thinking that's not the case.Thanks in advance!

Hi Community,I have a quick question about Marketo’s email link performance report and I’m hoping you can help me with this.I created a Email link performance report under a program which has 4 different emails but the report is picking up only the first email. How do I add the remaining 3 emails into the report so that I can track the link clicks of all 4 emails? Please advise.Regards,Sru

Is it possible to send different emails to people on a single list, depending what is marked within a column on that list?Example:The list has a column with codes in it. I upload the list, create a Marketo campaign and tell it to send Email A to anyone in the column with ABC as their code. And to Send Email B to anyone in the column with XYZ as their code.Does that make sense? Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!

Hi there,I see marketo captures/displays whether an email is opened, whether an email is clicked..I want to know, how to get the NumberOfOpens, NumberofClicks of an email by a lead.i.e if I am a lead, I get a marketing email from marketo, I open it once, twice three times, I should be able to get how many times this email is opened? Is this possible?I tried the scoring option, but I do not see the scoring available in Email Campaigns.Thanks in advance.

This is what drove this question.  The use case is that I have two folders that are sub-folders to a top folder.  The top folder has a specific schema that was created and applied via touch UI so the two sub-folders inherit that schema.Each sub-folder has a metadata profile applied to them that is unique to each sub-folder.If I select multiple assets in ONE folder and select properties to bulk edit, all is well and the edit utilizes the applied schema.If I select multiple assets from both sub-folders (via a search result or a collection that contains files from both folders) and then select Properties to do a bulk edit, i get that very simple schema.  I think its the default classic ui schema.  Can I make the classic UI schema the same as my Touch UI schema, or can I get the bulk edit to always use the schema applied via Touch UI?Thanks,jim P

Hi all,On the touch ui, at various locations like sites, projects , assets . I wondered what the correct procedure is for deactivating an asset when the copyright expires?  I will tell content authors to use the expires option in the Advanced part of the Asset properties.  However I wonder what will happen to the asset on the publish instance?   If the reference page is live, will the asset dissapear after it has deactivated itself?

The user can input search term, choose from a dropdown of search categories and search pages on our website. The goal is to find how users detected pages on our website.I haven't found an example on the online doc. Any input on how you have instrumented such analysis?Thanks!

I want to add a google analytics conversion code to my thank you page.  According to google, the code must be between the <body> tags.   Because I am using guided landing pages, I can't use the 'add html block' which was available with free form landing page templates.  I don't want to create a new template for each thank you page I need.  Can I add the code to the page itself without making a new template?Thanks,Mike

I assumed it would be the mean of each row ( the metric is time spend per visit over 7 days (dimension)).I'm not getting the same results if I do the mean for each roz.Thaks a lots !Cheers ,Mario

Hi All,I know that I can go into the properties of a folder and sort the subfolders alphabetically. Can I do the same for recipients within my Seed folders? Because each seed recipient is not listed as a subfolder, the sorting doesn't affect them. But, it's hard to look at these folders full of people in reasonable order or sort.

Hello Marketo Community - I want to test an email to customers where I show them what areas their contractor specializes in - for instance, Alice (Customer) has hired Bob (Contractor) to help with setting up email marketing campaigns. Alice would receive an email asking how that project is going and then saying, "Bob can also help you in other areas. Bob's specialties include: SEM, SEO, Google Analytics." The idea here is to encourage the recipient to discuss new projects with their contractor hopefully resulting in repeat business.I do not have my contractor specialties in Marketo. We are trying to include customized content on a login page hosted on an external domain. The login page includes an iframe of a Marketo page that we control. Are we able to use any of the RTP customization features inside the iframe that we control?
