Every time I run a DMA report I am only ever to download 5 DMAs at a time. I have tried everything:  all file formats, zipping, sending directly to my email. Nothing works!  Can you help?I should mention this DMA report includes a "Broken down by:  Device Type"

Hi,Is it mandatory to configure dispatcher flush agent on Author if i am not caching /Content/*I am using AEM 6.1, I am getting some cache issue on my dispatcher author.When modifying the content and refreshing the page my browser cache is getting displayed on page until and unless i clear my browser cache.But in author instance when i am refreshing my page after modifying the content my actual modified content is rendering.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

Hi all,I'm trying to write a SQL2 query to fetch nodes which don't have any child nodes. That is, the query should fetch the list of nodes which doesn't have any child nodes under those nodes.Is there any way to achieve this?

I'm assuming the normal behavior of a Request Campaign flow step is to run the requested campaign (Campaign B) in parallel with the campaign that requested it initially (Campaign A)? Is there a way to tell Campaign A to pause its flow until Campaign B has finished its flow?Essentially there's dependencies at the end of Campaign A that are only fulfilled by Campaign B finishing. Has anyone else seen this notification while uploading lists recently? These lists took an extremely long time to upload (up to 10 hours) and I only received the list upload notification emails late at night.  Just wanted to ask if anybody else ran into this issue and if they have any insight into why this is happening? Can we discuss when a piece of code will create its own js script versus when it will be combined within the Launch embed code?Here's a scenario we can use for this discussion:1. I enabled the Facebook extension2. I went to the Rules tab and opened my existing "All Pages - DOM Ready - Pixels" rule3. I scrolled down to the "Then" portion of the rule and clicked the + icon4. I selected the Facebook Pixel extension and the "Send Page View" action. I kept the default name of "Facebook Pixel - Send Page View" (see screen shot 1 below)5. I went through the process of getting the changes to Stage. Stage is test1.hmkb2c.com for me6. Looking at the Elements tab in Developers' Tools, I see that the FB pixel appears to be added to my Embed Code js (see screen shot 2 below)7. In Launch, when I click "and having certain property values" an warning message is displayed (see screen shot below). This warning is not in DTM.Would you mind expanding on how big the performance impact is when a valued is provided here?Thanks -Sarah

In a campaign email, I have 3 buttons.  One for scheduling a call, one for immediate contact, and one for loading a landing page with a form.if the lead clicks on the immediate contact button, the immediate contact campaign shows them as a member.But neither of the other two buttons do that.The schedule button works otherwise.  It loads the site and creates the schedule.The third one works similarly. It loads the form and updates the data but it doesn't update them as a member.I have each campaign set the same way, but the schedule goes to another site, and the update button uses a token for the link in the email instead of a template button with a normal link. (because the form wouldn't pull up the customer's details)Are there any known gotcha's that can be causing this?  Are emails only able to use one button? 

HiI've some ajax pages on my site and I'm using direct call rule to track them. On some of the direct call rule I added some page / step specific events but these events are getting overridden by the event set ( which s.events="event4="+s_getLoadTime();) in the core appmeasurement.js. The specific events in the direct call rules get tracked if I remove s.events="event4="+s_getLoadTime(); from appmeasurment.js. Is there any workaround for this. or Is there a way to tell DTM to prioritize the events set in the direct call rule over the JS settings and override the JS events (s.events="event4="+s_getLoadTime();)?Thanks

Can we talk about why the design to show items that are ready for a build changed so much between Launch and DTM?In Launch, I feel like it is Easter and I am trying to find all my candy. And I definitely have that feeling that there is candy I am missing in my hunt...so many rabbit holes to look down...and nobody likes this feeling! Hi, I am curious what happens to an engagement program members when the stream cadence schedule is accidentally cancelled and then put back in. Will the members start receiving all emails in the cadence all over again or will they continue where they left of. In other words, does Marketo ensure that people won't receive the same email again if the cadence was accidentally cancelled and then scheduled again?

When we paste modern tables into RTE, we see that <thead> is removed and <tbody> is added to wrap the whole table.  This is unacceptable markup.  How do we use <thead> in our embedded tables?

Hi all, would really appreciate some advice on the following:We currently have 3 industry-specific engagement programs running in Marketo. We have also created 3 additional engagement programs for our sales team that are product-specific - to add leads to when they are at the appropriate stage. All campaigns are Sales Available.We do not want any lead to be in more than one engagement program at any given time, so when the sales team add a lead to a product-specific nurture, we want them removed from any other engagement campaign they are in.What is the most simple way to do this?There doesn't seem to be a flow step as simple as "Remove from Engagement Program". I considered "Change Program Status" to "Not in Program" - but would this just change their status rather than actually remove them? I also considered removing them from the Smart List with which they were initally added to the first campaign - but again, would this remove them from the cycle?I'm s

Hi All, I'm working with my IT team to create a DNS record for our landing pages. I've noticed that our account string is labeled "mktoadmin" rather than a branded account string and mkto docs reference the DNS records as pointing to "mktoadmin.mktoweb.com". However, my IT partner is telling me that mktoadmin.mktoweb.com is not a valid DNS address on Marketo's side. Am I missing something here?-Matt

Hi,We are using aem 5.6.1 in our project. We ran a workflow on a page but it went in 'Stale' state. We tried to terminate from workflow console but no luck. So we had deleted the corresponding workflow instance from etc/workflows. We have another issue now. When we tried to run a workflow on that page, it was saying like 'The page is already subject to a workflow'. We checked the workflow console no workflow exists in any state for that page. The workflow tab in sidekick is blank.Can anyone please help?Regards,Kishore

I'm using a "Live Event" channel with statuses as shown below. I have a number of active programs using this channel.Because people who register for our live events sometimes later inform us that they will not attend, I want to be able to move people from the "Registered" status to the "Will Not Attend" status. I currently cannot do this because Marketo only allows people to progress to statuses with an equal or higher step value.To remedy, I'm considering changing the step value of the "Will Not Attend" to 20, so that it is equal to that of "Registered". My understanding is that this will allow me move people between the two statuses with equal step values.Question: Is it safe for me to make this change given that I have active programs using this channel? What negative impacts might I need to be wary of?

My team is having an issue with the REST api. We build a simple client and its working for us and a few other clients, but we have a new user that gave us their login credentials but we are receiving the "No client with requested id: {CLIENTID}" error when we are trying to fetch the Token. What would cause this error for one user?

We are upgrading from 5.6.1 to 6.3Went through some of the docs and found acs-commons deprecated tag libs. Tag libs used in our project are  wcmmode, widgets and xss listed under global.jspMost of the docs over internet shown usage of HTL tags. If mandatory to use HTL tags, how to work with Sightly for classic UI components since we are using only classic UI. Suggest me the changes for global.jsp and tags.
