I have a client that would like to have a single email template that includes every module they would want to use in any of their emails. So, instead of one template for newsletter, another template for simple message and another template for webinar...they want one template that includes the modules necessary to build all three.I have no problem building this. The issues is that it creates a pretty messy template upon first view. Every time a content producer creates a new email, they're presented with a mass of modules.Is there a way to show only some of the modules on initial view?Thanks

Hi,My company is new to Marketo. We are working on setting up some integrations right now. Yesterday I added GoToWebinar as a LaunchPoint service. Today when I try to add a webinar to a program, the only option I have is Sample Webinar. There are other webinars in our GTW account. I read on the docs site that it could take 48 hours to sync data. Is that what is happening here, or could there be another issue? I don't want to just sit on my hands waiting for a sync if there is another problem. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,We have a situation where we need to call a third party api.Browser -> AEM -> thirdparty.The call to the thirdparty has an SLA of upto 5 seconds.What is the recommended approach for this scenario ?Browser posts request to AEM, AEM acknowledges request and immediately replies to browser to say it is handling the request.Browser then polls AEM for a response meanwhile AEM calls third party and waits for response , once response is received it stores it in some sort of distributed cache shared between publishers (e.g. elasticache or REDIS)orCan the browser use websockets with AEM  and maintain a connection (with a timeout of 5 seconds) ?I can see a few references to socket.io support for AEM screens but not much else.What would the scalability of such an approach ?AC

Hi,We are looking at having a series of re-ocurring webinars. These can be created in GoToMeetings but we are not sure about which would be the most efficient way of updating the details of the webinras in MKTO's emails, as MKTO 'does not currently support recurring webinars. You must set up a single session between each Marketo Event and GoToWebinar webinar'.Would we have to create the re-ocurring meetings in GTM, a re-ocurring batch campaign in MKTO and manually updated the details of the email by using tokens?I found this process that might look like a good option. Any thoughts or experience with it?Thanks,

I have 2 proprieties setup in my DTM and if I want a global report suite to have data from both properties, could I create a global report suite and add to both properties and add another report suite just for each property. If I setup like this way, will this global suite be different from the rollup suite? for example, will it be able to dedup  when it count the unique visitor?

I was wondering if we can create custom segment / audience in Target by importing some user account numbers, which aren't tracked in Adobe Analytics. The account numbers are passed to the datalayer once the user is authenticated. So, is it possible to use some account numbers that are only available in the datalayer and trigger a campaign if the condition are met?

Hi,I'm exploring the "permission sensitive caching" of pages in AEM. I've followed the official documentation about how can we create a servlet to check user permissions and allow them to access cached pages.But, what I didn't understand it how it'd be applied in the scenario?Cos' so far whatever I've understood,  1. To cache the authorised pages, we need to set the allowedAuthoried property value to 1 in the dispatcher. That allows us to cache authorised pages. 2. If we want to allow a website page to access from a particular group then we can enable the CUG feature so nobody apart from those developers would be able to access those pages.3. Let's say if there's any login functionality on website and profile pages is getting cached so even if cached profile page is there in cache directory when we'll try to hit the user profile page URL directly, in any way it won't display if User is not logged in cos' that's what standard functionality says.By keeping overall things in mind, I'm not

Hello Team,I want a solution for Workflow failure due to Id disabling.When we disable any Operators id then workflows that are last run or modified or Assigned to that operator gets in Paused State with below Error Message."XSV-350012 Invalid login or password. Hi we have a unique key "account id" which is string by data type, we were trying to make it PK but found that it is getting repeated through several markets.So we would be making it a composite primary key of account id (string) and market code(string), but as per the best practices composite key is not recommended & also strings in keys should not be used.Could you please help us to get a work around this to define a key using account id and market? or how we can go with string composite keys without having any issues.

Hi all,What exactly is happening at AAM AMO Integration?Segments are created in AAM and passed to AMO and AMO uses them for Ad Targeting.Apart from Segments, is there anything else AMO needs from AAM and AAM passes to AMO?Let us assume that a segment was passed to AMO.How does AMO know what content to display for a user belonging to that segment?Who tells AMO that probably Blue color picture should be displayed for a male of 25 yr old?Thanks,Rama.

Hi,I am using DTM and currently deploying the Adobe visitor id service. I am planning to parse the customer id very soon and would like to get some advise on the best practice and how to do it in DTM.Would you recommend using the JavaScript snippet or can i use the data elements (i.e. setting user id, customer id, authstate for that particular customer)?It is also mentioned on the help website that the customer IDs and authentication states need to be parsed on every page. My issue is that once the user logs out i will loose that customer id from the dataLayer. The idea is to get to know the customer even though s/he is logged out and use it as an audience for test and target at a later stage. Would it be recommended that i persist the customer id via a cookie?As a side note, i do also see puuid. Is that really needed?Thank you Jerome

I normally use Developer mode to check the load time.But when I am checking in my qa or pre prod mode I am unable to see the component information  Has anyone faced a similar issue. How to resolve this.

I'm evaluating AEM 6.2 OOTB forms component to build a Newsletter signup form with AJAX submission, this is not AEM Forms that is licensed separately.https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/develop/components/developing-forms.htmlI'm also planning to use AEM OOTB form builder to create multiple forms in the future. I'd rather use this form builder to build multiple forms (with custom actions) rather than creating new form component from scratch every time or paying for AEM Forms license.I have not used this component previously, can someone advise on the following:Can I make the form submit request via AJAX and capture response from the server side / API (asynchronous)?Is there limitation in terms of styling capability?Any other limitations / gotchas that I should be aware of?Would love to hear some advices on this, would be great if someone can share some implementations as well.FYI, I'm using AEM 6.2 SP1 and will be upgrading to 6.3 in the near futureThank you!
