Hi folks,How can I use data feeds to pull out reports,eg:1 dimension, 2 metrics and 1 calculated metrics.Is there any restriction on the data volume. Expected rows for 3 months is around 30,000.Thanks

Hi,We are working on migrating the httpclient verstion to 4.x and we have added dependency with the version 4.5.  Here the httpclient get and post call codes throwing an java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/http/auth/Credentials exception on deploying the bundle though Credentials class is not referenced anywhere in the code. Hi There,I am aware that you can leverage an FTP for SAINT Classification imports.  In previous jobs we used the FTP to automate a feed from our database to the SAINT Classification for auto updates.   With my new company, they do not allow any feeds to external partners to be FTP.  They have to be SFTP.  Is there a way to set things up so that  I can connect VIA SFTP instead?Thanks in advance for your help. I'm trying to understand how to implement the performanceTiming plug-in and it says a list variable is needed:"If you wish to utilize the asset load time functionality within the plug-in, you must pass in the name of the list variable to be used."What is the use case for using a list variable with the performanceTiming? If I don't use a list variable, then what information will I get?

Which of these are Online and which are offline sources? I am aware that CRM is offline.2. Which of these are Onsite and which are Offsite sources?3. Hi all,I am trying to achieve predictive search (suggestions) on AEM 6.0 with Apache Jackrabbit Oak 1.0.22. Following OAK documentation, since Oak 1.0.15, we are able to find suggestions for a given query by using Apache Lucene. A little background to explain how I got to the scenario below --> I wanted to see what each extensions looked like in the embed code. So, I disabled all my extensions and then enabled them one by one to see how the extension portion of the embed code changed. 1) I enabled the Target extension.2) I made a build of only the Target extension to my development environment3) I then submitted it for Approval (for stage)4) I made a build of only the Target extension to the stage environment5) I then submitted it for Approval (for production) Then6) I enabled the MCID extension.7) I made a build of only the MCID extension to my development environemnt(For a visual of steps 1 - 6, please see screen shot 1 below)8) I then submitted it for Approval (for stage) 9) But, I am given a message that I can't build to stage because I have something waiting for production (see screen shot 2).I feel like this constraint is not in DTM. A client of ours uses workspaces in Marketo based around regions and wants to time stamp a field with the system time, but in the local time for that particular region. I can think of a few work around solutions but interested to know how other people are doing this?Thanks!

In the West Coast Office Hours on 8/15, I believe I heard in the recording a statement like this "The success message won't be shown until your deploy/build is actually published"When I do a Build to Stage, I get the green circle (denoting the build was successfully) and then almost 2 minutes later, the change will show up in my embed code.Now, I know 2 minutes is pretty speedy...I was under the impression, though, with the statement in the Office Hours that the timing of the message being shown was a big deal for the Launch team so I expected the message and the embed code to be more in sync. Or maybe I misunderstood the statement.Thanks -Sarah

Hi Guys,I need to expose rest web services in AEM 6.3 and these rest services  will be used by third party applications  We can use sling servlets to expose as a rest  service. But it is not suitable for my requirement. I need to expose as a reg ex servlet / Web service. It should accept  many urls based on that path.As per many developer blogs and my understanding as well,   we can achieve this in two ways.1. Hi I am trying to integrate Adobe Analytics with CIS Platform (Data Virtualization Platform by CISCO). The Platform provides option to configure a REST API CALL to Adobe Analytics. How ever I am unable to integrate the same.I do have username and a shared secret and while using the same to check via Postman I am unable to access the API's .Are there any dependency or settings that need to be done before I start?Currently I am trying to access the API via (https://api.omniture.com/genesis/rest/3.1/index.html?method=Partner.GetProducts ) but I am getting the response as below :{    "errors": [        "You are not authorized to use this API."    ]}Please Help !

I am logged into DTM directly, not via an Adobe ID.I have a new Web Property and I am trying to add the Adobe Analytics Tool.The option to:Authenticate via: Marketing Cloudis greyed out.  That is, I cannot select the radio button next to Marketing Cloud.My Adobe Analytics login IS via Marketing Cloud.Do I have to have access to DTM via Marketing Cloud in order to select this option?  Or is there some other issue preventing me from selecting it?

Hi All,I have a js file[which has logic to render some banner like content on page] which is placed under etc/clientlibs[but not mentioned in js.txt, to avoid conflicts with other custom files]. Here in this file am referring some images from  /etc/clientlibs/images folder. While its in AEM, the images referred from /etc/clientlibs/images location will work fine, but this js file can also be referenced by any other page on any other website[to render banner on any site basically]. I need to append the appropriate domain before /etc/clientlibs/images being referred in the js file,so that this js along with some styling copied on any site works fine. I am getting the domain value from backend by a java method[i.e, if I do data-sly-use.config="com.xyz.abc" and in my html if I have <script src="${config.Domain}/etc/clientlibs/.../abc.js"></script>.But I am not getting how do I do this in custom js[say abc.js] file I have.

Hi all -I'm fairly new to AEM, and have run into an interesting issue. The component I'm building is going to be a financial application that our users fill out. (Think along the lines of filling out an application at a bank to open up a new account.)I've got a couple of Javascript files in the component, and everything was working great yesterday. Then, at some point, all of my JS functions started running twice. I have one function that logs a "Hello World" to the console when the page is loaded, and it logs that value twice. Same for my jQuery functions - anything that fires on a click runs twice.I'm not sure what happened to cause this. Like I said, it worked correctly for a while. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Hi,I have pressing need to automate the online form data capture , submission, notify recipient and storage of the form data from an existing AEM based portal.However I need to evaluate between using the AEM's out-of-box form component and calling OSGI Services from it's actions (the actions I am aware would need to be custom actions) or do I make use of AEM forms to provide for these form submissions, storage of user input data and notify the specific users?Please suggest some pros and cons of not using out-of-box Form component vs using AEM Forms.Thanks,Hemant

Hi Everyone. I am trying to figure out if visitors are using our vanity (friendly) URL's. For example, we have a vanity URL,sdfightthebite.com, that is URL forwarded to Fight the Bite!. Since these are URL forwarded, how can I use AEM Analytics report or query to enumerate those coming in via the vanity URL? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Hi All     Recently I was interacting with few of authors who were for the very first time going to use the Touch UI . One of the questions which was raised in the session was, "How do I know if the content is published or not". Obviously we have a column which specifies that against each page in the list view. But what they were looking at was a more user friendly view . Something like the green and amber color coding we had in classic UI.      My question to you guys is , if I plan to customize the sites.html and try to bring such a user experience, how to approach the same. How can I customize the existing site admin pages ? Can I restrict that to a particular content tree ?TIA Veena

Hello,  Can someone remind me of the name of the feature in Adobe Campaign which allows me to map to an external database? I’m not referring to FDA, I understand that it’s possible to map to a table/column in a external DB (hosted on the same DM instance as the Campaign Data Mart) and to use that mapping when I create segments, personalize content etc. I can’t remember the name of the feature. If anyone can remind me that would be great. Thanks a lot!
