We are looking to implement surveys into our Marketo instance with branching paths and the ability to capture the data into Marketo. Is there a recommended tool or is going the route of building one from scratch or a WordPress plugin on external sites that can integrate within Marketo?  Just looking for best options that others have used and what works best.

Using AEM Sites 6.5, I have incorporated a custom authentication solution into my website. It revolves around MSAL (Microsoft Authentication Library) and asking users to login with their Microsoft accounts. When intercepting requests, detecting that the user is not logged in, and asking them to login before a page is rendered- what is the real benefit / difference in handling this logic in an AuthenticationHandler as opposed to a Filter? For instance, I am noticing that in a custom authentication handler, I can detect that the page requires login and the user isn't logged in- so I can send them to go login by manipulating the response and exiting. I can do similarly in a filter- if the request is for an authenticated area and the user isn't logged in, then I send them through the login flow. What's the real benefit in doing this via one method or another?  It seems the AuthenticationHandler should be responsible for extracting the user out of the request (e.g., via

Hi! I am working on dashboards for my marketing organization. I run into issues while creating different visualizations based on marketing channel data. For example, in the below donut chart, Natural Search is blue due to it having the highest volume of visits. However, when I create a bar chart that shows visits x channel x month, Direct is blue because of how the freeform table has to be set up for that specific visualization. This can be pretty confusing for my team members who use this reporting. Is there a way to lock the order of these channels so that no matter what page/date range users are looking at the marketing channel legends stay aligned?

We are currently reviewing our Tracked Custom Fields as part of an audit. One thing that would make this much easier is to see which Custom Forms these Tracked Custom Fields appear on. There's no options for views or filters on the "Interface - Update Feeds" and there doesn't seem to be any filtering options for this in Reporting. Anyone got any ideas?

I have an activity with an audience to only include desktop devices.My Audience is set as:EXCLUDING:Mobile: is Mobile Device ORMobile: is Tablet ORMobile: Any Device OS matchesiOS or AndroidORMobile: is Mobile Phone  I've also tried with fewer criteria, and added more as I've been testing. I've also attempted an "Including" where Mobile: is NOT Mobile Device AND NOT Mobile Phone, AND NOT Tablet AND OS does not match iOS or Android. No scenario appears to work for iPad 12th gen, on Safari. Interestingly, the audience applies correctly on the same device on Chrome. How can I get this audience to work for Safari iPad?

Is it possible to check profile parameters in the Condition Node? I do not see that possible.  

I am in the process of working with some coworkers to determine what custom forms we can deactivate (or potentially delete) because they are no longer in use and the data tied to them is not relevant. I managed to make a custom view in the backend under Custom Forms > Forms and I have managed to create a custom view under Custom Forms > Fields that shows me what fields are associated with what forms. What I was hoping to be able to do is combine the two into one report, preferably in the custom form view that I created. However, I think that Workfront treats Forms, Fields, and Sections as their own thing and don't allow for hybrid reporting because of this separation of data. I thought that I might be able to utilize the text editing for the column parameters in an effort to pull in field data. But, one, I don't know if that would even work. And two, I have no idea how I would code it out (I am the furthest thing from a coder). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How to do that easily? In know that as a workaround we can create audience but is there more direct way? I want to check this in the Condition node and then make two alternative paths

Several colleagues using Workfornt have received an email that claims to come from  Adobe with the email address message@adobe.com.The messages claim that:"As a result of changes made by your administrator, the way you sign in to your existing Workfront account has changed. This can be done using an existing Adobe ID or by setting up a new Adobe ID using the same email address."There is then a button "Accept Invitation".On right clicking the button, the URL it directs to starts with https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/ims/authorize/v1 and the URL continues with other information.   Is this a phishing email ?

Hi Team, I am looking for ways to restrict users to save audience in the system. I am anticipating high number of dummy/test audiences to be created once it is enabled for user access. Is there a way to restrict this? One approach I think can be to let them create (enable 'Create Audience' button), but not let them Save (disable 'Save Audience') button. However, I am not sure if this is possible from UI (permissions?). Kindly suggest the right approach. Regards,Rohit

Specifically: Resources with a path starting with /etc.clientlibs/ should be replaced with https://mycdn.it/etc.clientlibs/Resources with a path starting with /content/dam/ should be replaced with https://mycdn.it/content/dam/ Could you please guide me on the best approach to implement this solution ? Thank you in advance for your support.

Hello folks, Quick question on AB test set up: I have set a simple A/B test for whole emails in an Email Send program which is tied to a CRM campaign code. Now, under the same program, can I create another AB test possibly nesting another email program housed under the main Email Send program in any way? I understand an email program can have one one AB test in it. Please advise. Thanks

In legacy Analytics for mobile, there was a setting to collect and cache offline transactions on the local device then send those hits once the user was online. There is no such option for this when implementing with AEP EDGE for MobileSDK. I see in Assurance that an offline device tries to send those hits while still offline and the hits fail. Is this available and possible when using the AEP extension in a Mobile Launch property for MobileSDK?

Hi, We need to track the products that users add to their cart in our mobile app. Currently, we are fully dependent on the app developers. We will provide the code for tracking products in the cart, and they will integrate that code into the app. Additionally, we are not using 'Data collection'(Adobe Launch) at this time. Can anyone please share the code details to track products on the Cart Page?

Hi Team,I was reviewing the IP exclusion rules article (link) and noticed there is no mention of IPv6.As far as I know, it is supported, but I wanted to confirm its use for internal networks.If my internal IPv6 address starts with 2001, should it be listed for exclusion as a regular external IP address?Also, is the limit still 50 IP addresses for exclusions? Thinking if I should continue leveraging classification rules instead and add ipv6 addresses. Thank you,

Hi All We have site in the production preview environment assuming url as prev-www.testsite.com/global The site loads fine with all the path example 1. prev-www.testsite.com/global/about2. prev-www.testsite.com/global/community. And the request is not working only for a specific path (prev-www.testsite.com/global/us) and is shown with error code 20. There is no caching rules implemented.  When /us path is accessed no logs are even generated in the dispatcher server, but all other paths are working fine.The server architecture for request is: Browser -> WAF layer -> ALB -> Dispatcher server ->ALB -> Publisher server.Can you please help me understand what exactly the issue. Thanks.
