In my 6.1 environment(s), there is a workflow called DAM Upload Assets.  But in local instances of 6.2 and 6.3 it is not there, did the DAM Update Asset replace this workflow?  Or is it missing from the build(s).

We have our production environment with one author instance and two load balanced publish instances. Every content change in the page needs to be reviewed by our legal team. The legal team is vast and we cannot add them all as user to AEM. We need a way to share the URL which will be accessible by legal team without logging in and without author publishing it to publish instance (which means it is live).Any help/ideas are much appreciated. 

Hello community!  You have been very helpful to me lately.I get that RTP is best used for delivering custom experiences for known individuals, but what if I want to display a dialogue popup box experience for anonymous visitors?Here is what i'm trying to do:  we have various web campaigns tied to segments for known individuals. In addition, we want to have a separate dialogue pop up for everyone else (anonymous, unknown individuals - someone who hasn't clicked in a marketo email or filled out a form).To do this, do I simply create a segment that is: Known Profile --> Status --> Anonymous?  With the other campaigns running, I would prioritize this lower.Am I thinking about this right?  Any ideas, examples, or advice on how to deliver RTP dialogue campaigns to the anonymous visitor would be appreciated!

This seems like an easy task but I couldn't find any documentation to guide me.We've sent a group of cold leads an email with the goal of them clicking through and filling out a form for a demo request. This is not a public page so all visitors are already leads in our system. Some of the leads filled out the form with a different email address than we have so they show up as a new lead in Marketo. If all the leads are coming from my email shouldn't I be able to see which leads filled out the form and tie the two together?The only possible solution I've come across is hoping the domains are the same for an ABM approach.

Hi,     I've one functionality to delete an asset from DAM Path from Publish server (publish 1).  The issue I'm facing is through web portal I'm trying to delete one file which will delete the file from DAM path for say publish 1. But when i try to connect to another server say publish 2 or 3 or 4 I'm able to see the same file in other server .Now I've  doubt that will the content be deleted in author side ( i see the file is not getting deleted ) and after that the same node will be deleted from other publish servers(publish 2, publish 3 and publish 4) ? Means Replication (forward and reverse) will work for delete operation ?Is there any possible way how we can take forward and how it can be handled?Thanks,Nandhini

Hi -  what are the implications if I want to change the naming of statuses (and add more) that already exist under a channel tag? We've reviewed statuses that are currently used and they're a little ambiguous so want to update them, but not sure if this will cause errors elsewhere? Can we simply replace one with another?

In March 2015, we'll be migrating from MS Dynamics 2013 to Dynamics Online.  Under normal circumstances, anytime you move from one CRM platform to another, requires a new Marketo instance to be setup/configured.  While Marketo offers a migration tool to migrate assets and programs, it does not migrate data or activity history (including program membership and RCA data).  This would therefore be a fairly significant effort for us to manually migrate this data (probably several weeks worth).  As we begin to plan for this effort, I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has gone through this migration path - and to offer any lessons learned and other experiences that would help us proceed as smoothly as possible.  I also had the following question: Does Marketo indeed consider this a new CRM platform (and thus require a new instance) even though everything is staying the same (including user accounts) - except for the URL of the CRM instance?

Is there a way to filter a report in data feed by a segment like you can in Data Warehouse.As an example, I want to schedule an export in data feed with a column for evar1, evar2, evar3, evar4, evar5, and event_list. But I only want it to export rows where either evar2 and/or evar3 are populated. In data warehouse I can do this by applying a segment for evar2 exists or evar3 exists but I can't export event_list as a column in Data Warehouse. Is it possible to filter the Data Feed Export so the file it generates isn't too large?

Is it possible to deliver messages (SMS/Email) using Message center without doing any configurations in Campaign? I have installed Message Center within Campaign and I want to use the Message Center API call to deliver messages. Do I need to set up any profile or recipient within campaign?

Has anyone come across problems with DFP Ad links in Marketo. for some reason Marketo always edits the link, especially one with the %%CACHEBUSTER%% DFP Macro and adds a number 25 between the % making the link end as such %25%CACHEBUSTER%25% and in turn breaking the link. If anyone has come up with a solution to fix this would be appreciative.P.S I have tried making the links none track-able and still Marketo edits the link. Also to note, if I click to view the email online (open in browser) the links work fine, links are broken only in the actual emails (tried clicking the link in outlook, gmail, apple mail etc all dont work).I have also tried to remove the CACHEBUSTER macro, and generating a random number instead, still does not work....Even tried shortening the link using Google's Link Shortening API, no go...

I'm trying to create a dialog in Touch UI that opens up with a hidden tab in it. If a user ticks a checkbox, the tab and its contents show (if the checkbox is ticked again, the tab returns to its hidden state).I've found a few examples for adding/changing fields in the same tab but nothing much useful for adding/removing other tabs. Hi,since a couple of days I'm facing problems when sending out Workspace-Reports as PDF.Instead of getting the whole reports, I receive more like a screenshot, where scrollbars of the panels are shown (which are not usable obviously, hence i can't see the whole tables). Sometimes i dont even get the full report but just one page where the other panels are missing.Is anyone having the same issues?regardsRadoslaw

Migrating from 5.6.1 to 6.2, it appears the ICalExportServlet is no longer available in com.adobe.cq.social.calendar.servlets.Is it no longer available or has it been moved to another package? Currently the ics functionality is not working in our 6.2 environment.Thanks.
