We are a publishing company and we have opt-outs specific to certain digital publications as well as a global opt-out option. We utilize Marketo forms, Opt-InMonster, Facebook, and website ads to gain sign-ups for our various digital publications (eNewsletters). We have over 30 digital offerings via email.Our footers take the lead to a preferences page, where they have the option to either opt-out of a specific publication or, to globally unsubscribe from everything we send. On the back end each field is separate, and a global opt-out does not change other opt-in field values. The reason is that often, our audience will globally unsubscribe and then call us to complain they are not receiving their publications and ask us to start sending them again except for some specific thing they don't want anymore. I am running into an odd problem, I am cloning a campaign using a REST API call and populating program Tokens via XML feed. The campaign is being created successfully, and the tokens are populating correctly as well, everything looks fine in Marketo and if I preview the email all is well. The problem is when I send a sample of the email, for some reason Marketo is renaming the tokens adding a _(number)_(number) and not rendering the contents of the actual tokens as seen in the screenshot below. Any idea why this is happening or a fix? (Note: I am in Sandbox and not production if that makes a difference)Another Note, if I edit the email and re-approve, it fixes the issue!, but since this is an automated process, performing this action is not possible, any idea's?@Sanford Whiteman​ (have you run across an issue like this?)

Does anyone know the best way to avoid this situation?We have a Nurture campaign set up for a new product launch. Set up in this order within the stream. Case Study" prior to being in the stream and then being placed at "1. Blog" to start the nurture progress? Are there any suggestions on preventing this lead from getting an email telling them about "4. Case Study" again? I have a client that would like to build an interactive tool as an AEM component where the user has several numerical inputs, and the function is to output a graph and figures from an equation. Hi,I used Clone Program REST API to clone a program that contains a local My Token, an approved email, and a batch smart campaign. Then I ran the campaign to send the email under the new cloned program. However, the tokens in the email did not work (see below). The email contains a lead.FirstName token and a my.My Token:Dear ${lead.First_Name_1_0},${my.My_Token_1_0}But when I clicked Edit Draft for the email and approved it again, the token could work well even if I did not do any change:Dear tester,This token has been replaced.Besides, if I clone the program on Marketo UI manually and send the email, the tokens also work.Does anyone have the same issue? Is a Marketo bug or is there anything I missed?I would like to used API to clone programs and send emails with tokens, how can I make it work?Thank you in advance!

Hi All,We have a requirement wherein 1] A js file is placed in etc/clientlib folder of AEM.2] Now, this js location is to be available on end user facing site[ or say on publish environment ] along with some user instructions text and styling with it. Basically if these are available on publish/live site , the user will be able to copy all these [location of js file say localhost:4503/etc/clientlibs/.../../sample.js , instructions text and styling ]hosted on AEM servers and use it on some other website/page.3] Based on the environment like dev, qa.. it should pickup the domain [for which we already have backend code to read from the configuration] and link to the js file should be appropriately formed.Any thoughts/pointers/reference code on this will be really helpful.

HiI've searched the community for this but none of the answers seem to help me with stopping pdfs hosted in Marketo being indexed.I know its possible to do a robot.txt file for the subdomain and host this on the website, but are there any other options within Marketo to stop pdfs being indexed?All of the pdf's are accessed via forms so the nofollow text that would normally sit next to href code.Any help would be great!ThanksJuli

I'd like to use HTTP GET for the Data Insertion API.Will you provide a link to the complete list of variables and query string parameters?  I don't have access or dont' see it in 'Help > Documentation in Marketing Cloud'Or is the "Supported XML Tags and Query Variables" section of the data insertion API the entire list of query string values I can use?Under that section, should the timezone section say that it's part of the 'ts' parameter, not the 't' parameter?Thanks,Brian

I scheduled a data warehouse request on daily basis to be sent to FTP.To act as a control, I made a one-off request as well (both in same dimension, metrics and period).However, all scheduled request have returned as failed while one-off request always works.I needed the data on a daily basis for further appending purpose.Is there any possible issue that I have overlooked to cause the failure in scheduled request??

I am not able to fetch the user name, like who is running the workflow for a particular page. The issue is    1. Since workflow uses admin session, session.getUserId() always returns "admin".    2. Payload's cq:lastModifiedBy property is also not changing because the payload is locked during the workflow, and doesn't let non-admins write to its jcr:contentIs there any other way to know which user is running the workflow ?? 

Hello ,in TouchUI edit mode  click on Page(Open Properties) - page properties are showing on same window in 6.3 version - In 6.2 it is to be shown as Popup window with in the edited page.Problem i am facing is -  in 6.2 i have setup property where we drag drop image and set it has property at page level. With 6.3 version page proprieties opening in same window  i am not seeing option for drag and drop any asset.

I'm trying to test our handling for unsubscribe events in Marketo. Currently we're polling and caching all activities for all leads in our CRM which works fine.I setup an unsubscribe test campaign in our sandbox. It's just a form on a landing page that allows me to enter my lead's email address and unsubscribe. The smart list is a Fills Out Form action pointing to the correct form and the flow action is Change Data Value setting the attribute Unsubscribed to true.I filled out the form, went to the lead in the Marketo database, checked that the unsubscribe value was false (unchecked) then went to the activity log tab to verify.This is where I am confused: when I poll the activity types from the API, I found "Person unsubscribed from Marketo Emails" so that's the type I'm looking for. However, this never comes in from Marketo and the activity log in the lead database has the activity type as Change Data Value (as expected from the flow).
