Hi there,I have a smart campaign set up that needs to send an email after a wait step. In the wait step I use tokens to specify when the wait is over.The wait step works properly, however, when it is time to send the email, Marketo sends the email twice.That is not how I set it up. See below the flow steps:And here the results of this campaign:As you can see, the time of sending is correct. However, it is strange that the same lead gets the email sent twice.Any thoughts on why this is happening?Thank you!Tom

Hello Guys,I've got an issue in which I'm unable to pass a variable to a data-sly-use.This is a small snippet of the code I have.<div data-sly-use.info="questions-and-answers.js"  data-sly-use.questions="${'LatestQuestions' @ maxLinks=info.maxLinks}" class="nc-questions-and-answers">  <h2 class="nc-questions-and-answers__heading">   ${info.title}   </h2></div>Basically the first data-sly-use (questions-and-answers.js) returns an object with several properties in which one of those (maxLinks) needs to be send to the second data-sly-use. The problem is that when I tried to get the variable in the java handler I'm always getting null.String maxLinks = get("maxLinks", String.class);The variables maxLinks is always null.If instead of sending `info.maxLinks` I use a hardcoded value like a string or number, I do get the correct value in the Java handler but because the maxLinks property is dynamic then I need to send it like that.Does anyone know how to proceed here?Th

I've been tasked by our Product and UX teams to find journeys on our site where users drop out, don't convert or experience issues.Initially, I simply looked at Pages report using Exits and Exit rate metrics. I've also built some segments for users who login but don't transact while visiting our "key" areas of site to see which journeys they take.What I wanted to do was build some basic journey segments listed below:Homepage > ExitHomepage > Key Area 1Homepage > Key Area 1 > ExitHomepage > Key Area 1 > Key Area 2Already found some issues with results for the first segment. I assumed I'd use THEN command at a visit level.When I use Page = home THEN Exit page = home, I see 6.8k visitsWhen I use Page = home AND Exit page = home, I see 13k visitsAny reason why these numbers would differ?Also, has anyone had experience mapping out journeys using Adobe Analytics. Do you have any suggestions or use cases where you found poor converting journeys?Thanks,James

Hi,I'm trying to add a column to each report showing how many people have unsubscribed. Ideally it should be on the same report so it is next to the delivery template and we can see how many people are unsubscribing from each specific email. I have managed to place the unsubscribed column but I am struggling to come up with a way to add the total number of unsubscribed in there (at the minute I can only see are just the number of clicks).The only way I could think to do this was by using the tracking logs and specifying 'Email click'. However, I cannot filter the email click to be for only our unsubscribe link (as shown below). Is anyone able to offer some advice for doing this? Perhaps an alternative approach is needed!Any response is much appreciated.Thanks,Rob

Is there a way of a existing step in AC6 that allows concurrency to be built in a Technical Workflow(TW) in AC6 ? Scenario -  There is a TW built in AC6 that is shared between different marketing divisions. When a marketeers starts a TW, the workflow will be able to execute ONLY if no instance of the same TW is currently running. And, in case this TW is running already, then put the new request in a queue to be execute AFTER the current TW processing completes AND in First-Come-First-Serve basis. P.S - I understand that we can have a copy for each marketing divisions AND a organizational process can potentially solve the issue, but I need a technical solution, hopefully. Hey, all!We're switching to a global program/campaign structure for scalability purposes. As you know, the benefits of this vastly outweigh any negatives, but it does throw a wrench in some existing processes.Currently, everything is set up at the local level, including form completion alerts. This allows us to include the PDF download as a local token in the alert that gets sent to inside sales (it's a nice feature that lets them quickly click on the PDF for reference); however, it makes moving to global alerts more complicated.We've come up with more than a few cockamamie ways of populating the PDF link in global alerts (including adding javascript on the global forms we're about to create), but I wanted to hear your ideas in case we're trying to reinvent the wheel here.Thanks in advance!

Does anyone has experience with an EBR "Data Element Monitoring"?In theory we want to track a whole SPA just with EBRs dataelementchanged. In the documentation is a passage saying "Be conservative in the number of dataelementchanged event types that are referenced on a single page. Although the monitoring is efficient, large numbers of evaluations could impact page performance." Is it worse then tracking all with DCR?

Hi,I have a query on the temporary workflow tables that are created each time a technical workflow(TW) is run in AC6. Does AC6 create a NEW  instance of the workflow table for the same TW when it is run again or does it overwrite or append the entries in same workflow table in each run ?-- My concern is coming from the point when I execute a TW, I update a column value ( or a flag) from unprocessed to processing. If the same workflow is stopped in between for an error or any other reason, when time comes to re-run the TW, would it have capability to identify dirty rows or do I need to build it custom./RegardsKanwal

HiI am quite new in AEM.Have one usecase : In my project, i have to create 40 templates , 400 pages of the website, and i want to have same header on all pages. how is this possible ?Approach 1 : I created one base component (sling : resourcesupertype is foundation/component/page) - base which includes base.jsp and header.jsp Header.jsp consists of all HTML structure required for header.Base.jsp includes header.jsp using cq:includeThen created base template that points to base component.then created a basepage using base template, it successfully includes header.Now want this header in other pages as well.Created ABC component with sling : resourceSuperType - basecomponentcreated ABC template refers to ABC component.created ABCPage using ABC template.But it doesn't display header.please tell me what i am missing. In my Marketo instance, I have multiple subscription programs I am in the midst of setting up. I created a template program, and cloned it multiple times and updated the individual assets to match that specific subscription.However, when I look at the assets tab when I'm I have any of the individual programs selected, the set success smart campaign shows the original from the template listed, NOT the specific version I updated within that particular program. I checked the Set Success smart campaign within the child folders of the program, and the details of the smart list and flow are accurate.Does anyone have any idea why when the program rolls up to the asset view that either 1) the wrong asset is showing, or 2) the name is not updating?
