Hi -Wondering if anyone has a recommendation on the best way to get two detailed metrics for a Marketo landing page:Time on page: I'd like to measure the time spent on a Marketo landing page, as well as bounce rate. Do I need to integrate Google Analytics to do this?Form abandonment by field: I'd like to measure how many specific fields on a form are completed when someone abandons a Marketo landing page and doesn't hit submit. For example, we have a slightly longer registration form, and we'd like to see not only if people are coming to the page and abandoning like you can currently, but also if they are starting to enter the form fields without completing it and at what point they are abandoning. Appreciate any guidance on getting these advanced metrics for Marketo landing pages!

Hello everyone! I'm relatively new to creating UTM parameters for various links for various campaigns and am a bit confused as to what values I should be using.I've heard a few different trains of thought for what the actual values should be for the various parameters. Specifically, for utm campaign.I've heard that campaign should be the overall campaign name. For example, at my company, we have ads specifically made around what we call "Yoga man" (your average joe kind of guy, but doing yoga in overly-tight clothes). We may promote these Yoga Man ads in many different mediums and sources. From my understanding, under a "traditional" marketing structure, my utm_campaign value would be "yoga_man", with say a utm_medium=paid_social & utm_source=facebook.I've heard that when using Marketo, it's better to match utm_campaign to the Marketo program name. I made a request to get lead data with filter using SOAP and REST from the same account. I am getting different responses in both the cases. How can REST and SOAP give different response for same request and on same account. I am getting Company and Phone attributes for lead record in SOAP response but I am not getting those attributes in REST response. Below are the files for request and responses of both SOAP and REST. Hello Everyone,We are in the process of upgrading our system from AEM 6.1 to AEM 6.3. While running the in place upgrade process on the publish instance, the reindexing step goes into an infinite loop.We are referring to the following document.Upgrading to AEM 6.3Following steps were performed on the publish instance:1) We started the AEM 6.1 instance and ran the pre upgrade tasks.2)  Performed tar compaction.3)  Then we went ahead and ran the data migration step using file datastore option (quickstart jar of 6.3 was used). The migration was completed and successful.4)  The next step was to start the instance using 6.3 quickstart jar. While staring the instance, one of the step involves reindexing. Hi Guys, Does anyone know if there is a way to stop general users from being able to sync a program to a Salesforce campaign in the summary view.  We want to limit this ability so that they do not sync to the wrong campaigns and mess up stats. Hi! I've pulled up a Page Views report from Dashbaord and Workspace and the numbers are different. On Workspace, what is that number above the rows pertain to? Also the percentage is inconsistent. On Workspace it's showing 35.2%, and on Dashboard 28.9%. This is confusing! Can someone please explain?

I am trying to extend the assets finder logic in the touch ui edit mode (AEM 6.3 in this case). For example: add another dropdown under 'Select Tag(s)'. I can't figure out how to get "Original Source Type" from the Leads API. I exported the field names from my instance and I don't see "Original Source Type" in there anywhere or even "Source Type". Is it possible to get these fields from the Lead API or the new Lead Bulk Extract API?If not, I know they can probably be pulled out of "New Lead" activities that have "Source Type" on them, I think that's the same data? I think that "Source Type" is the same as Original Source Type? Is it possible to get these for every lead no mater how old or do those activities expire?Pardon if I'm confused here, I just don't see where the right place is to get that data. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there! I am trying to track which program caused a person's lead score to exceed our MQL threshold. In our instance, when a person's lead score exceeds 15, we consider the person an MQL. I would like to track the program that caused the lead score to cross that threshold, similar to how marketo automatically tracks last interesting moments. Here's how our instance would cause a person to cross the MQL threshold:Program 1 - Webinar: Person registers for webinarProgram 2 - Behavioral Scoring: If person achieves program status "webinar - registered", add 5 points to lead scoreProgram 3 - MQL threshold: If person's behavioral score exceeds 15, check MQL boxWhat I would like to do, is to add a flow step to program three which sets a field called "MQL Source Program" and set it to be equal to the person's last interesting moment. Do the recipients of your emails receive a read receipt or are they notified that they're being tracked when using the Markeo Plugin for Outlook?

We've set up AEM for one of our customers and we seem to have hit on a strange issue.  It seems that in the authoring environment, pages fail to load completely sometimes... but the issue happens sporadically.  It also seems to happen a lot more on their own network, although I will see the same phenomenon when I work on my local from time to time.For example, if you try to edit a page, sometimes it won't load the Edit/Scaffolding/Developer/Design pulldown in the top right.  Also no components on the page are editable.  In another case, from the Site folder, if you open up the sites view from a subfolder, the subfolders will load but not the parent folders, and the "Loading" message still appears overlaid on top of the screen.If you refresh the page that normally fixes it, but it happens often enough to be an annoyance for the customer.I suspect that it is some kind of issue with their network -- I don't get this issue myself very often although it does happen occasionally.  I suspect

I am currently looking to gather a list of all of our report subscriptions and smart list subscriptions. I would like to export to excel so that I have the name of the report, along with all recipients. I am fortunate to not have too large of a list for either one. Is there a way to do this? Here is a screenshot of the database smart list subscriptions and the analytics reports subscriptions. Normally the icon to export shows up at the bottom but I assume there is a reason these two items don't have that option.

I have a system external to Adobe Experience Manager that I need to make a quick call to whenever an Asset is deleted in AEM. Not being an expert in AEM, my options feel very limited.I've attempted to create a workflow with a step that can make the appropriate call, and have hooked up a Launcher to listen for a Remove event on any "dam:Asset" type nodes from a certain path in AEM. That means I've got a Java class I've pushed into AEM that extends WorkflowProcess, and is called as part of that workflow.However, this workflow is not being triggered when I go delete an Asset. If, however, I change the Launcher to listen for a Remove event on "Any Node Type", the workflow is called as I would have expected, however it appears that the asset has already been deleted by the time it hits my process, so the node path provided to my process is already null and void and I'm unable to do anything with it. In any case, I can't leave the Launcher set to fire on "Any Node Type"...What am I missing?
