Hi Everyone, We are running into an issue with a process with Sales Insights. We were looking to have tasks generated for our reps when they would send a 1:1 email from the Sales Insights and the recipient would click the link in the email. This works fine when I say send an email to myself from the Database in Marketo, but nothing is happening when sent from the Sales Insights. Is this out of the ordinary or is this working correctly? Any work around ideas?Thanks!Alec

Hello people,We are experiencing similar issue as this huge discussion Spam filters registering clicks? . However the situation is slightly different from what's reported there. Today, after sending out an email, more than 20 leads were qualified as MQLs based on lead score they (or the spam filters) earned. In my case, they did not have "opened email" activity but have "clicked email" and "visited webpage". I was thinking to tweak the global lead scoring for Click activity asClicked email is ANYand, Opened email is ANYthen I realized that this filter may still add score for Click if someone opened Email A in person in the past and a spam filter clicked Email B that was sent out today. Is there any way to set the trigger with Opened Email B and Clicked Email B in the global lead scoring smart campaign?

Hi, In custom replication agent, how can we have payload with nodes activated at certain path.For ex: I want to have only assets at certain path "/content/dam/us" will be included in Replication Queue of custom agent.If this path not matched, I don't want to have them in queue for replication.Thanks! 

Hi, potentially very niche conversion tracking logic below:We have a series of actions on our secure site which do not trigger a confirmation page on a uniquely identifiable URL. Instead, the visitor is taken back to the account overview page, and shown a 'Successful transaction' type message (within a div).The confirmation message is the only evidence of the conversion, and appears only when a transaction is completed on the previous page. The div is removed from the HTML after a couple seconds (not just hidden, gone entirely).Ideally we'd create an Mbox on this div, but my concern is that it is removed from the page. Clearly we can't add/change content in this case, but would a 'viewed mbox' conversion still trigger?We currently capture the success metric via Google Tag Manager passing a success event in to the data layer. Is there any way that Target could capture this metric in a similar way? Could we, for example, pass a temporary parameter in to an existing mbox, and track views

Does anyone in the community have experience in both Marketo and Adobe Campaign?I am brand new to Adobe (today is my first day using it), but have a heavy background in Marketo. I am wondering how other people have found the transition from Marketo to Adobe-- does a background in Marketo lend itself to success within Adobe? How steep is the learning curve when making that transition? Any tips or documentation that might be useful for someone coming over from another platform?I am used to knowing how to navigate the system, and since this is all new to me, I would appreciate any insights, suggestions and pro tips.Thanks in advance!Steve

Hi all,I am working on a data cleanup project for our Marketo/SFDC instance and came across the SFDC is Deleted field. I assumed this is a system managed field and by what I've read so far that assumption is correct. However, when I create a smart list with only this field as a filter it only shows me 32 names while the activity filter "Lead was Deleted from SFDC" gives me over 2600 names. I noticed that the SFDC is Deleted field is mapped to the Contact, should this be mapped to the Lead instead? Or is it best practice to set this up manually with a campaign that flags SFDC = Deleted to true when the activity is recorded?Appreciate any insights!Thanks,Arthur

How much time it usually takes for Marketo to track activity on an external URL. We had just embedded the Munchkin code yesterday in one of the website. We created a new lead, visied web page, filled out form but we still cant see any tracking in the Activity Log. Should we wait for 24hrs or it takes even longer at times ?

We're trying to figure out if there's a way to know whether an email has been sent straight to spam in the recipient's inbox, and whether or not if the following example is it?The details for the email bounce is 550 [internal] [oob] The message was blocked by the receiver as spam. I am trying to add new tags to an already existing Marketo Program. I am using http://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Programs/updateProgramUsingPOST as reference. But when I make the REST call, the response is a success (200 OK) along with the Program details, and the new Tags, which I added, DO NOT reflect on the program. Components and the interface used are all Touch-UI.I have a use case wherein I have an image component (based on adaptiveimage) and i drag and drop and image onto it.
