So we've been using AEM for years now. I went to download 6.3 for testing and I can't find it anywhere. It's not on the licensing site for us. Is there a secret handshake that's involved or am I missing something?much appreciated.-Jason

We are having the following issue (AEM 6.1):1) Page A exists with alias: 'playground'2) We've opened this page through our dispatcher using the alias 'playground' > everything works as expected3) We remove Page A4) Create a new Page B with the same alias: 'playground' on the same location Page A was5) When we open the page (B) through the dispatcher using the alias 'playground' we get a 404 not found.Why does this happen, is there some sort of alias cache? Can we flush a single record? Are we the only one experiencing this problem?A solution that we found is to just resart the 'Apache Sling Resource Resolverorg.apache.sling.resourceresolver' bundle but we don't want do that on our production publishers obviously.

Hi all,I am attempting to proof an email delivery, the delivery is calculated and confirmed within the 'Send a proof' box that appears, however, no proof is received to my inbox. (Business or personal addresses).I can receive proofs from other deliveries, from different workflows.There is no obvious error message appearing on why the proof is not being delivered to the inbox, there are no HTML creative errors either.Is there a common reason within campaign on why proofs may not be being sent?Thanks,Andy

Hello,I am looking for a method replacement for  mboxCurrent.getParameters() returns all the parameters passed during mbox call (used to be available in earlier mbox.js) in target premium (at.js response) which i can use. I know there are methods for example mbox.param('param_name') but it only work for single parameter when you know the name.I have checked available api at https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/target/target/r_variables_profiles_parameters_methods.html but did not find the replacement.Looking for help.Thanks,Pawan

We are copying entire directory from one folder to other folder - we've two API's to do it. We can do it at workspace or using JCRUtil. Which one should we use and what are the use cases for each?We do see this error sometimes when we do workspace.copy()  - unresolved conflicts (and fail during commit)

My company (Vertafore) will be removing Adobe Analytics from our products. I have tried customer service and was directed here to get answers to the following quesitons.1) How do we notify Adobe of our intent to terminate our contract. Per our contracts, if we do not notify Adobe by May 30th it will auto-renew. We want to prevent this from happening. A sticking point, is that the individuals who originally setup the contract are no longer with Vertafore. All that we have is the Sales Order/Contract.2) We would like instructions on how to properly remove the code from our products. This way our development teams know how to efficiently and effectively remove the code to prevent errors, etc.3) We may not have time to fully remove the code prior to the contract termination date on June 30th. We would like to know if there will be any errors that may occur (due to the contract ending but the code still existing in our products) that could prevent our Web Apps from functioning properly.I've

Hi, I am trying to implement auto suggest in AEM 6.1. I tried "/jcr:root[rep:suggest('term')]/(rep:suggest())" and it seems to do what it is supposed to do.I get all the suggestions for a given term. The index breaks down all words by space etc..I need to have following features:I wanted to get suggestions for multi words or sentence.Also I wanted to stored frequently used search terms.Also wanted to get the URL along with suggestion so that I can directly take the user to the URL for the most frequently used terms.I couldn't find much help online or in adobe forums.Any help in this regard is highly appreciated. ThanksVenkat

I could not find a property to set lucene reindex frequency, however I could find reindex frequency for suggestion index.Does any one know the property? I could not find even in cheatsheet or in lucene documentation. Thanksvenkat

      Hi,      I am using AEM 6.3 for my POCs.      I have overlayed the /libs/foundation/components/page component to customize the page creation wizard.      I have added one check box in page creation wizard     (Added a checkbox field at /apps/foundation/components/page/cq:dialog/content/items/tabs/items/basic/items/column/items/title/items/styleCheckbox )  and storing a property and its value under page's jcr:content along with other properties (like title).     On page creation wizard, I enter the title and select the checkbox and create the page, and in crx path of the page i see the property getting saved along with its value.    Once i open the page and choose 'Open Properties' to edit metadata for the page, i see My checkbox (styleCheckbox) unselected.    Ideally it should be checked, since i checked it while creating the page.    Even If i select the checkbox on metadata editor, after choosing save and close option. Again when i Open the metadata editor using "Open Propertie

Hi All, I have created a group and users under it who have only read permissions. Once the user of this group is logged in , he can open page properties from sites console and view it. But when author tries to edit and save the property , AEM throws an error as shown in the attached screenshot. Requirement : It should either NOT throw an error ( Should not do anything on click of save )  or an appropriate message should be shown to the author . 

Hi everybody.I am using Marketo form which on submit action triggers my Smart Campaign and then redirects a user to an external link (set up as a form Thank You page). Smart Campaign uses webhooks to access 3rd party service which returns some data that I would like to pass to my Thank You page or original page before user gets redirected. Is there any way to wait until the Flow of Smart Campaign is finished, pass the collected data to client side and then redirect user to a Thank You page?Thank you for your help.

Let's say I have a lead that downloaded some information, and I drop them into a stream for some follow up information. Subsequently, they download a trial of our product, which is of higher priority to me. I have a trigger that moves them into the higher priority stream, which they exhaust. Is there a simple way for them to move back and resume? Is that standard behavior? I'm thinking I might be able to create a smart campaign that looks for any exhausted leads, and if it finds them, check if there are any paused streams, then resume. Am I thinking about this the right way?

Looking to build a high level graph for the leadership team to see month-by-month how our lead database is doing. I've narrowed the metrics to marketable leads, unsubscribes, and invalids. Does anyone have recommendations on how to visualize this data or additional metrics I should take into consideration?

Hey community! Some of our communication is not sent via Marketo. However, we would still like to cookie these leads so that we can track website activity in Marketo prior to a form fill.  Does anyone have insights on how/if it's possible to cookie a lead by Marketo without sending an email through marketo? I have a recurring batch campaign which delivers a newsletter once a month and this goes out to trial subscribers on the 20th of the month. I haven't scheduled this yet.  The smart list references an SFDC campaign that changes every month.  It's a different naming convention and different members every month.  Will changing the smart list before the 20th affect anything on this recurring batch campaign, or is it better to just clone the campaign every month and change the smart list every time?

Hi ,we are starting a new project and we are not sure whether to go with angular1.6 or angular2. I have gone through few adobe links and they stated few issues with angular2 like:Sightly integration issues with Angular 2.0.  (reffered http://help-forums.adobe.com/content/adobeforums/en/experience-manager-forum/adobe-experience-manager.topic.html/forum__mcwy-while_implementinga.html)From Authoring perspective, Angular 2 is not ideal. (reffered http://stackoverflow.com/questions/42846007/is-it-possible-to-integrate-angular2-with-aem)Cross browser compatibility for these complex integrations is challenging. Please help me clarify whether to go for angular2 or not.

When do you choose to override SFDC demographic data for a lead that already exists with new data that that lead self reports on a submission form? Is there a general rule for this or is it on a case-by-case basis? Or do you have a way of showing both "here's the email we had listed for this lead and here is the email that they self-reported" in their SFDC record?

We are looking at setting up Custom Activities. We've reviewed the product docs and most of it seems to make sense. But one thing we're struggling with...we have to create a "primary field". From my work with Custom Objects, I thought this might be the unique identifier that ties it back to a particular lead in Marketo. Is that the case?If not, then how does Marketo know which Custom Activities are tied to which leads? Are we thinking about this in the wrong way?Thanks, Phil

Hi There,I want to hide a lot of fields in our Marketo dB that were created in SFDC and sync over to Marketo. Will these fields in Marketo still sync with SFDC after they are hidden in Marketo?
