Hello Everyone,I'm creating a nurture stream for a Late stage. We need to send an email for people in a stage with more than 25 days and a reminder email for people in that stage after an specific date.So I create a list where I add all the leads that received the previous email and for the reminder I created a Trigger campaign "Opp is updated" -Days in current stage > 30 days and Date of activity is an specifi day.I still have some doubts if this will send the reminder email for people in that list that meet the criteria and will only get fired after the specific days. I know a batch could be a better option but the we are looking to automate the whole process with trigger campaign.Does anyone used this in a flow previously and know if this will work? I'll appreciated any suggestion.Thanks!

Uninstalling my campaign console - how do I go about doing this so that all traces of the console are removed? Cookies, registry entries et al?I want to do this to upgrade to a later version of the client; right now after I re-install, I still have the same issues and I’m able to see cached data of my navigation etc.Thanks in advance.

This new functionality works great, but my only issue with it is that I can't style the 'Save the Date' link to match the other links in my templates (no underline, custom color, etc.). I tried putting a <span> around the token to style it appropriately, but that didn't work. Anyone have any tips?

Hello all,I want to consider domain.com as external to blog.domain.com? Both are two different report suits.I want this domain.com traffic to be listed in either referring domains or marketing channels. Any one will help. I have used blog.domain.com in internal url filters to avoid referring URLs report populate URLs from blog.domain.com.But the above step is considering all traffic from domain.com also internal and increasing my direct visits in Marketing channel.What can be the fix or alternate way to track this?Thanks! 

I have a website with a log in option available. If a user logs in (using an external login service provider say Janrain), the user will see some premium content on the site. Otherwise these premium content will not be available to anonymous user(s).For e.g. say I have a component that lists down some PDF files on the site. However with a logged in user, component will render/provide some additional PDFs(premium content).What should be the design for a requirement like this? 

When I add two or more segments by holding down the ctrl key on my keyboard on a data warehouse report, is the resulting data considering the segments as 'OR' or 'AND'. Segments are separated by commas in the report preview.  Please help!!

Hi everyone,Very new Marketo user here. I'd like to set up a smart list to send an email to a person who has not yet been sent that email before. When setting up the smartlist, I seem to only be able to find a filter for having "been sent" an email, but not the opposite for "has not been sent"Does this filter exist? Has anyone ever tried something like this? Thanks in advance!

Can someone explain to me how the Visit Number dimension works?If I'm looking at just last week's date range, and a visitor visited my site a month ago, then again last week (within the reporting period), would the visitor show up a a repeat visitor (visit number > 1) or new visitor (visit number = 1).Why am I getting a different number when pulling Visit Number = 1 for a visit container and a visitor container?Thanks in advance for the assistance! -David

Hi,I have setup an AEM instance with LDAP to sync users and groups to AEM. Sync is working fine and syncing users and their respective groups as defined in the group filters. I need to remove a user from a synced group in AEM when the user is removed from LDAP group. I have set "Group Expiration Time"  value, but this doesn't seem to work and doesn't remove user from AEM group after specified time. Is there any other configuration needed here?

We send a newsletter email every two weeks. A couple months back I largely tokenized the content. When I get copy and pics, I just update the token values and send off the next issue. We just realized our clickthroughs have dropped since the new newsletter. The only thing showing in Email Link Performance reports is clicks on social media icons at the bottom of the email. The links work, and take the user to their destination, but we don't register that anybody clicked.I confirmed this by cloning one of the newsletter programs and sending it to a couple of my own email addresses. After clicking a few links, I went back and checked out an Email Link Performance report, and nothing but the social link clicks are showing. I don't see how it wouldn't be tracking these links. Unless there's some issue with not being able to track links made from tokens? I don't see why. We're sending out emails to our customer database as part of an annual survey, and I'm having trouble getting a unique link to pull into the email. Every client has been given a unique survey link, and I've added a custom field into Marketo per this post​ but every time I do a sample send, the link shows up as the default value instead of the unique value, as described in this post. Even if I add myself to the list and sample send to myself, it still does not pull the unique link in correctly.What am I missing? At the end of the day, with the list that I am uploading, I just need the associated unique link to populate in the email for the recipient. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I have a two-part question around average time on site and single page views: Firstly, could anybody explain the calculation for average time spent on site. My guess is that it is calculated as follows:With time spent on site = (time of last image call) - (time of first image call),Average time spent on site = (sum of time of site for all visits)/(count of all visits) ? Secondly, are hard bounces included in the calculation of average time on site? Within Google Analytics, I understand that hard bounces are given a value of 0 for time spent on site, does the same apply here or are hard bounces simply not included in the calculation of the average?For instance, in a scenario where there are 1000 single page views, but 950 are hard bounces, is the average time calculated on the 50 instances that are single page views?  Many thanks in advance for any help!Regards, Bridgid

Hi Team,FRP v 5.0.2.167Adobe Reader v 11.0.19I have McAfee FRP ( Files and Removable media protection - 5.0.2.167 installed on my machine. I have encrypted some PDF files with it and when I tried to open the files I used to get following error" There was an error opening this document. Access Denied."  Then I got to know the workaround on it as below.Disable Protected Mode in Adobe Reader 10:Click Edit, Preferences, General.In the left pane, deselect Enable Protected Mode At Startup.Close and re-open Adobe Reader.Disable Protected Mode in Adobe Reader 11:Click Edit, Preferences, Security (Enhanced).In the right pane, deselect Enable Protected Mode At startup.Close and re-open Adobe Reader. Although there is a workaround, I don't feel comfortable leaving it disabled. I would like a response from the team, if any patch available for it so that I can run both application simultaneously without any issue.  Please note this is only happening with PDF files and not with any word , excel, ppt

Hi All,Using the sling rewriter, I am able to map the /etc/designs/x and /content/dam/x resources as the internal path should not be visible to the end user when a page is rendered.so I was getting new urls as below :/business/global.css/business/components.jsand more..To resolve them internally , I used /etc/map/http and mapped /etc/designs/x for these urls.I  am able to access /business/global.css/js but when I need to access any other resource inside /etc/designs/x , Its throwing internal error and in the error logs , is showing0 TIMER_START{Request Processing}      0 COMMENT timer_end format is {<elapsed msec>,<timer name>} <optional message>      0 LOG Method=GET, PathInfo=/business/global/fonts/brand-icons.woff2      0 TIMER_START{ResourceResolution}      0 TIMER_END{0,ResourceResolution} URI=/business/global/fonts/brand-icons.woff2 resolves to Resource=JcrNodeResource, type=nt:file, superType=null, path=/etc/designs/ukb/global/fonts/brand-icons.woff2      0 LOG

Hi,We're getting a significant difference in conversions reported from Google Adwords v/s Marketo Form Fills. For AdWord campaigns which use Marketo LP and UTM parameters the conversions reported by GA are significantly different than Marketo (We're using Filled out Form, with Query String contains the UTM parameter string) and comparing it date wise.Is there any apparent reason why won't this match?ThanksBalkar

I'm trying to integrate AEM with Campaign and part of my use case, I will consume the webservices that are exposed by campaign to add some data to the campaign database. I will be adding fields like username, email etc in a table that stores user information (email recipients).I'm looking for advise around how the webservices should be implemented - best practices, guidelines etc?I was able to see examples of consuming the webservices from javascript, is this the industry standard? The webservice access credentials seem to be exposed in the javascript, isn't this an issue?Any help is appreciated.
