I have a Sling Servlet named RecommendationsServlet which is resolved for one user and un-resolved for the other. I have attached screenshots for both the requests from Felix. Only difference I see is that the request is processed as a customer for one user and full-customer for another in the felix console. Please help ASAP.  

I used Adobe 8.0, very content. Just to see if the new product offers some features I could use, I installed the test version of Acrobat X pro. The result was, I dont need any of the new features, I would like to return to my old license. I entered my serial number, but the installer answered 'Diese Seriennummer ist für dieses Produkt ungültig'. But on the Adobe Homepage, it seems, there is no more link to my product. The old installation and program files were deleted by the trial version. Any help? Hi,We've recently moved to creating campaigns in the Target Standard UI, where previously we have been doing everything via Target Classic.I've come across an issue where I'm unable to create a new Audience in Standard based on an mbox parameter. The mbox appears in the 'Search mbox' field, but when I click the drop down for 'Search parameter', I see the following error message: https://www.screencast.com/t/jl8vGk1jnCKKI know that the mbox has multiple parameters assigned, and I can access them in Classic. Has anyone come across this before? Hello,I have been trialing Adobe Elements 11 to edit some videos, I decided  to purchase the system. I paid £70 and it seems that I've purchased Adobe Photoshop 15, I've already got Photoshop 11.  I downloaded it and I can't access the video section. I thought I'd bought Adobe Elements 15. Can anyone please help me to how can we cache these js files to improve site performance.No browser caching for few JS files:All the JS files received from the host http://assets.adobedtm.com, do not have any caching applied to them. Hi,I would like some advice regarding the use of content packages in local AEM instances. Whenever I try to install a content package of the content from our website into my local instance, which is around 3GB, it eventually crashes and becomes unusable. Sometimes it takes days and sometimes it can take just hours. The only way to fix it is to delete the crx-quickstart folder and install everything (service packs etc) again. In terms of using a content package, I have to use a much smaller ZIP with alot less content to be able to test very specific things on very specific pages. This is not ideal so I am hoping someone can help me out!I have had this problem for a while, on a PC which (I feel) was quite decent spec but I now have a new machine. My new PC is a Windows 10 32GB RAM i7 quad-core with SSD hard-drive so I'm pretty sure it isn't anything to do with the spec of the machine. I wonder if there is something running in the background in the local AEM instance which is causing this

Hi Team, I am trying to integrate AEM assets insights with Analytics, I successfully established a connection between AEM Assets insight and Analytics but when I go to Assets view and look at insights I am getting Failed to load data in statistics.In Developer tool it shows this error - http://localhost:4502/content/dam/XXX/milford-sound.jpg.performanceData.json?metric=impressions&from-date=2017-04-20&to-date=2017-04-27&granularity=dayFailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Server Error) can anyone help understanding why is this happening? Thanks in advance.

We have a "First Touch" campaign that triggers if a person was created within the past 48 hours; however, it looks like some leads with anonymous activity prior to their "known" creation (ex: filling out a form) aren't being pulled in to said "First Touch" campaign.It's like Marketo is reading their anonymous activity as the date they were created in the system, as opposed to when they are actually created as "known" people.Is this how it's supposed to function or has anyone run into this before? It's fine if it does function this way; I just need to know so I can troubleshoot appropriately.Thanks!

Hi,I was trying to implement Message Center Module in Campaign , following the guidelines from Adobe Captivate Prime course "Using Message Center in Adobe Campaign v6" . I have successfully completed this. I tested the Soap request's response using Soap UI. I want to know how to establish this via Web application.(invoking web service (using my sandbox wsdl url)).Please provide suggestion/help to establish this thing. So any event happening at the Web Application end can trigger transactional Email  from campaign.

Hi, does anyone out there use marketo to do marketing for multiple companies that are sort of under one umbrella? We are pondering starting to do this for companies underneath us. We currently do design and branding for them but any marketing we just do through external vendors. How would you recommend doing this so that it's legal that they are opting into the emails for that specific company only etc.? My mind is spinning with how to begin. Thanks!

While saving date fields in the portal screens for creating some IDs, it is getting saved as one day lesser than the given input. This happens only in remote machines but not in local machine.Could someone please provide the root cause for this?Thanks in advance.

The unique visitors count when combined with Customer Loyalty=New Customer segment shows counts of all New Customers, not just those placing their first order. That's to be expected.  But I want to count only New Customers placing their first order. I built a workspace table, with New Customer segment applied and added metric: Orders.  It shows correct counts of orders (as expected). But as soon as I add Unique Visitors metric, it includes all the unique visitors who've visited but not necessarily ordered.  I want to count only New Customer Unique Visitors who have placed an order (my 'new customers' in this month).So I built a segment [Visitor level] Order does not exist Then ([Visit level] Order >0])  It didn’t work. Does anyone know how to count only New Customer Unique visitors placing an order (not those just visiting)? Tip: Cohorts table doesn’t do it. Adobe have advised me that the first month in cohorts  shows all New Customers (buying and just visiting) and they don’t see t
