I'm trying to split Saturday site uniques into different groups.These would be:1: Didn't visit an area where they could transact2: Did visit an area where they could transact and DID made a purchase3: DID visit an area where they could transact but DIDN'T transactAppreciate a user could visit a transacting area multiple times and purchase once and be counted in groups 2 & 3.I was wondering if there's a way you can exclude users who made a purchase within the date range.Eg. (in one day) 5 sessions to transacting area but don't purchase, 1 session with purchase = 1 unique in Group 2 only.Hope this makes sense but I wan't to be able to focus in on Group 2, see where they go and how many uniques visit a specific page on site.

I have a program that has 4 different versions of an email with 4 different distribution lists.  So I'm setting up one default program (vs. separate email programs).  Below is an example of one program that had two different versions.  I want to run A/B testing on the "From" but this is not an "email program".  How do I accomplish this type of A/B testing outside an email program and onto a program like this?  Thank you.

Why isn’t the web page where an email takes a lead showing up on their Activity Log? I thought it was just because the user's cookies were turned off, but even with internal testing we find that sometimes the webpage that is visited is not recorded in the Activity Log (and cookies are definitely on for those test leads, as they appear in some record's Activity Log). What else should I be checking into setting-wise to make sure this is being recorded? It's currently like we can see that someone was delivered an email, opened the email, clicked on the email, and then filled out a form. But if we run reports on who visited that page (where the form lives), nothing is showing up b/c it is not being recorded in the Activity Log.Thanks for the help.

Had a private key added to the keystore of a system user (dynamic-media-replication). Would like to know the crx path(s) that store the truststore password and private keys inside?I want to include it in a content package for backup/restore. Exporting with the crx locaton /home/users/system/dam/dynamic-media-replication/keystore and restore with it in vanilla AEM is not helping. AEM version: 6.1.0.SP2-CFP7, Feature Pack NPR-8956 The private key was added according to the steps inhttps://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/content/dynamic-media/config-dynamic.html#Setting%20up%20Authentication

Hi ,I have a premise installation. I  have a campaign workflow  scheduled since last year. All of sudden since past week it is getting stuck at delivery activity without any errors.We do not have any approvals. Delivery is going into finished state and delivery file is getting created properly. However in same workflow downstream i have update query to update broadlogrcp table  to update two fields. It is sticking at Delivery activity only and when manually i am running from the delivery task again it is completing successfully without any error. But on schedule basis it is not running till the end. Audit logs does not have any error information.Please guide me how can i fix. ThanksNadeem

I setup an form-based activity and get to the point at which I need to get the preview links for the test. When I click "View Experience URLs" I get the message "ERROR   Failed to generate preview links". In the browser developer console, I see that the response from the server is a 500 error.Did something break?

Hi,When we give sequence to different creatives under same Ad strategy, does this mean, each sequence creative will be delivered to same user as different impressions? If this is the case, will frequency cap play any role here?

We have contacts in our database with emails that are incorrect and then cause a hard bounce. Once this happens the "Email Invalid' field in marketo is checked as TRUE.Our customer service team then contacts contact and updates the email address in the database. However the "Email Invalid' field in marketo remains checked as TRUE. Is there a way that once a email address is updated in database the "Email Invalid' field in marketo is automatically checked as FALSE?

Hi folks,Have recently been running into an issue as I try to bring our site's trial form data directly into Marketo.  We recently threw an embedded forms 2.0 form on the same page where our product captures trial data. Currently the embedded form only receives values pushed "On.Success" for the default form (once the main form fill on the page is successful).  Over the last week or so of the 850 form fills we've seen I've been unable to account for why 47 ~6% are missing from the embedded Marketo form data capture.  I recently created a support ticket for this as well. While I haven't heard anything there I had a hunch that this might have to do with javascript potentially being disabled for the subset affected.  I was curious if anyone else has run into this issue in the past with an embedded form and what types of solutions you employed there.Thanks,NS

I'm setting up our scoring programs to score specific product interest. I created one program using tokens and then have been cloning the program for our other products.I've been changing the score field to the specific product score field after I clone (along with changing the campaigns, web pages, etc). But should I also be changing the tokens to be product specific? Does using the same token for all my scoring programs matter?For example, I'm using the token {{my.Web - Views Case Study}} right now in 3 programs (total of 6 when I'm done). Do I need to make it product specific - something like {{my.Web - IWB Views Case Study}} - so that token only works for that product?

But If I delete those properties it does display only config icon for baked in components and makes components unmovable when components are dragged (meaning not baked in).any suggestions.

Will you be able to migrate individual properties one at a time from DTM or will you have to migrate all properties under your account at once? I have a single DTM account now but it would be nice to reorganize and move some properties to new Launch account "A" and others to new launch account "B". Will that be possible?Thanks,Al

In one of the Adobe Launch sessions at Summit 2017 they had showed off an excel macro workbook that I believe was using the API to populate props, evars, data elements and active/not active status. I thought they said they would share it out and to make sure you have macro rights but I never found or was given a link to where I could download it.Would anyone know where I can get it as it was a very awesome excel workbook that would help us immensely with our tag audit .Thank you in advance for any help,Scott

HiI was having an "Approver and Publisher" user role inside DTM and I was managing a web property where I could edit a tool in terms of Library Management, Global Variables, Pageviews & Content, Link Tracking, Referrers & Campaigns, Cookies, and Customize Page Code. Recently there have been some changes to my account access and thereafter every-time i go inside Tool, i see this message "Unauthorized to make tool setting changes due to group permissions. Please contact your company administrator to enable access". I cannot edit anything inside Tool however I can still edit Page Load Rules.Can anyone please tell me what is the problem and the possible solution? Just to let you know I was not having an "Admin" user role earlier.RegardsNiriupam

From what I understand the acquisition program is set automatically if:You have a program with a local form and landing pageA new lead is created from that formThe reason I ask is that I have a singular sign-up form with hidden fields to capture UTM parameters and a smart campaign to routes leads to the appropriate advertising program. Ideally, I'd like to set the acquisition program to the corresponding advertising programs rather than the routing program. Does anyone know of a way to disable the automatic setting of the acquisition program?

Hello all, I'm setting up engagement programs that are meant to move a person sequentially through various steps if they get stuck. Once they've completed a step, I label them as engaged for that program and then add them to the next program. The problem is, I need a way to add a wait step before the email sends to give the person the time to organically take the next step without our encouragement, i.e. email. I'm using Salesforce activity as the trigger to tell me when someone has completed a step and is therefore ready for the next engagement program, but I need to wait 24 to 48 hours before the cadence can start. Because I'm using triggers to add someone to a campaign, they could be added everyday of the week, I can't figure out a way to wait two days from the time of being added to an engagement program before the first email sends. If I run a 'whole email' or any other A/B test, is there a way to see a report that breaks out the full results of the A and the B cell instead of just showing a roll-up? I would like to get all of the available reporting parameters for each test cell, not just the ones included in the dashboard, which are not complete.Is this possible, and if not, can it be a feature to add. I would like to have full reporting for each test cell in a campaign, not just the roll-up data.
