Hi Guys,I need be able to identify when an another lead has been created that has an identical field data as a previous lead sitting in the databse ie:User 1 fills in a marketo form, entering "ABC123" into a customer number field.User 2 fills in a marketo form, entering "ABC123" into  the same customer number field.I want to be able to identify when User 2 submits the same form and has the same data in that field. Ideally being able to send an internal alert once this occurs.Thanks in advance,Josh

We are seeing login issues with our author dispatcher when logging in with anyone other than admin. When the admin account logs in everything looks and works as expected. If one of the other users, that was migrated over from AEM 6.0, logs in they appear to login but instead of seeing the projects page they get the following error:"Resource at '/' not foundCannot serve request to / in /apps//sling/servlet/errorhandler/404.jsp"The dispatcher for author does have 1 rewrite rule that simple enforces https, I have switched rewrites off but no change. I have also turned off all cacheing on the dispatcher just to ensure the cache wasn't getting in the way. If users log directly in to the author instance via ip:port there is no issue.I've not really ever seen this type of behavior before but would appreciate any ideas on the topic. Thanks,Brien

Hi,Every month or so, I package the pages I have in my Production enviroment and move them down to my lower environments to keep them in sync.I typically create and build the package from Prod-Author (/content/my-project).Then upload and install in my Dev-Author instance; replicate from Dev-Author to Dev-Publish. Pretty straightforward.What I noticed was that if I have any deactivated pages, they show up as "deactivated", but I'm still able to view them from the Dev-Publish URL.They even show up as "deactivated" within /siteadmin from Dev-Publish.To fix, I had to re-deactivate from the Dev-Author instance.Does replicating publish deactivated items?What am I missing here?

Hello,After checking a client's activity details (and pulling a smart list), I'm noticing that there are a sizable portion of people that have been email suspended with the following error message: 554 5.7.1 DNS Blacklisted by uceprotect.badIs uceprotect considered a bad blacklist? Marketo support claims that it's not a trusted blacklist, so just wanted to confirm and see if there was any list of trusted blacklists and/or untrusted blacklists.I'd like to be able to send this client an email again in the future, so looking for next best step to resolve? Not sure if I should ask client to stop using that particular blacklist?Thanks for your help,Tom

Is there any reporting implication of removing leads from an engagement program once they have exhausted all content? Trying to figure out the best way to proceed with exhausted leads

Is there an easy way to capture the date of exhaustion for a nurture program via a token?Trying to set up an interesting moment for when a lead exhausts all content in a nurture stream - I have the token for campaign name but not sure if there's a way to get that date.Thanks

I'm currently building a subscription centre and creating some master smart campaigns to make sure specific preferences are excluded from relevant programs.We run hundreds of events each quarter, so I'm after a flow step that ensures if a lead qualifies for/added to the 'events opt out' list, they are also removed from all event programs. I can't seem to find a suitable flow step to do this - any suggestions?Thanks,Ellie

I've used LiveFyre for comments on my website and have run into a problem migrating the data as part of the closure of the service.I ran a data export as directed but the export file had a bug in it. (It includes all your spam'd and bozo'd commented, but without any data field to indicate their status, so your comments get polluted with all these without any way of separating them out.)I therefore instead found a way to delete all the spam and bozo comments at source in LiveFyre, but now can't run the export again to get a cleaned up export file as it says you can only run the export once and I've had my one.Any advice on how to resolve this? Hello,I have created a component with dialog in touch UI(cq:dialog) in AEM6.2 (and  i did not add editconfig node and classic ui dialog to the component), see pic https://forums.adobe.com/api/core/v3/attachments/885596/datathen, i went to page in design mode to add component, but that component is not displaying in that component group. see the pic sample2.pngBut, when i added a editconfig node to the component, it is displaying in that component group. In case of classic ui component, only classic ui dialog with component is displayed in the component group.I don't understand how it is working, kindly help here me to understand the that how it is working in touch ui.Thanks,Shishira

Hi,If we do not include a time zone such as PST in a wait step will it default to the users time zone? See example below.  The issue that I have is that users are global so setting a time like 2:00PM should be based on where the lead is located.Thanks, Gerard

Hi,I need to add the instance.id to the winning delivery in an AB test.As advised in a different topic I need to modify the Adobe Campaign Documentation script in order to add the instance.id in so that I can identify all deliveries in a campaign by querying the instance.id. Currently the script only links the winning delivery to the operation.My issue is I'm not sure where the instance id is held. Would the below work?delivery.[@workflow-id] = winner.@["instance-id"] This is Vipul's comment;The Campaign documentation explaining the script for selecting winner delivery just duplicates one of the A or B delivery and assigns the operation-id to it. In other words, the winner delivery is only being linked with the campaign. You'll have to add another line to this code so that attribute [@workflow-id] is populated with instance.id and then it will get picked by your queryDef.'

We are Memsource - a developer of a translation management system.We would like to build an integration between Memsource and AEM, like one we have for Wordpress, Drupal, etc.For this, we need a licence of AEM. Hi All,We have created new metadata. It needs to be updated everytime content is Activated/published. We have created a custom workflow step and created custom workflow using this new step. Now i have created launcher which will trigger the new custom workflow everytime upon Replication. But unable to set up condition properly to execute only upon Activation. Instead currently the launcher is getting executed everytime any modifications happen to content. Please suggest.Thanks.Nitish

Hi All,Question 1:All our web forms populate country, state, and postal upon a fill out.  How do people handle or would handle a situation where someone is pre-existing in our database with full address information (country,state,postal,street) and they then end up filling out one of our web forms with different address information than we have on record?  Country, state, and postal would update however street would be their old street address and then would represent inaccurate address information. Question 2:Some of our leads/contacts move from job site to job site but have one address or one place where they normally reside.   We have a concern that someone may fill out a web form with address information of their current job site vs where they normally reside.  How are people handling this or would handle such situations?Most of our web forms are embedded and not on Marketo LPsAlso our CRM is salesforce...

Hi All,We are planning to start pushing leads from Marketo to our Salesforce instance.For a particular scenario when users register on our website, we want to straight away sync these creating a Contact and an Account in Salesforce. I am aware of the scenario where we can sync users from Marketo to Salesforce creating Leads; but I am not sure of how do we straight away create a Contact and an Account in Salesforce from within Marketo.Is the above stated possible? I'd like to remove leads from an engagement program once all of the contend has been exhausted.The reason being that we are going to add content that older leads may have already received through an Email Send program and I don't want the older leads to receive that content - just new leads who wouldn't have been in the Email Send Programs.The way I'm considering removing them with a smart campaign that uses the filter Was Sent Email for each of the old pieces of content and when they have been sent all pieces remove them from the program.Is that the best way?

Hi community! We are trying to implement an Atlas dynamic tag within our Marketo assets (specifically eDMs) so we can track user registered opens and clicks. Atlas dynamic tracking tags are macro-enabled to streamline campaign creation and tagging setup to align with Atlas measurement. This enables us to leverage the macros in platforms ((in this case Marketo) outside of Atlas to avoid creating create a large of amount of Atlas tracking tags. Instead, the values generated from these macros are sent directly in the Atlas view and click tags and Atlas will automatically store and report out on all the different combinations of values passed to Atlas. In terms of macros for Marketo, we’ve identified we can potentially use the Marketo tokens as the macros and input them into the code. The first token we’ve used is the program.id token using the label: {{program.id:default=edit me}} As a test, we used this program token and put it into an Atlas view tag and then placed the code into an emai
